Torn between two brothers.

After reaching the stream, which was indeed very close to camp as Sesshoumaru had said, Kagome asked the demon lord to let her bathe in private. It wasn't that she was shy, at this point her insecurities were the least of pro problems. However, this close to camp, and a certain hanyou, she wasn't going to take any chances. It seemed any time she got very close to either one of them she was carried away and ravaged senselessly for no reason other then 'her smell'. "Gods!" she moaned as she pondered her dilemma, letting the icy cold water of the stream wash away some of her shame. She felt guilty now. She never wanted in her lifetime to hurt Inu Yasha and she could not imagine anything as damaging as what she had to tell him now. She knew she had to tell him, she only hoped he would let her get out the words before going berserk.

Kagome gritted her teeth as the cold water bit at her body. It was almost an act of penance for her as she felt she deserved to be punished for her recent sinful deeds. She sighed heavily as she withdrew from the water, most of the sweat and smell gone from her body but the memories still burning in her mind. "Kagome." she heard a voice beckon from behind the shadows of a tall rock.

"In-Inu Yasha..." she stuttered as he emerged from his hidden viewpoint. "What are you doing here?"

"Keh! I woke up and you were gone," he snorted, "you should have told me you needed a bath I could have found you a hot spring.

Kagome wrapped the blanket around herself tightly, hoping silently that it would mask the mark of Sesshoumaru, but knowing that it wouldn't. "Inu Yasha there's something I need to tell you." She began as the hanyou advanced.

Inu Yasha sniffed at the air around her, crinkling his nose in disgust. Kagome froze unsure of how to react as Inu Yasha crept closer. "Inu Yasha, " she began, desperately trying to get the words out before he could discover her secret.

Unfortunately, she was not in time. "THAT BASTARD!" Inu Yasha growled after sniffing at her shoulder with a calculating look.

"Inu Yasha WAIT!" she cried desperately trying to explain herself.

"I'm going to rip off otheother arm and beat him with it!" he growled with a blind fury turning on his heals towards camp.

Kagome quickly grabbed his wrist, raising her hand to his chin and bringing his eyes to meet hers, unshed tears in her eyes. "Inu Yasha, It's not his fault.....the spell...you promised ...no violence."

Inu Yasha calmed obviously moved by her words and the sadness in her eyes and brought his free hand up to rest a palm to her face. She gladly accepted the comforting touch, nuzzling her cheek against it. "But Kagome," he began, "he....he hurt you."

"No..." she admitted, "he didn't..He couldn't help himself Inu Yasha, but I allowed it to happen. If you have to hate someone, hate me." she lowered her eyes to stare at her feet unable to control the shame she felt at her admission.

Inu Yasha paused for what seemed like forever to Kagome, silently staring at her face, letting his fingers brush through her hair "Kagome, " he whispered gently, "I could never hate you." She raised her eyes to meet his and was surprised to find only tenderness and understanding in them. "Oh Inu Yasha!" she cried wrapping her arms around his body hugging him tightly, tears falling from her eyes in relief. Inu Yasha returned the embrace wrapping his strong arms around her body.

They held each other like for what seemed an eternity before Kagome pulled her face out of the curve of his neck to look into his eyes. Inu Yasha leaned in pressing his warm lips against hers in a passionate kiss. Kagome did not fight him this time, letting his lips wash away all the doubt, fear, and shame she had felt in the stream. Inu Yasha slowly let his hands creep over her body, pulling the blanket she had been wrapped in loose and letting it drop to the ground. She gasped lightly against his lips and pulled her body closer to his for warmth as the cold night air moved in around her still damp skin.

Inu Yasha let his hands move lower, wrapping his hands around her thighs so that her feet no longer touched the ground, bracing his body against hers. Kagome broke the kiss suddenly to look into his eyes, looking for some explanation. They both looked at each other with lust in their eyes for only a moment before hungrily gasping against each others lips in a desperate kiss.

Inu Yasha growled loudly as she let his tongue play against hers and the air become heavy with the smell of anticipation. Kagome suddenly felt her back against a tree and pushed herself against it as she fumbled with the ties around his waist.

They were both panting heavily now, lost in their lust for one another. She finally freed his throbbing erection and he quickly buried it inside her causing her to kneed at the flesh around his back and shoulders. They froze there, staring in each others eyes, in awe of one another. Kagome reveling in the feeling of him inside her once again. Kagome slowly began to move her hips against him, staring intently into his lustful eyes, breaking the moment they had shared and moving on to more ~pressing~ issues.

Inu Yasha let out a deep guttural growl, pushing up against her, biting at her neck. Kagome panted heavily squeezing her legs against his back in compliance. "Oh Inu Yasha..." she moaned. Inu Yasha simply increased his pace, pulling her forcefully against his body, groaning with each thrust. Kagome felt her body tense around him the knot in her stomach on fire once again, as he playfully nuzzled his head against her neck and chest. She could feel his claws dig into the soft flesh around her thighs as he slammed her against the tree, mumbling incoherently.

"Gods Yes Inu Yasha!" she moaned as he finally thrust deep inside her, pinning her against the tree panting heavily against her neck as her body wrapped around his and convulsed with pleasure. Without even realizing she was doing it she dug her fingernails into the flesh of his back, rendering long red scratch marks.

He held her like that for a moment, up against the tree, his heart beating hard against her chest. Slowly he backed away, freeing her from the tree and removing her now sore legs from around his body, steadying her as she slowly regained the ability to stand.

"I love your scent," he whispered as their foreheads touched, neither one completely recovered from the ordeal.

Kagome smiled weakly, "We should head back to camp." Inu Yasha returned her smile grabbing the blanket from off the ground and wrapping it around her. He brought his arm around her hip, nodded andked ked back with back to camp slowly giving them time to regain the feeling in their legs.
