Kagome looked at Sango hesitantly. The other girl was washing her hair in the river. She looked so innocent, so beautiful. Kagome sat in the chill water and wondered if she should just tell Sango how she felt.

The hanyou and the monk set off in the direction of the river. When they got there, Miroku and Inuyasha stared at the sight that met their eyes.

Miroku's mouth dropped open and then a smile spread across his face. "Well, well, well," he whispered. "Looks like everything is fine here." Inuyasha's only response was a snort.

Miroku looked up at her, a playful smile threatening to ruin his solemn face. "So, you and Kagome are having a little fun, eh?"
