Don't Leave Me Now Or Ever
Kagome woke up later that night. She looked around and noticed that Sess wasn't in bed with her. She was about to get up and find him, when she remember what he said about being mated to each other.
Kagome felt scared about that fact. She didn't know if that's what she wanted. Yes she loved Sesshomaru, but she was scared that he would hurt her like Inuyasha did.
*I will just have to give it time. I will not run... I refuse to do so. It's Sesshomaru. I can do this.* she thought to herself.
With that said Kagome got out of bed and walked to the door. When she opened it she got a surprise.
"Ummph" said Sess as he fell backwards onto the floor when the door opened.
"Hahahahahaha" laughed Kagome.
"What are you laughing at?" asked Sess with a smile on his face.
"At you silly goose. You were up against the door and not paying attention that people do open doors you know" said Kagome laughing.
"Oh shut up! Mean ass." said Sess as he sat up again.
"Make me." challenged Kagome.
Sess got up off the floor and looked at Kagome. When he felt her heart speed up a bit, he leaned down and kissed her on the lips.
When they broke the kiss Kagome's head was spinning. *Damn he's a good kisser* she thought to herself.
"Kagome... about the mating thing I'm sorry. I should have talked to you about it. I just got too excited." Sess said with his head down and eyes avoiding Kagome's look.
Kagome hugged Sess to her tightly. "Don't be sorry Sess. I'm just scared and was completely shocked." she said.
Sess rubbed his cheek against hers for comfort. "It's okay to be scared love. I don't know what I'm doing most of the time where your concerned. But, we can learn together on this. At least give it a try." he said.
"I'm willing to try Sess." said Kagome.
"I don't want you to leave me Kagome... not now... not ever. I want you to be with me forever.. in this life and the next one." said Sess.
Kagome was shocked by his words. A single tear found it's way down her cheek.
"Don't cry love. I don't want to ever see you crying." said Sess as he hugged Kagome tighter.
"It's because I'm happy love... I'm happy you feel that way." said Kagome.
