Devil's Child

Disclaimer: Ok, so I don't own Inuyasha, but if I did, I would have made it so that Sesshomaru and Kagome got together so no hope there....so sad yes I know.

*X* Down in the Underworld

As Lucifer received his new born baby, Ryusuke, the oldest son and successor of the throne, gave his beloved mother a cup of water to drink as she started to recover from giving birth. When Lucifer held his baby in his arms, he noticed that it was a girl. His baby girl. As Lucifer held his daughter, gazing into her amber eyes, and pale skin and ebony black hair, he thought of a name that would suit his beautiful daughter.

" Father, what is her name?" Ryusuke asks as he looks at his new born baby sister.

"...Satine...Yes. Satine will do nicely." Lucifer said as he grinned at the sight of his daughter smiling back at him.

When Lucifer was finished announcing his beloved daughter's name, he handed his daughter to his youngest son, Aries. And went off to help aid his wife. When Aries got a hold of Satine, he held up Satine's small tiny form on top of a cliff, and down below were millions upon millions of demons roaring with joy at their new princess. For this is the Underworld or some would call it hell. And the Underworld was ruled by non other then the devil himself. Literally.

“Hear this! She is the new born princess of the Underworld. Her name is Satine. Know it, learn it, remember it!” Aries yelled loudly.

As the crowd below roared even louder due to the small speech, Lucifer and his wife, Ryoko and along with them came Ryusuke, and their second oldest son Sakaki. The rulers of the Underworld.

*X* Upon the Heavens

"The Underworld has a new princess....." Numen announced as he stepped away from the clouds.

"We just have to be paitent, wait and watch every move that they make." Deific answered in a discusted tone as he too backed away from the clouds.

"Wow...."

"Wow what Numen??"

"They all seem so......joyous to see her. I have a feeling she is their link to happiness." Seraph commented as he gazed down below at the total meyhem that the demons are causing, but it didn't look like they were fighting, more like, jumping for joy really.

"If we get rid of her, then they will all be angry. That is our next move. We are just waiting to see the right mom-"

"YOU SHALL DO NO SUCH THING!" Seraph, their leader roared out in anger.

"And why not?"

"Because, for us to do that....that would be dishonorable and would make us just like them. I am not willing to stoop to their level."

"WHAT LEVEL! THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO RID THE WORLD OF ALL EVIL A-"

"And destrhe bhe balance of life. There always will be a good and a bad. With the bad is the good. With the good is the bad. Without one, the universe shall be in total destruction. And eventually........there shall be no future. No life. Do you really want that Deific?! DO YOU?!" Seraph yelled in anguish as he shook Deific.

"No. But-"

"Exactly. You are of the heavens. We do not hold tainted thoughts. You should know that by now."

"Yes master." Deific said, discusted at himself for having such dark thoughts that could and probably would cause chaos.

*X* Feudal Era

"Geez Kagome. Get it already!! Where are the shards?!" Inuyasha yelled in her face.

"WELL I WOULD IF A CERTAIN HANYOU WOULD STOP BREATHING DOWN MY NECK!!! SIT!!!!!!" Kagome screamed as Inuyasha was sent flying to the ground.

"Well if Kikyou was here, we would have the shards already! IF KIKYOU WAS HERE WE WOULD STILL HAVE THE WHOLE JEWEL AND NOT BROKEN! YOU ARE USELESS!!!GO BACK TO YOUR TIME!!!" Inuyasha yelled at Kagome.

"Is that all I am to you?! A STUPID SHARD DETECTOR?!" Kagome asked in rage.

"You got that stupid part right."

"YOU HALF-BREEDE-" Before Kagome could finish her yelling, Inuyasha hit her. And by hit, I mean slapped her hard across the face leaving a red mark.

"SHUT UP!! You don't know half the crap and bullshit people have been saying about me during my childhood. Bitch, go home." Inuyasha said etingting tears of pain and fear of him. BINGO. Right on the target.

"Wait, Kagome I'm-"

"Sorry? After all the shit I've swallowed because of you, you actually think I'm going to forgive you like I did so many times before?!" Kagome screamed as she ran into the forest, and covering up her scent.

As she ran and ran deeper into the forest, little did she know, that she already made a bad move in one of Satine's little mind games.
