The Unexpected Kiss

A/N: okay this is my first Anime fic. okay I have seen every InuYasha episode that is out so far. This happens about 3 years after Kagome goes to feudal Japan. I messed with Hojo he isnÕt shy he comes right out and says what he what's to say. Hope you like it. Please R&R.ÐAlex

ÒKagome, Kagome wake up damn it.Ó InuYasha said as he tried to shake Kagome awake.
ÒSit boy.Ó Kagome said in her sleep. InuYasha hit the floor with a big bang. Kagome shot up.
ÒGood your awake.Ó InuYasha said rubbing his stomach.
ÒWhy do you want me up?Ó Kagome asked.
ÒSango and Kuhaku are here.Ó InuYasha said as he helped her out of bed.
ÒWill you go away so I can get dressed.Ó Kagome said.
ÒYou have lived with me for almost a year and you still wonÕt let me watch you get dressed.Ó InuYasha asked.
ÒWell if you really want to I guess you can.Ó Kagome said with a smirk.
ÒYes.Ó InuYasha said happily.
Kagome looked in her chest and took out one of KikyoÕs old outfitÕs. Kagome walked into the empty room with some of her cloths in it and shut the door behind her.
ÒOh man, your so mean.Ó InuYasha said pouting.
ÒYour just upset that I wonÕt let you watch me get dressed.Ó Kagome said.
ÒIf youÕd just stop being so damn shy IÕd like you a lot more.Ó InuYasha as he
walked over to the empty room door.
ÒIÕm ready.Ó Kagome said as she opened the door.
ÒOw, what did you do that for.Ó InuYasha asked as he rubbed his nose.
ÒWell how was I supposed to know you were behind the door.Ó Kagome asked.
ÒWell you could have asked if I was behind the door.Ó InuYasha said as he started to the hall.
ÒWhat kind of idiot asks if someone is behind the door.Ó Kagome said as she walked to catch up with InuYasha.
ÒYou look a lot like Kikyo in that outfit.Ó InuYasha said.
ÒWell thank you.Ó Kagome said, ÒIt is one of her old ous.Ó s.Ó
ÒCome on their waiting.Ó InuYasha said as he walked down the stairs.
ÒComing.Ó Kagome answered as she walked down the stairs.
ÒKagome there you are. We were waiting.Ó Sango said.
ÒHi Sango. Hi Kuhaku. How are you?Ó Kagome asked.
ÒFine, how do you like living with InuYasha?Ó Sango asked.
ÒIts okay, only he keeps asking if he can watch me get dressed.Ó Kagome answered.
ÒHe was hanging out with Miroku to long.Ó Sango added.
ÒYou are so mean.Ó Kagome added.
ÒI know.Ó Sango said.
They both started giggling.
ÒI will never understand girls.Ó Kuhaku said.
ÒMe either.Ó InuYasha agreed.
ÒLets go some were and do something.Ó Kuhaku suggested.
ÒLike what?Ó Kagome asked.
ÒLets go find the last piece of the Jewel Shard.Ó Kuhaku said.
Òokay but let me go home first so I can get some Bandages in case someone gets hurt.Ó Kagome said.
ÒFine IÕll come get you when we are going to leave.Ó InuYasha said.
ÒSee you guys later.Ó Kagome said as she waved good bye.

When Kagome got back out of the well she saw a letter with her name on it. She opened it. It read:

Dear Kagome,
Were have you been? IÕve missed you. Your Grandfather said that you had gone to visit your Father in America. He also said you would be back on Tuesday. I was wondering if you would go to see my all time favorite band Bad Luck. They are plying at the Art center this weekend and IÕve got two front row tickets. Hope you can come. Well see you around.

ÒWow I wonder why he asked me to go not that girl. Well I do love Bad Luck. Especially Shuichi. He is so Kawii. Well better get going.Ó Kagome said to her self as she walked outside.
ÒKagome, Kagome your back.Ó Sota said as her throw him self on her.
ÒSota IÕm so happy your happy to see me.Ó Kagome said as she hugged her little brother.
ÒLets go inside mom will be happy to see you.Ó Sota said eagerly.
ÒIÕm just here to get bandages.Ó Kagome said as they headed to the mansion.
ÒYou only stay here a couple minutes and then you leave.Ó Sota said as he pouted, ÒWhy donÕt you stay longer?Ó
ÒI canÕt IÕm in love with InuYasha and I live there now.Ó Kagome said.
ÒKagome your back.Ó said KagomeÕs mom.
ÒIÕm only here to pick up bandages.Ó Kagome said again.
ÒWell you now were they are. Why donÕt you stay and eat. You look hungry.Ó Sota said.
ÒIÕd love to but InuYasha is waiting.Ó Kagome said.
ÒWell get them and go.Ó said KagomeÕs grandfather.
Kagome walked goem aem and walked back into the kitchen.
ÒWell better get going. See you later.Ó said Kagome.
When Kagome walked outside she heard a very familiar voice.
ÒHojo.Ó Kagome said sounding surprised.
ÒKagome your back early.Ó Hojo said as he walked over to her.
ÒI got back a few minutes ago.Ó Kagome said.
ÒWould you like to go to the store with me. I was coming to see if your mom wants anything.Ó Hojo said.
ÒWell I have to get going IÕm meeting someone.Ó Kagome said as she started walking towards the well.
ÒKagome wait. I really like you and IÕd be honored if you would go to the concert with me.Ó Hojo said as he walked over to her.
ÒI canÕt I have to meet with a guy named InuYasha.Ó Kagome said as she started walking again.
ÒSo there is another guy your friends were right.Ó Hojo said sounding hurt.
ÒYeah I guess they were.Ó Kagome said she start to pick up the pace a little.
ÒKagome wait listen to me.Ó Hojo said as he grabbed her wrist and made her drop her bag.
ÒHojo let me go.Ó Kagome said as she tried to pull away.
ÒNo I wonÕt let you leave I love you Kagome.Ó Hojo said as he pulled her into a hug.
ÒKagome, IÕm here to.Ó InuYasha started to say as he stopped in his tracks.
InuYasha was really hurt. He thought Kagome cared about him.
ÒI wonÕt let you go. InuYasha does sound to tough to me.Ó Hojo said as he pulled her closer.
ÒInuYasha is the best guy I ever met. He would have never forced me to hug him. He wouldnÕt need to force me to hug him IÕd do it willingly.Ó Kagome said.
ÒSo you love him. Do you. I will just have to kill him for trying to steal my girl.Ó Hojo said.
ÒI do love him and you canÕt kill him he is way to strong.Ó Kagome said, Òand IÕm not your girl.Ó
InuYasha realized that she didnÕt want to hug him she was forced and had she just defended him.
ÒKagome try to forget about Imulasha and come live with me.Ó Hojo said.
ÒFirst off its InuYasha. Second IÕd never live with you.Ó Kagome said.
Hojo leaned down to kher.her. That was it InuYasha flipped.
ÒKagome.Ó InuYasha screamed.
ÒInuYasha.Ó Kagome said sounding relived.
ÒYou never force Kagome to do anything got me.Ó InuYasha said as he jumped on Hojo, ÒKagome move back.Ó
Kagome backed away.
ÒSo you must be InuYasha.Ó Hojo said as InuYasha moved off.
ÒYup that's me.Ó InuYasha said.
ÒLeave Kagome alone she is my women.Ó Hojo said.
ÒListen buddy you ever touch Kagome again and I will personally make sure you never touch another women again.Ó InuYasha said as he pick up KagomeÕs bag and walked over to her.
ÒInu, InuYasha.Ó Kagome said as she ran over and hugged InuYasha.
ÒKagome are you okay are you hurt?Ó InuYasha said as he picked her up.
ÒYes IÕm fine thanks to you.Ó Kagome said, ÒWhy are you carrying me?Ó
ÒBecause if you were hurt I wouldnÕt want you to get more hurt by walking.Ó InuYasha said, ÒWould you like me to put you down?Ó
ÒOnly if you want to.Ó Kagome said.
ÒI do but only because I want to hold your hand.Ó InuYasha said as he put her down and took her hand.
ÒLets go Sango and Kuhaku are waiting.Ó Kagome said as they walked in to the well mansion.
ÒIÕm happy he didnÕt hurt you I now what could have happened.Ó InuYasha said as he pushed her hair back from her face.
ÒIÕm glad you came.Ó Kagome said.
InuYasha leaned down and pressed his lips against hers. She kissed him back. InuYasha pulled Kagome closer. Kagome moved with InuYashaÕs hand.
InuYasha finally pulled away.
ÒInuYasha.Ó Kagome said sounding surprised.
ÒYes.Ó InuYasha asked as he let a smile cheap on to his face. InuYasha sat down on the step.
ÒWhy did you kiss me?Ó Kagome said as she sat next to him.
ÒI thought you wanted me to kiss me.Ó InuYasha answered.
ÒI did but did you want to kiss me and if you did, did you like it?Ó Kagome asked as she touched InuYashaÕs hand.
ÒI did want to kiss you and I did like it.Ó InuYasha answered.
ÒI am still very thankful that you helped me back there with Hojo and all.Ó Kagome said.
ÒYou know I will do any thing to help you or protect you Kagome.Ó InuYasha said as he moved closer.
Hojo was listening very closely. He opened the door to the mansion that the well is in. InuYasha pressed his lips on Kagomes.
Hojo flipped he screamed, ÒKagome what are you doing kissing a freak like that I mean look at him he has cat ears, fangs, a sword, and claws he can hurt you!Ó
ÒWhat do you mean? InuYasha would never hurt me.Ó Kagome said.
ÒExactly I would never ever hurt Kagome.Ó InuYasha told Hojo.
ÒYeah right he would have probably would have stuck his sword in you if hugged him again.Ó Hojo said as he walked closer.
ÒKeep away from Kagome.Ó InuYasha said as he put an arm in front of Kagome.
ÒYour the one how should be kept away from her.Ó Hojo said.
InuYasha drew his sword.
ÒInuYasha no.Ó Kagome said as she stepped in front of Hojo.
ÒKagome, you do care.Ó Hojo said.
ÒKagome what are you doing?Ó InuYasha asked.
ÒShe cares about me not you.Ó Hojo said
ÒNo I donÕt really care about you Hojo.Ó Kagome said.
ÒThen why did you protect me.Ó Hojo asked.
ÒYeah Kagome why did you protect him.Ó InuYasha said as he lowered the tetsuiga.
ÒBecause InuYasha he is a human he canÕt hurt you or me.Ó Kagome said.
ÒWant to a bet.Ó Hojo said.
ÒYeah.Ó InuYasha said as he a steps closer.
Hojo punched InuYasha in the face. InuYasha looked at him and slapped him so hard that he hit the wall.
ÒInuYasha stop you can seriously hurt him and then I will be forbidden to see you ever again.Ó Kagome said as she tried to pulled him away.
ÒWell I canÕt let that happen. So lets go.Ó InuYasha said as he grabbed Kagomes bag.
Òokay.Ó Kagome said.
They both jumped into the well.
ÒKagome were did you go.Ó Hojo said.
Hojo looked around but saw no one.

Meanwhile in feudal Japan.
ÒInuYasha are you okay.Ó Kagome said as she looked around.
ÒYes IÕm fine.Ó InuYasha said as he grabbed her arm.
ÒInuYasha you were very sweet.Ó Kagome said as she moved closer.
ÒHow so?Ó InuYasha asked.
ÒBecause you stood up for me.Ó Kagome said.
ÒWell you know how I get when anyone messes with you.Ó InuYasha said as he pulled Kagome closer.
ÒInuYasha we should really get out of the well.Ó Kagome said.
ÒYes we should.Ó InuYasha said as he grabber aer around the waist and jumped up.
ÒThank you InuYasha.Ó Kagome said as she fixed her pants.
ÒOf course. Anything for you Kagome.Ó InuYasha said as he grabbed Kagome by the wrist and pulled her close.
ÒInuYasha are you going to kiss me again?Õ Kagome asked.
ÒYes.Ó InuYasha said he leaned down to kiss her.
ÒInuYasha, Kagome are you.Ó Kuhaku started to say before Sango put her hand over his mouth.
Sango pulled Kuhaku behind a tree.
ÒWhat did you do that for?Ó Kuhaku asked.
ÒDonÕt you want to see them get to together as a couple?Ó Sango asked
ÒYeah your right.Ó Kuhaku said.
InuYashaÕs ears started twitching.
InuYasha pulled away and said ÒWould you people mind your own business and give us some privacy.Ó
ÒOops our bad he knows weÕre here.Ó Kuhaku said.
ÒDamn right your bad you people are the nosiest people I ever met.Ó InuYasha said.
ÒInuYasha give them a brake they didnÕt know you were going to kiss me.Ó Kagome said as she look over at them.
ÒI guess your right.Ó InuYasha said as he let out a long sigh.
ÒWell lets get going. Ò Kuhaku said.
