He couldn't believe how, fast their dinner was coming to an tragedy. There desserts sent away, Kouga immediately asked for a check and another glass of wine. Not for him though of course he was driving demons can't get intoxicated from strong liquor but large quantities of it would. This was for his little spitfire, just excused herself to go to the restroom, and hadn't said a word to him since there little disagreement. She had about two glasses for the night knowing for sure a third one wouldn't hurt her too bad he opted to take it upon himself to get her somewhat smashed before he got the point across that she was his and no one was to have her but him end of fucking story. She had to get away from him, to rethink why she ever wanted to see him again in the first place. She frowned, slightly knowing what made her do it. I mean how‘d the dinner go from fairy tale to homicide so fast. One minute, she was telling him she was having a great time, and the place was perfect. It had to be that man's lips, skilled and talented that's for sure. Along with those hands that showed her with every little touch, what he was doing and when and just how to do it. A naughty image of what he did to her mouth but between her legs. She blushed, while turning on the hand blower, shaking her curly top trying to think of an explanation as to why she was feeling this strange...feeling like a spell, when he kissed her cheek.



Leaving out the bathroom, she bumped into a tall dark hair man, his hands holding her firmly against him to stop her from falling over. Those damned strapless heels were no help in keeping her balanced. "Whoa you okay?" He said giving her a sexy smirk on his good looking features.



"Uh yea thank you...I wasn't paying attention." Straightening her back this man still had his hands on her waist with that same smile.



"Please don't apologize it was my fault for bumping into you."



"Oh no it was me really you..."



"Let introduce myself my names Loki and yours lovely lady?"



"Uh Naru, but I'm here with someone.



"I'm very lucky to have bumped into you baby."



“Could you take your hands off of me Loki?"



"You being so fucking hot I don't think that will be a good idea doll face, how about me and you go somewhere private and get to know each other better, what do you say?" He asked keeping his hands firmly on her waist.



"No, thank you. I said I was here with someone so take your goddamn hands off of me." His leering gaze was making her uneasy putting her hands to his chest she tried to put some space between them.



"Whoever your here with isn't going to mind."



"Last warning. Loki let go of me or else."



"I can't let you go without a little kiss." He spoke to her with a husky tone sneaking his hands around her waist palming her rounded backside. She gasped in surprised that he just grabbed her ass. The anger was building fast and she was about to erupt and this guy was going to be the victim. Lifting her right hand to smack him senseless, she never had a chance for kouga stood behind him and tapped his shoulder, and as soon as he turned he was sent flying by a fist to his jaw. Landing into a waiter holding a big tray full of food. Loki was knocked into the waiter making him drop everything in his hand onto the floor by an elderly couple eating. He slid to a stop beside another couples table Kouga was making a big scene in front of the people in the restaurant. Pumped up by his demons possessive side, he stalked over to Loki watching him stumble to his feet holding his jaw in pain.



"She belongs to me. And you should keep your fucking hands to yourself or you'll never be able to please women again." He spoke baring his fangs at Loki daring him to challenge his claim on Naru, Loki smelt Kouga's scent on Naru's body from his place under table. He thought he'd have to break his legs, just to show that she was his. It enraged him to no end finding out that it was a fellow demon also. Like himself no less.



"I'm sorry. I-I didn't know she was with you, she didn't smell of another..." Loki said cradling his sore jaw in hand while he held up the other trying to ward off, his approaching form. Kouga knew there were demons in this restaurant but he never thought he'd have to exert his authority on one.



"Well you can think no more because she's with me." She stood behind kouga covering her mouth in disbelieve at his attitude and how far that guy landed. With a satisfied smile, he turned ready to get praise from Naru.



Until he saw her half way out the restaurant, grabbing her purse from there table. She stormed out towards the exit none too happy. That was the last straw for her he was staking wild claims on her and now he just punched a guy in front of people she didn't even know. She was beyond embarrassed all she wanted to do was get the hell out of here right now.



"Naru! Naru where the fuck do you think your going!" Kouga shouted to her turning away from the staring audience.



"Away from you!" She snapped back turning around swiftly to make her escape from the many staring faces watch her walk away. Kouga was about to follow after her when a short man in a chefs hat and the manager stopped him in his tracks yelling to pay for the damages of the restaurant. He frowned in displeasure digging quickly in his pocket pulling out a wade of hundred dollar bills plucking several out shoving the money at them. Standing outside the restaurant he looked up and down the dark street not seeing her anywhere. He tried to sniff out her scent and couldn't get a trail of where she must, figuring that he probably had to look for her made him even more irritated. Turning to give the valet his ticket kouga waited patiently for his car to pull up laughing inwardly his prediction was right it was going to be a long night.



"Here you are sir." The young boy said giving him his car keys.



"Thanks." He grumbled getting inside with a frown on his face the anger was starting to show as he slammed the door shut revving up the engine he glanced at the passive valet boy looking like he wanted to speak.



"Hey kid!"



"Uh yes sir?"



"By any chance did you see a girl with curly hair in a black dress and heels walk out of here just now?"



"Oh your looking for your lady friend, yea I saw her, she went down that way past those two brown buildings heading straight towards Meja center it's an nursery school there's a playground on the corner behind the school. Just taking a guess of course. Oh by the way superb punch sir if I do say so myself." The young boy informed him with a wide grin as kouga fished in his pocket giving a generous tip to the young kid.



Speeding out of the driveway almost crashing into another car in the process remembering the direction the boy gave him. Driving past the several buildings he finally spotted the elementary school and Naru sitting on a swing in a playground connect to the school. Parking his car on the opposite side of the street kouga ripped his door open stomping over to the school's gate he was glad her back was turned leaping up and over the tall gate with ease he ventured to her ready to give her a piece of his mind for running out on him.



"So this is where I find you hiding in a playground." Kouga fumed he waited for her to look up at him he frowned deeper at her silence. She saw how angry he was it showed in his body she knew she'd be angry too if she had to look for her. Feeling sorry for disappearing she wanted to apologize.



"I'm sorry kouga."



"What? You shouldn't be the one who's sorry; I'm the one who had to search for you to apologize for ruining our date."



"I didn't mean to make you worry about me, not knowing where I was and all... I just had to get away from all the on lookers, you know. Want to have a seat with me?" Naru peeked up through her long eyelashes with a lopsided smile pushing the swing with her bare feet her four inch heels in one hand. He contemplated her request uncertain in the change in her mood. Thinking nothing of it he sat down in the swing next to her regarding her for a moment he was relieved she wasn't angry with him so that was a good thing. Kouga wasn't used to apologizing very often rubbing the back of his neck he sighed inwardly.



"Look I'm really sorry I behaved like a gorilla back there. I wasn't myself and...Well come to think of it I'm not myself when you’re around and when I saw that guy touching you..." He stated softly glancing at her reaction he continued on. "I know I over reacted but please don't be angry with me. We could go do something else if you like, it's not too late.” Glancing at her staring up at the night sky and kouga ached to kiss her again, her beautiful face bathed in the moonlight.



Turning her head slowly she gave him a sweet smile the light breeze whipping her curls out of her face. "I'm not mad at you." He didn't mean to upset her but he couldn't just stand there while another man touched her, no way.



"You’re not?"



"No. And I don't want to go home just yet."



"Oh. Do you want to stay here or..."



"Yea, I want to stay here."



"Okay."



"And despite the fact you punched a guy and caused a big commotion for your own male ego I forgive you too." She graced him with a dazzling smile, looking down at her lap hiding from his avid gaze.



"Thank you Naru, believe me I didn't mean to embarrass you. You have my word it won't happen again.” He started rambling on until she called his name, “It's just when I'm around you..." Getting his attention, he shut his mouth watching her hold the chain of his swing bringing her closer.



"I said I forgive you,” She whispered leaning into him, “Now kiss me before I really get angry with you." Her lips met his surprising him for a moment while she felt kouga wrap one of his arms around pulling her closer. He wanted to take it slow with Naru for some reason; she was something special to him in a way kagura couldn't make him feel. Kouga and Naru talked the whole night about there likes and dislikes she told him of her super model sister and what college she was going to. Growing up and not having that many friends she had an infatuation with video games he thought she was becoming even more adorable by the minute. Game design was what she really had her heart set on creating her own video game, she thought he'd think she was childish or the idea was stupid not even he smiled and said as long as you do something that makes you happy you'll succeed. Finally after laughing at her childhood memories, kouga decided when her birthday came around he was going to tell her what he really was and hope she wouldn't run for the hills. He told her things about himself also, some of it was a lie and some was partially the truth. After there long talk it was getting late close to three in the morning kouga drove her back to her friend's house kissing her goodbye.
