Night of Fire

A/N: Yah! Another chapter for you all! It’s getting kind of slow, but this chapter will be devoid of Naraku and Kikyou. This chapter is going to be focusing mainly on reactions and actions between Kagome and her potential ‘suitors’. =) Well, here we go!

Disclaimer: Don’t own Inu or Yu Yu. *curls up in larvae position and weeps*

Chapter 9: Night of Fire

Kagome looked out and noticed the pitch black night and sighed. It was time to get some sleep. “Guys, we’ll talk more tomorrow, but for now, we should probably sleep.” She said, rubbing her forehead. Sesshoumaru stood and placed his hand on her shoulder and nodded.

“We should be prepared for battle at any moment. I’ll stand watch while the rest of you sleep.” He said. Kurama stood up next to him saying, “I’ll help stand watch, too.” Sesshoumaru didn’t say anything but nodded in response.

Sango smiled down again at her little brother, who was already asleep. “Miroku, me and Kohaku will go back to our house next door. We have room for a couple more.” Kagome nodded and looked to Kuwabara and Yusuke. “You guys can go stay with Sango, okay?” Jin jumped up and said, “If it be alright with you, lass, I’ll be going with Urameshi.” Kagome nodded and watched Sesshoumaru and Kurama go outside.

She sighed deeply as the rest of them filed out, finally taking a seat and resting her body. Kami she was tired. Today had really been a long day. She looked to Inuyasha and couldn’t help a small smile. He was already asleep. He had been as tired as the rest of them, hanyou or not. Hiei looked to her gaze and hid back unknown feelings. ‘She still cares for the hanyou…’ he thought quickly, before he watched her look to Genkai and Kaede, both of whom were sleeping soundly.

Shippou was curled up next to Kirara around the small fire in the hut, and she couldn’t help but feel a chill. She stood and rubbed her hands on her arms, looking around for something to cover up with. Suddenly, she felt a pair of arms around her, rubbing as she was. Kagome looked over her shoulder to come face to face with Hiei. She smiled at the fire apparition and sat down again, this time with him beside her.

“It’s been one heck of a day, hasn’t it, my Hiei?” she said softly, making his eyes go slightly wide. ‘She used it again…this time aloud…’ he thought quickly, stamping down his haywire ki as it raced through him.

“Hn.” He replied, not trusting himself to speak. Kagome looked to him and got extremely bold as she scooted closer to him before setting herself in his lap. She waited for any kind of reaction from him as she rested against his chest. To her surprise and happiness, he placed his arms around her and pulled her closer, resting her head underneath his chin.

‘What the hell do I think I’m doing? I should be pushing her away, not bringing her closer to me!’ he shouted mentally, but as she snuggled deeper into his chest, all thoughts and doubts and worries were pushed quickly out of his mind.

“I don’t want you to go away, my Hiei. I don’t want anyone to go away. I don’t want anyone killed.” She said, soft tears flowing down her face. He flinched slightly as her sadness and tears assaulted his nose, which wasn’t as sensitive as Inuyasha’s, but sensitive enough.

“Naraku…he’s taken so many lives…broken so many spirits…I know he wants mine next…but I don’t want him to hurt anyone. I’m afraid he’ll do something even worse than when he was alive the first time. I’m afraid he’ll take advantage of everyone…I’m just so afraid.” She said, hiding her face from him in his chest.

He pulled her closer, listening to her fears and thoughts. “I told you before, I won’t leave you alone. As long as I am able, I will stay by your side.” He said, his voice deep and soft.

“Promise?” she said, hope in her voice. “Promise.” He stopped a second before adding, “My Kagome.”

She stilled in his arms and he had thought she had fallen asleep, but when he looked down, she was staring at him with the most indescribable look on her face. He searched her mind quickly and almost lost control of his demon side as he saw what she was feeling. ‘Kami…he won’t leave me…that’s the best news I’ve heard forever…I don’t want him away from me…ever…I want him always near me…he’s the first person who’s liked me for me. Not for my powers or the jewel…he just likes me for me…I always want him near me…can this be…love?’

Hiei had no qualms about what he was attempting to do. He leaned down closer to her, his soft breath close enough to feel. Kagome’s heartbeat picked up, making her feel slightly dizzy. As he almost reached her lips, his head snapped up, feeling Youko and the taiyoukai at the doorway.

~*~

Kurama let Youko out to stand the watch, as he would be able to stay up later than Kurama could. ‘He has feelings for Kagome…he is my rival…’ each one thought simultaneously, before they stared at each other, fully taking in the others features. ‘An inu youkai…’ Youko thought. ‘A spirit kitsune…’ Sesshoumaru thought. ‘Rare creature.’ They thought together, looking to the sky to break the tension. They sat in silence before their noses were hit with an onslaught of Kagome’s tears. Confused, and worried, they jumped down to the doorway, just in time to see Hiei snap his head up from Kagome, who was sitting in his lap. Instantaneous glares met between the three.

Kagome felt her tears well up again. ‘They all care for me…why are they all glaring at one another? I don’t want them to fight!’ she cried, bringing Hiei’s attention back to her. He managed to give her a comforting nuzzle, earning growls from Youko and Sesshoumaru. Kagome stood, her powers swirling around her slowly.

“Don’t fight…please don’t fight…” she said softly, putting her head in her hands, the tears slipping through. ‘So much tension…so much danger…so much everything!! Kami, why can’t I have a normal life! I was supposed to go to school, but I ended up in the well. I was supposed to not have the jewel anymore, but here it is! Why? Why is this always happening to me?!’ Kagome fell to her knees only to find three sets of arms around her, holding her, warming her.

Kurama emerged quickly, knowing much more how to deal with emotions than Youko. “Don’t worry, Kagome.” He started, resting his head on hers. “We won’t fight.” Sesshoumaru finished stiffly, his hand resting on her shoulder. Hiei suppressed a growl. Kurama and Sesshoumaru should have known better than to interrupt. Instead they barged in and upset her with their anger and jealously.

Kagome couldn’t feel anything at the moment. Her head hurt, her body ached, she was tired, and she was cold, and to top it all off, the three people who had quickly worked their way deep into her heart were on the verge of fighting.

She couldn’t stop her tears as her emotions swirled and took over her mental processes. “Don’t fight…don’t fight each other…it’s what he wants…it’s what he’s always wanted…maybe it would be better if he did take me…then you wouldn’t be fighting each other…it’s all my fault. Everything’s my fault…it’s my fault the jewel isn’t gone, that Kikyou betrayed Inuyasha…everything…”

The three demons’ eyes went wide as they heard the deep, powerful emotions behind her words. “No.” Sesshoumaru said instantly, turning her towards him. He grimaced at her tears, a soft growl emitting itself from his mouth. Kagome looked to his golden orbs and locked, her tears still running softly down her face. “It’s not your fault, Kagome. Don’t blame yourself for that cursed jewel. And especially don’t blame yourself for that bitch miko!” his voice rose, the last word slightly shouted out.

Kagome looked down, fighting her tears. ‘They are trying so hard to cheer me up…but…the one thing I want…’ her thoughts detoured to her last words to Inuyasha, and what she had said before she was forced back to her time.

“Inuyasha…be happy…be safe…don’t fight with Shippou, and…” she paused as he stepped towards her. “Inuyasha?” she asked with confusion. Suddenly he took her up in his arms, pulling her into a tight embrace. He placed his head on her shoulder and whispered into her ear, “Kagome…I know that we can’t be together like you wanted, but I want you to do something for me…please?” he asked. Kagome held her tears in check and slowly nodded, not daring herself to move from his comforting, warm embrace. “Find happiness…find someone who can love you more than I could ever do…you deserve the best, even if it’s not with me…you deserve happiness…you deserve to have your love returned to you.” Kagome couldn’t stop her tears as she hugged him quickly back, her shoulders now shaking with a force she had never felt before. “Aww, Kagome. Don’t cry. You know I hate it when you cry…” Inuyasha whispered out, hugging her tighter. Kagome didn’t trust herself to speak, but managed out, “Thank you, Inuyasha.” He smiled into her ear as she was slowly pulled towards the well by an invisible force……

Her arms snaked their way around the person in front of her, not knowing that that person was Sesshoumaru himself. He hugged her with his one arm, letting her cry on his shoulder. “I’m so sorry…I wish none of this had ever happened…none of you should have been dragged into this…it should have been finished with the battle with Naraku…” she sobbed, her aura flaring again. Hiei and Kurama stepped back as her energy engulfed the taiyoukai, surrounding both of them in a bright pink light. Before another word could be said, Hiei and Kurama were also pulled into the wall of energy, but neither one was purified. The ki swirled around them, pulling at their souls.

Sesshoumaru growled as he felt a strong tingling sensation at the base of where his arm was sliced off by Inuyasha in their first encounter. Ironically enough, Kagome was there too. It was the first time he had met the girl, and it wasn’t the last. He looked to his shoulder and his eyes widened as his arm began to re grow swiftly, pushing at the fabric that hung loosely at his side.

The energy pulsated at Hiei’s Jagan, giving it new power and strength. His dragon flared to life, surrounding itself with the miko energy that was being so freely given to them.

Kurama stood hesitant. He didn’t have anything for the energy to focus on, so he was slightly apprehensive of what would happen, but the spirit kitsune need not have worried at all. Kagome’s energy hit into his chest, soothing his soul and Youko’s within. His lonely feelings that had surrounded him were gone, being replaced by an unexplainable want and need for only one thing: Kagome’s companionship. He had felt his souls tug at hers, and ironically enough, the souls in each of their bodies called to one another.

‘Soul mates? You think so, Youko?’ he asked, as soon as the words left the spirit kitsune’s mouth. ‘I know so, Red. This feeling only comes with the calling of souls to one another. The thing is though…’ he paused, puzzlement in his voice.

‘What is it, Youko?’ he asked, hearing his friend trail off. ‘Our soul is being pulled into three separate directions…do you feel it, Suichi?’ he asked, using the human’s name as he felt the human spirit being pulled along with his own.

Kurama paused his thinking, just concentrating on his soul. It stirred slowly within him, pulling at the girl in front of him, then it stalled, as it began to pull towards the right and left of him. He looked up and realized that it was Hiei and Sesshoumaru that were calling to his soul.

Hiei was in turmoil. He had never felt anything like this before, and he wasn’t sure he liked it. The only thing keeping him from running away was the fact that Kagome was in front of him, and he didn’t want to leave her alone with the taiyoukai currently holding her. He almost gasped as he witnessed Sesshoumaru’s arm as it was re grown in seconds, leaving him with a sense of wonder at the miko’s power.

He attempted to calm his racing heartbeat, attempted to bring a peace to his rambunctious ki and get it back under control. In reality, his ki was as calm as ever, it was his heart and soul in turmoil. He had never felt the pull of true soul mates, and had no idea what it was that his body was doing. His demon energy called to him, telling him that the girl in front of him was his, and to claim her. His Jagan and dragon told him to do the same. His mind told him that it wasn’t time, and that she was in need of comfort, not more pain. A soft growl escaped his lips at his frustration. Kurama heard it and quickly explained the situation. They both looked to Sesshoumaru, whose eyes were beginning to glow a tint of red…

The Lord of the Western Lands was not calm, as he would have liked everyone to believe. He was in shambles as his soul pulled at the girls and then ripped towards two other directions. His demon energy rose quickly to the surface, attempting to cut down the outside threat to his sanity. He growled, closing his eyes and trying to get himself back under control, just as he reached his breaking point, everything stopped…

Kagome couldn’t stop her tears. She felt her soul being pulled at again, and couldn’t help but look towards the door, seeing if Kikyou had the audacity to come back for her. She saw Sesshoumaru’s newly re grown arm and looked puzzled at it a moment before dismissing it. She didn’t know her powers could do that, but she wasn’t surprised. She did have healing capabilities after all. She gasped as her soul was pulled at again, and she focused on it, attempting to re root it to her body. She frowned as she looked to where it was being pulled. In front of her was Sesshoumaru, and to her right and left were Hiei and Kurama. That’s when she finally noticed it: the swirls of their souls coming towards her.

Fascinated, she watched as they came closer and closer. Then they touched, and her energy went from being all around them, to surrounding the links in their souls. Her eyes went wide; watching as the energy swirled around and around, latching onto their souls for brief moments before dispelling and circling around the connections again.

Inuyasha bound off of the floor, her energy finally reaching his senses, while Kaede and Genkai were instantly near the four. “Soul mates…good kami…” Kaede managed out, holding a hand to her mouth. Genkai’s eyes went wide with shock. Never before had the woman witnessed anything like this before in her entire life. Shippou jumped on Inuyasha, not knowing if it was safe to touch Kagome in her current state.

Suddenly, Kagome was thrown to the back of her mind, as Midoriko came pouring out of the jewel, taking over her body temporarily. She didn’t sound like herself, it was if every word she said was predestined…like a spell…

“Mind, Body, Spirit, Heart…Four will be bound by these elements…four will stop the evil…four will break the seal on a young maiden’s true soul, and four will release the demon within…
Four minds, four bodies, four spirits, four hearts…one will harness the power of four and will awaken with power never before witnessed since the dawn of time…
A mind full of unparalleled knowledge…
A body containing two souls…
A spirit tormented by fire and ice…
A heart waiting for the chosen one to heal it…
Together with the young maiden of legend, they will dispel the evil that threatens the earth and bring peace once again to the three realms…

Mind, Body, Spirit, Heart…together, they will be bound by trust, friendship, power, and above all, together…they will be bound by love…

Mind, Body, Spirit, Heart…Four will be bound by these elements…

Midoriko’s voice trailed off, her voice echoing the words over and over. Then everything stilled, her power now completely dispelled, and her eyes closed as she brought her head back down. Kagome opened her eyes and stared confusedly at Sesshoumaru, whose mouth was open slightly in shock. She looked to Kurama and Hiei who had similar looks of shock and confusion on their faces.

“What? Do I have something on my face?” Kagome asked, looking to Inuyasha, Genkai and Kaede, who were all looking absolutely shocked at her. She stood quickly, darting around the room. ‘Oh no! Did I say something in my sleep?! Do I have something on my face?! What’s going on?!’ she thought quickly, her eyes widening in fear and worry.

“You…” she looked down to Sesshoumaru. “You don’t remember anything?” he asked, looking positively confused at her, with a tint of anger in his eyes.

“Remember anything of what, Sesshoumaru sama?” Kagome asked, her own face matching his puzzlement.

“Dammit, Kagome! Quit playing dumb! What’s that you just said?! The power of four?! What the hell?!” Inuyasha yelled, not liking being woken up as he had, and even further, not liking the fact that she was surrounded by three demons that he knew practically nothing about.

“Nani? What are you talking about, Inuyasha? I didn’t say anything!!” she shouted back, worry and fear in her voice as it took a tone up from her usual shout.

“Of course you did! And why are all they in here with you?! They…” he pointed to Kurama and Sesshoumaru, “…are supposed to be standing watch! What are they doing in here?!” he shouted, getting to his feet.

Kagome closed her eyes, trying to calm her nerves which were racing about a million miles a second. “First of all, Inuyasha, I don’t remember saying anything, so I have no idea what you’re talking about! Second of all, I don’t know why Sesshoumaru sama and Kurama came in, they were just here, and then…” she trailed off, a thoughtful expression coming to her face.

“What DID happen?” she questioned aloud. She looked to Sesshoumaru’s newly required arm and gently placed a hand on it, testing it to see if it really was there, or just her imagination. His muscles flexed responsively under her touch and she pulled her hand back quickly.

Kagome’s heartbeat picked up considerably, now border lining between painful and passing out. She began to slightly hyperventilate, her face turning a bad shade of purple. Kurama was on his feet, holding her in his arms. “Whoa…calm down Kagome…it doesn’t matter what happened, just calm down, everything is fine, no one’s hurt…everyone’s okay…” he whispered soothingly into her ear, as she clutched embarrassingly tightly to him, her hands digging slightly into his back as her breathing hitched, making her close her eyes tightly.

“Kagome…calm down…” Sesshoumaru said in a voice that clearly told her it was an order, not a request. Hiei quickly went into her mind with his Jagan flaring at her distress. He saw her huddling in the middle of her mind, shaking uncontrollably repeating over and over, ‘What happened, what happened, what happened?! Why is Inuyasha so mad? What did I do? What happened?’

Hiei jumped to her and held her tightly, setting her in his lap again as he had done before all hell broke loose in the first place. She looked up to the contact, and quickly broke down, sobbing in his chest. Her mind ricocheted images up until the point of where the souls completely connected, and then darkness overtook it, blanketing the two in shrouds of mystery.

Kagome began to shake, but Hiei held her closer. He had a feeling something was going to happen, something important, and she had to be ready for it. ‘Kagome! Listen! You have to calm down!” he growled out a bit harshly, regretting slightly the tone his voice had taken. She gasped, never having heard that tone in his voice before. He looked down to her face, and he held in check that even with the tears streaming her face, she was still absolutely beautiful.

He didn’t trust himself to speak, so he just brushed his head up against hers and let the images float into her mind. Kagome sucked in a breath as she saw her head fly back, and then heard Midoriko’s voice come from her mouth. It was strange, it wasn’t like the way the past Guardian talked to her, it was like she was speaking a spell…or a legend. Some of the legends her grandfather told her sounded like that, so formal and practiced.

She looked up to Hiei after the memory had finished and frowned. ‘The power of four? What is she talking about? Who is this ‘young maiden’? It would have to be someone with demon energy, and that’s not me, I’m just human…this is weird…’ she creased her forehead in frustration. He had seen her calm considerably since just seeing what had transpired, but he didn’t want to let her go.

Kagome finally managed a smile to him. Everything was okay now. She knew what Inuyasha was talking about. She growled, making Hiei look quickly to her. ‘That baka is going to meet my fist when you leave. He shouldn’t have yelled like that at me.’ She growled again. Slightly apprehensive of what she would do, he nodded goodbye and left back to his body.

“Inuyasha!” her voice came out sweet as sugar with a hint of malice in it. “SIT BOY!!”

Everyone watched as she pulled herself out of Kurama’s arms and stalked over to the hanyou. “I didn’t know what was going on, but now I do. You have no right to yell at me like that! And you have no right to order them around!” she growled again, making each demon look quickly to her. Her growl was just as dangerous as theirs. It was a really scary thought. Shippou jumped into her arms, smiling. Kagome rubbed his head softly before setting him back by the fire.

“I’m going outside.” She announced, getting to the door before three voices said, “Wait!” She looked back slowly to each of them before elaborating, “I have to use the little girl’s room. Sheesh!” then she walked on out, leaving three stunned demons in her wake, and one demon knocked out.

“I’m going back on watch, coming, Kurama?” Sesshoumaru said, not giving the fox any title, as he didn’t know how to really address him. He nodded in response, and noted that Hiei was now following them. Apparently, he was now itching for a good fight. Tonight’s events had stressed him out more than normal, and that was really saying something since the fire apparition hadn’t been actually stressed out in centuries.

~*~

Kagome did her business and began her trudge back to Kaede’s hut. It was late, but she didn’t feel tired anymore, just worn. Her attention was caught to the roof of the hut, where Hiei, Kurama, and Sesshoumaru were all sitting side by side. ‘Beautiful…’ she thought, before blushing furiously. It was a good thing she was still a ways away from camp, or those demons would have got a whiff of something that would have really tested their restraint.

Unfortunately for her, she wasn’t dealing with Inuyasha’s hanyou nose, it was her scent versus three full demon powered noses, and fate was just against her that night.

Each one caught the scent at the same time and each one growled in frustration. How she had managed to be aroused was beyond them, but they each looked to her direction and saw who it was she had her focus on: them.

Kagome stamped down her nervousness as she passed into Kaede’s hut. They had watched her from the edge of the woods walk for the hut, and every step made her want to bolt to the other direction. They were looking at her with eyes she had never seen before on them and it really unnerved her. Taking deep breaths, Kagome decided it was time for bed. She snuggled up next to the fire, where Kaede and Genkai were now missing from, and next to Shippou where she finally drifted off to dream land, and let her imagination take complete flight.

The demons were screwed, blued, and tattooed that night. Her dreams took on a whole new reality, figuratively, and her scent spiked even higher than when she had passed by them only minutes ago.

Each one was having difficulty controlling their demon sides, who all wanted the female beneath them, both ways completely literal.

Suddenly, they felt a calming sensation float over them, one that they had felt before. They jumped down and watched her turn over in her sleep. “It’s all right…” she whispered in her sleep, a small smile coming to her face. “We’re all okay…”

Each one looked to the others, somber looks on their faces. They walked back out and jumped back to the roof. A lengthy discussion was in order, and now seemed as good a time as any.

“She cares for each of us.” Kurama started, looking down into his hands. He never before imagined that he would have to have this kind of discussion ever in his life. He thought that he’d never find a girl to love both sides of him completely, but she was just inside the hut below him, and now he discovered completely that he had to share her or risk not having her at all.

“She is utterly perfect.” Sesshoumaru added, frowning, but dismissing his overprotective surge to have her as his own. He would have to share her, or have her not at all. And his demon wanted her too much to not have her at least in some form.

“She…needs us.” Hiei finished, looking to the bright moon above him. Kurama looked quickly to his friend. ‘He is indeed caring for her…I never thought I would see the day…’ he thought, looking to Youko. ‘She has melted his frozen heart with her kindness…and love. But he is right. She needs us, just as we need her.’ He said, becoming comfortable in the back of Kurama’s mind.

“If we are three of the four elements in the prophesy that Midoriko told us, then who is the fourth?” Sesshoumaru asked, switching topics, as this one wasn’t making him feel better about anything. ‘Kagome could still choose only one of us, or none of us.’ He shook his head; he would not live without her.

Kurama, confused by his switch of topics, looked up. “The fourth?” he thought about it. ‘Four spirits? Hiei, Sesshoumaru, Me…Youko?’ he blurted out, “What about Youko? Would he be the fourth? Can just a spirit be the fourth?” he questioned, knowing that the demon most likely didn’t have any answers, but knowing that once the questions had been spoken, they might be able to find answers.

Sesshoumaru sat back further on the roof. ‘Two spirits in a human body…could it be possible?’ he decided to finally sate his curiosity and asked, “How is it that a human such as yourself has come to have two distinct spirits in your body? One human, and one full demon?”

Kurama’s eyes widened. He had not expected this and looked away slowly, trying to collect the best way to explain it. Sesshoumaru looked intently at him, irritation seeping into him. He didn’t like to wait for answers. He had asked a question, and he wanted an answer, Dammit!

Just as he was about to repeat his question, this time with his claws, Kurama began to speak. “Youko was a very famous spirit kitsune. He was, and still is, famed for his trickery and thieving skills.”

“I know this, human. Youko was around in this time, if your counterpart remembers correctly. Although he may have never come in contact with Naraku. I am not sure.” Sesshoumaru ground out, holding his temper in check.

“Well, during one of his jobs, his friend Kurounue was killed, and he fled. Things weren’t the same after he was gone, and on a solo job, he was injured. He ended up forcing himself into an unborn human fetus and began to reside in the body, along with the human spirit. That would be me.”

Sesshoumaru nodded in understanding. It was simple enough, reincarnation without true ownership of the body.

”I see.” He looked to Hiei, feeling the clash of power again. “Fire and Ice, a forbidden match indeed. You have survived, which is more than I can say for many who are conceived out of such a match. I am thoroughly impressed, Hiei.” He said, no hint of degradation in his voice, just a true tone of thoughtfulness and honor in his voice.

Hiei nodded to him, noting the hanyou he was related to. He understood the pain that children of forbidden matches go through, and hearing he was impressed with him somehow was effecting him not the way he thought it would. Normally, he wouldn’t give a rat’s ass about how someone thought of him, but somehow, Sesshoumaru’s impression of him mattered.

Each one looked to the sky again. It was going to be a long night, but a better one, now that each one had a better idea of who was in this ‘bond’ of theirs.

A/N: Okay. End Chap 9—please R/R! Onegai shimasu! Hope you liked. Next chapter…I have no clue. *crawls back into larvae position and weeps* Please muses! Do not leave me now!! I have many a thought for later chapters, but I have to add another chapter of something before then! *scramble scramble* Well, here’s hoping!

A/N #2: Okay, I have gotten a couple of complaints about my writing style. *sigh sigh* First things first, I have tried to not extend out the breaking lines in my story. Second, I have tried to make sure that speakers get new paragraphs. Thirdly, Gomen, S, but I will not conform to the normal writing styles of others. My Japanese may not be completely correct, but I’ll deal with it, and hopefully my readers will too. On the note that I should write all in English…well that’s just simply BORING!! Well, to me anyway. I love mixing languages, and I do so in my everyday speech, so I will continue to do it in my writing. Especially since this is based on two JAPANESE animes, I kind of like to think that adding some small fragments of the language is a good thing, and I have already put an end to trying and naming all my chapters in Japanese. It was rather confusing to me to try and do it that way. As for Chapter two’s translation, “Anata no watashi wa tomo dachi desu ka?” I believe is the correct translation for what I wanted to say. “Anata” (you) no (particle) Watashi (my) wa (particle) tomo dachi (friend) desu ka (question) There might be a slight change with it, meaning, it might be “Anata no watashi wa tomo dachi arimasu ka?” More literally meaning, “Do you exist as my friend?” or something to that effect. *sigh* I’ll have to talk to Spence sama and see what he says about it. Well, I’m tired. Jaa matta! I’ll update soon.

A/N #3: Past Self
