Chapter Nine:

The three sat around a table. Tea was served to two of them and the other knelt stoically beside one of them. "She is so quiet Naraku. Your plan succeeded. Look at her. She is behaving quite well."

Naraku laughed softly. "Watch." He turned his attention to Inutaisha. "Inutaisha dear, hold out your arm." Inutaisha felt her stomach turn as her body obeyed him.

"What are you doing Naraku?" Naraka questioned him.

"She has sweet blood. You should try it." He replied. He pushed her sleeve up her arm to reveal her elbow. Inutaisha wanted to move away from him as he bit into her arm and licked at the blood dripping from his poisonous bite. It hurt terribly, but she did not cry out. She knew that would give him satisfaction. He kept licking till he pulled back with a smile and her blood smeared on his chin.

She laughed softly. "Really! I like this Inutaisha much better. Here let me taste her. I always wanted to know how she tasted."

They laughed softly in her ear and she felt a great need to tear the two apart, but knew that she couldn't even if she wanted to. She felt the female dig her claws in her arm and draw blood. Inutaisha watched as she lifted her fingers to her lips and tasted the blood that was on her fingers. "Mmm. She is quite sweet. Who knew that dogs could have sweet blood."

"I suppose that comes from her mother eh?" Naraku suggested.

"Ah yes. I heard of the great dog demoness. Even Sessha, her older sister is nothing compared to their mother." She paused, "So what are we going to do?"

"Oh I think we are going to make her kill Inuyasha. I think I will make her husband watch her slaughter their children and then make her kill him."

"Why kill them all? Inuyasha would be a good pet as well." Naraka said with a laugh.

Naraku laughed. "Let us think on this for a while then."

"When is Mama coming back?" Ichiro questioned his father.

"Soon Ichiro." Kagoru replied.

"I've found her trail." Sessha announced as she rushed into the room.

"Where?" Kagoru questioned her.

"To the North. I caught her scent just a little while back. Kagoru, stay inside I need to speak with Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru about a plan to get her back."

"But..." He fell silent when Sessha gave him a stare that said 'stay put or else.'

She shut the door behind her as she walked out to where a fire burned and Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru stood around it. "I am not happy. Not in the least."

"What is going on Sessha?" Inuyasha questioned her.

"Can't you smell it Inuyasha?" She paused, "No offense, but you and my sister are hanyous'. You can't smell what Sesshoumaru and I are smelling right now."

"It's Naraku. His scent is all over her." Sesshoumaru intervened.

"She's been raped Inuyasha. I don't know how though. I wouldn't admit it usually, but she is strong enough to rip him apart. Something has happened." Sessha added.

"That bastard. She told us that he had wanted to before we killed him the first time. What if he found out a way to control her?" Inuyasha asked.

"Exactly. My sister could be controled if Naraku did find a way to..."

"What is it Sessha?"

"A while back before we met you, when Inutaisha and I were not on good speaking terms, I heard of way of control. A collar. If Naraka or Naraku knew of this method then they could have used it to control her."

"Should we tell Kagoru?"

"No! Kagoru is one of the most emotional human males I have ever met. Don't you tell him a damned thing Inuyasha!" Sessha cried out. "If you do I will sword whip you."

Both Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru were taken aback by Sessha's behavior. "What the hell are you two staring at?"

"You usually are more..." Inuyasha began but stopped.

"More what? Emotionless? Well maybe that's because I have a sister around." She let out a loud sigh. "I'm worried. That is all."

"Well we need to make a plan to rescue her."

"That is why I called the both of you out here. I am going to go hunt her down and I need you two to keep Kagoru from coming after me. He needs to take care of his children." The two nodded in agreement. "Good, I am going to rest before I leave to track her down."

Naraku looked at his counterpart as he said, "So we are decided then...we will let Inuyasha stay alive as your pet. The humans we will have Inutaisha kill except for the two pregnant females. We will also have her kill Sessha and Sesshoumaru and the fox demons."

"We need to get another collar for Inuyasha." Naraka added.

"Yes. Tomorrow we will go and hunt for Inuyasha's friends. She will kill them all."

Naraka smiled, "I look forward to controling Inuyasha. Especially now that I see how easy Inutaisha is to control."

"We will succeed in killing those troublemakers this time." Naraku said with a laugh. He looked to his right. Inutaisha sat silently as he smirked at her. Her eyes stared blankly ahead. "They won't know what hit them.""
