Hey everyone! *Bows* I have to tell you, this is my very first fic fic for Inuyasha. The story will be good, but I won't be able to write a lemon for a few chapters, so please be patient. Anyways, the first chapter will be short, but I'll update at least every couple days, I promise! Okay then, on with the story, and don't forget to review! Love you guys!

Kagome Higurashi put the finishings touches on her new apartment. 'Aunt Kikyo was right, a change of scenery will do me good.' Kagome took a walk around, double checking her place. It was a 2 bedroom apartment in a good neighborhood, only a mile from the high school. Though it wasn't all that big, it looked more like a home than an apartment. One bedroom was hers, and the other was reserved for guests and for her to study in. The apartment was painted in all light colors, making it very peaceful. The balcony outside gave Kagome a wonderful view of the city. 'This place is perfect, if only Okaa-san or Souta could be here to see it. Kag Kagome's thoughts were cut off when she dropped down to the floor and started crying.
It had already been 2 years since they passed away, but Kagome missed them terribly. During that time, Kagome's Aunt Kikyo and her grandfather had taken care of her. No matter how nice they were, Kagome always felt lonely, without her mom and brother there. Her aunt then decided that moving to Tokyo for a while might help bring her spirits up. Hoping Kagome could meet some new people in such a large city, Kikyo put the money that had come the life insurance into a bank account for Kagome, so she could live alone without having to get a job.
'Aunt, I really hope you're right. I feel so left out, so alone without Okaa-san and Souta... I just want someone who understands me again, who loves me like they did... is there anyone out there who can love me like that?'
Like I said, it was short. Tomorrow I will start explaining everything, and she will meet a certain hunky hanyou, although he'll be human here, sorry. I'll leave his hair and eyes the same though, he looks so hot with the silver hair... I need to stop drooling now, lol. Anyways, review me, I'm up for ideas. Email is ReiHino_85@yahoo.com.
