Chapter 9

She had regained consciousness as all her wounds had healed. She wasn't even in pain anymore. She looked down to see the cut on her side which was not gone and was surprised to see that her Master was still licking her. She began to have very unusual feelings. They were feelings in her lower stomach that she had never felt before. The more he licked her the more she wanted him to. His hands had begun to roam her body again. The more he touched her the more she moaned. He started to get bolder as she got louder and moved up to capture a very round hard nipple in the confines of his mouth. He stroked it with his tongue showing the talent of a master. Her moans weren't enough for him, he had to have more. He wanted to hear his name come from her sweet lips. He had to know the truth about the incident at the waterfall.

He had made his way from one soft breast to the other, and wanted more. He wanted to taste her. She liked his tongue on her skin so he was almost sure she wouldn't deny him. She hadn't so far. He began to work his way down the skin of her delicate stomach. Once at her navel he stood abruptly and swept her off her feet. Laying her decadent body across the bed ever so lightly he made his way back to her soft skin. He ran his tongue around her naval one more time before daring to go lower. He had stopped long enough to slide a single finger between the lips of her womanhood. He observed her as he found the tiny mound of nerves that made her arch her entire body. He teased her. He teased her until she couldn’t take it anymore and stopped to try something else.

He knew this wasn't going to go very far, but he wanted to pleasure her none the less. He had had dreams of seeing her lay on his bed arching her body for him in complete bliss ever since he had stumbled in on her in his bathing chamber. It was like a dream come true, but he had to remember that she wasn't experienced. She had never had a man, or a demon for that matter, touch her the way she was being touched by him now. He quickly voted against anything that would hurt her. He leaned over her and started to caress her jewel within the confines of his mouth. She had begun to moan so loud that he was kind of glad that his chamber was the only one on the second floor.

It was like music to his ears. Her heart beat was completely erratic and her breathing was anything but steady. He resolved to place a single finger within her warmth, and began to slowly make a stretching motion. He knew that she was close. He could feel the walls of her body begin to close around his finger as she threw her head back and started to slightly shudder, and then it happened.

"SESS.......shomaru!"

She had said it, and he heard it. The end of his named had weakened significantly as it came from her lips, but it came from her lips all the same. The thought of just hearing it put a very coy smile on his face. She had gone limp on his bed. He knew that her energy was spent, but one though was going through his mind that he couldn't escape if he had tied. 'I pleasure her. It was me all along. She hadn't seen me she just wanted me, or at least the thought of me. This Sesshomaru pleases his Rin.' His thoughts were blissful as he lifted her legs onto the bed for her to sleep. He was done with her for now, but tomorrow she could decide what would happen next, tonight she belonged to him.

He took his place beside her and for a long time he couldn't sleep. He lay there running his clawed fingers across her face and through her hair. He couldn't help but wonder why or when she had started to feel this way about him. She was the only human that he ever had any ties with, but it would be her fault if he made the mistake of growing a heart.

Inuyasha studied the fire as silence echoed around the room. He hoped that Kagome was enjoying her time with Rin. He wondered at this point if she even remembered that tomorrow was her birthday, but quickly decided that the best thing he could give her was peace, quiet, and relaxation. He promised himself that he wouldn't start anything with her tomorrow.

He heard her footsteps a good five minutes before she had ever reached the room. He had learned a few months after they started traveling together that every inch of his body was in tune to her presence, and some part of his body would let him know when she was anywhere close to being nearby.

She pushed the door open as lightly as she could in order to not wake Inuyasha if he was asleep. She was definitely no expecting what she had seen when she opened the door.

"You waited on me Inuyasha?"

"Did you think you could parade around this place and I just wouldn't care?"

"We were just in the garden. Sesshomaru hasn't tried anything funny since we've been here!"

"I don't think he would do anything to you anyway. He wants to kill me remember."

"Then what are you waiting on me for?"

"I protect you everywhere we go. What makes you think that this place should be any different? Besides trouble just finds you for some reason."

She walked over to the fire and sat in the chair to his side. "Well I've learned a lot about Rin. Her parents were killed by bandits when she was small, and she was playing in the woods when she met Sesshomaru. He apparently took refuge in the forest near her village that time you almost killed him with the Wind Scar. The villagers beat her badly when they caught her stealing food to give him. She was later killed by wolves. You know I bet they were Koga's wolves. Sesshomaru found her dead in the forest headed in the direction of him. She was gonna warn him and never made it. He used Tensega to bring her back to life, and she has followed him ever since."

"Does she love him?"

"Wha.............what do you mean Inuyasha?"

"I think Sesshomaru has feelings for her. He made a comment to me at dinner after the two of you left, and he tried to make it sound like it was about me and you. But she's a human and I don't understand. He hates humans. He regards them as expendable trash. So it would be crazy if he loves the one thing he hates more than me."

"What was the question he asked you Inuyasha"

"He wants to know if it is possible for a human to love a demon.”

"Did you tell him yes? We're human our heart tells us who to love and how to love them."

"How am I supposed to answer that! I didn't even know that you liked me until today before dinner."

She felt her face turning a pretty shade of red. "You really had no idea about how I felt about you?"

"Baka, I'm only half human. I never had anyone to teach me stuff like that. The only family I have left has hated me from the day I was born, so it was just natural for people to hate me. What would make me think that I was actually good enough to have or express any feelings for you?"

"You know I think that we could have cleared this up years ago if we would have talked to each other."

"I don't do talking to people very well."

"Only when it comes to feeling, baka!"

She rose from the chair and went to the bed. She pulled the covers back and was going to turn around and dress in her pajamas, but she felt a single arm wrap around her waist.
