“Kagome!” Inu yasha was running through the water, he could see the bubbles coming up from where she had gone under, he dove into the water and swam after her. The world seemed to pulse. A bright purple light flashed beneath the water, he could see her perfectly, he grabbed her and swam to the surface.
“Kagome…come on Kagome!”
She wasn’t breathing. The others were in the waist deep water. Inu yasha dragged her onto shore. Sachi leaned over her
“Kagome wake up Kagome!”
“Move!” Sei pushed Sachi out of the way then….kissed her?!
“What the hell?!” Inu yasha screamed.
“Inu yasha he’s doing CPR! He’s trying to get her to breath!” Kashi explained before he could rip Sei’s head off. Kiran kneeled beside Kagome. Inu yasha could now see that he was indeed blowing air into her mouth.
“One….Two….Three….” Sei pressed on Kagome’s chest. Then he breathed into her mouth twice. “One ….two …..three.”
Kiran picked up her wrist. “She has a pulse…”
All of a sudden Kagomes eyes opened and she puked up a large amount of water. Gasping for air she held her throat.
“Kagome!” Inu yasha felt as though a vice had been released around his heart.
Sachi and Kashi flung themselves at her, embracing her.
“Kagome what the hell was that?!” Kashi exclaimed.
“Something…something pulled me under…what happened”
“Inu yasha saw you go under, he went after you and brought you to shore.” Sei smiled.
“Yeah then Sei did CPR.” Sachi smiled.
“Thanks you guys…I don’t know what would have happened if…” Kagome felt no need to finish that statement.
“But nothing did, and that’s the important thing.” Kiran placed his hand on Kagomes shoulder, the contact made Kagome blush.
“Yeah you’re right…” Kagome sighed.” I think I’m just going to go back to the Cabin and chill out for a while.”
“I’ll go with you…Kiran smiled.”
“Uh thanks.”
“I think we’ll all go with you, I for one, don’t want to be anywhere near this creepy lake.” Sachi shivered.
“Definitely” Kashi agreed.
They gathered up their stuff and headed back into the woods.

“What is that?” Shippo pointed toward a bright purple beam that was shooting out of the forest.
“I don’t know but its coming from the bone eaters well.” Sango grabbed her large boomerang, and Kirara transformed.
“I sense Kagomes presence.” Miroku stood and grasped his staff. “I think she is calling out to us…”
“Let’s go them! She might need our help!” Shippo scrambled onto Kirara’s head.
“Right.” Sango nodded.
“Hmm…” Miroku mounted Kirara and held onto Sango’s hips. “To the well then…” Kirara jumped form the cliff and ran out into the sky.

A/N: I was thinking for awhile trying to figure out how to get everyone's favorite odd couple and foxchild into the mix then it hit me, what better than a life threatening, near death experiance? hehe, I've got ALOT planned for this story.
