Why Should I Care
AN:
First and formost i would like to say that none of these characters are mine, just the plot.
Why Should I Care
I pushed you away when we were young and sometimes I wish I was never born but that’s something I can’t help. It’s not my fault that your father fell in love with a human; my mother. It’s not my fault that I’m a half breed and that you’re a full blooded demon. Sometimes I wish you would accept me as your brother and not an enemy of the same blood. Then again why should I care about what you say, it doesn’t bother me; not anymore at least. Who am I trying to kid; I look up to you in more than one way and somehow I think you see that. I always used to sit here on this rock and think about how things are and wonder if you’ll ever join me. Then again maybe I spoke too soon; you always seem to be behind me thinking I couldn’t sense you from that far a distance. You’re tired and seem very eager to watch me now; have you been searching for me?
You finally walked up towards me slowly only I don’t want to see you not now at least maybe in the morning. You’ll be wanton to kill me then won’t you Sesshoumaru, spill my blood on the ground and stomp in it. Well it doesn’t matter through sitting on this stupid rock anyway; I think I’ll head back to camp. Jumping down I can see the smoke coming from the camp fire and head in that direction. Suddenly having the urge to move to the aside to a tree and quickly. When I do I see your sward in the ground where I was just standing and looked up to see you. Running again I won’t let you kill me not now not ever so you can keep dreaming that dream.
“Inuyasha running from a fight now that's new what afraid you’re gonna die!”
You said loudly trying to get me to stop; though I don’t want to my feet come to a halt anyway. My back facing you and you’ve already retrieved your sward from the ground. I turn slowly holding on to my Tetsiga ready for any attack that you plan to make. Just only to my surprise you didn’t with your sward but with your one arm and missed.
“Why are you bothering you can’t hit me?”
I said calmly
“I’ll have revenge for what you did to me.”
“Why should I care its just your arm if you want it back just take your fathers grave out my eye like you did last time.”
“You’ll be dead before I do that, I assure you.”
Before I realized that you had pinned me up against a tree with your arm raised the poison dripping from your nails. You want me to show you fear before you finish me off; to remove my arrogance and replace it with something of your choosing. Your golden eyes locked with mine and still you haven’t moved, haven’t killed me.
“I’m open what are you waiting for, finish me off!”
“You didn’t bother to fight back, you should have kept running.”
You’re still staring me in the eyes and something is telling me that you didn’t come to kill tonight. You must find this amusing just because only now does fear swallow the features of my face. Why do you always have to do things like this, why do you always play with my mind. Trying to push you off you on strengthen your hold on my body squeezing me to the tree.
AN:
Well that's the first chapter and well you can review if you want to, although you don't have to. But it would be nice and all.
