Chapter 8: Miroku's Beloved

Tonbo and Hatsuyuki pushed Kyoto into a room. She fell on the floor. Shaking her head she stood up.

"You didn't have to shove me!" shouted Kyoto. The door shut.
"Kyoto?"
She turned around and gasped. Miroku was in the same room. This was who she was supposed to partner with?
'Oh gods,' thought Kyoto. Nobody knew it, but she had a thing for the monk. For a long time she had ached for him. She never told anyone, not Kagome, not Sango, and definatly not Inuyasha. He was handsome and cared very mucr hir his friends. Even though he had hit on her when she first arrived, she was flatterd that he had noticed her. And he had saved her life. She rememberd one time he had sucked in Naraku's poisonous insects into his tunnel to save her life.

Kyoto slashed her naginata at the hawk demon before her. Naraku had given a shard to the demon birds to make them more powerful. The hawk flew up in the air and went to strike again. Inuyasha was busy with another demon.go wgo was tossing her boomarang like mad trying to destroy another hawk demon.Kagome was protecting Shippo.

They filled the sky. The hawk demon that Kyoto had been dealing with swooped down and grabbed her naginata. Kyoto followed it to try and get it back.Kyoto did not see the or hear the hawk demon behind her. There was to much screeching in the air and it was hurting her senstive ears. Kyoto turned around but it was too . Th. The hawk swooped down and Kyott het her arms up. A strong wind came up and the hawk demon tried to flap away but Miroku's wind tunnel was drawing it in. Naraku's poisonous insects came buzzing up from the woods.
Kyoto saw them. Miroku was still trying to draw the hawk demon in.

"Miroku!" shouted Kyoto.

Miroku saw the insects coming towards him. He just held his hand up and took them in. Finally the hawk demon was sucked in.Miroku was wobbly, he fell down on his ass. Kyoto ran over to his side and brought him into her. Miroku shudderd. The poison was taking affect.

"Miroku....you risked your life to save me," said Kyoto. Miroku just smiled his lecherous smile and fainted. Kyoto reached into a pouch on her side and brought out a vile. Kyoto was very skilled in the way of medicine, the vile she held in her hand was an antidote for the poison the insects gave off. She made it when she found out how dangerous their poison was to Miroku.

She used her fangs and pulled the cork out. Kyoturedured the liquid into his mouth. She then titled his head back rubbed his throat to help the medicine go down. She laid his head back down on her lap. Inuyasha killed the last of the birds. Kagome, Sango, and Inuyasha ran over to them.

"Is he okay?" asked Sanghe whe was worried for her friend.

Kyoto looked down and ruffled his hair.

"He'll be fine.He risked his life to save mine," whisperd Kyoto.

At that moment she had fallen in love with him. He had risked his life to save hers.He was very strong for a mortal and brave.Like her,he had seen his only parent die. Before his veyes yes he saw his father being sucked into his own Wind Tunnel. She couldn't help it, she was in love with him. Even if he was a dirty lecher.

Miroku just stared at Kyoto. The beautiful sister of Inuyasha had been pushed into the room. She wasn't wearing her normal revaling outfit, she was now wearing an even more revaling outfit. He could never admit to anyone, and if Inuyasha ever found out he would kill him. It wasn't just her beauty that attracted him to her. Seeing her mother die right before her eyes, sending her adopted brother off on his own, and being shunned for being the illegitimate child of the lord of the western land. But she sought through it all and was very strong. She always had a smile. But just don't piss her off. Miroku smiled at himself as she looked at him. He rememberd the day he had saved her life.

When he saw that hawk about to strike her, he just opend his wind tunnel and saved her. Even though he saw the insects, he had to protect her. After he had taken in the poison he felt like he was about to die. But Kyoto had saved him. He knew that he was in love with her, that's why he had risked everything to save her. She had cradle his head in her lap until he had woken up.

"Kyoto what are you...." he started.

Suddenly her ears twitched. She ran over and jumped on him. Kyoto placed a a mind numbinss oss on his lips. Miroku wrapped his arms around her waist and brought her close. The door opend and Tonbo stuck her head in.

'Good,' Tonbo thought. She closed the door. Kyoto looked out in the corner of her eye. Tonbo was gone. She pulled her lips away from Miroku's. Miroku stared up the beauty that straddled him. Kyoto looked down and saw Miroku's smile. It wasn't his normal lecherous smile, this one looked...happy.

"Kyoto what are you doing here?\ked ked Miroku. Kyoto blushed. It was embrassing for her to say.

She quickly told him what had happend and the Vixen queen decsion.. Miroku gasped. They had to give up their virginty save to him and the others. But a dark thought crossed his mind. Maybe she had come just to save Inuyasha. After all he did contestly grope her.

"Kyoto, you would do that to save Inuyasha?"asked Miroku.

Kyoto smiled ," No...to save you too." Kyoto blushed again. Miroku sat up and still had Kyoto on his lap, she was biting her clawed thumb. She had a habit of biting her thumb claw when she was nervous.This was not the same Kyoto Miroku was used to seeing. This Kyoto was nervous.

"Kyoto..." said Miroku as he took in her smell. She smelled like plums. He nuzzled his head against her neck. Kyoto closed her eyes and breathed deeply. Her eyes poped open when she felt something poking her through his robes. It was hitting the one spot where she needed him most. Miroku took her head and turned it toward him. He placed his lips on her lusious lips. He wrapped his arms around her and brought her close to his chest. Kyoto took her arms and wrapped them around his neck. Kyoto qiuckly pushed him away.

"Kyoto what is the matter?"asked Miroku. Didn't she want to be with him as much he wanted to be with her.

Kyoto was very nervous, a trait she did not show very often. She hated for people to her weakness. She hated the fact that she cared so much about what people thought about her.It probably came from all those years of being shunned. She turned her head afromfrom him.

"Miroku, I really wanted to do this with someone who loved me..." said Kyoto. Miroku's heart broke at that. He had to tell her.

"Kyoto....you are doing this with someone who loves you." said Miroku.

Kyoto qiuckly turned back to him and pinned him to the ground. If this was just one of his tricks to get her to sleep with him...Damn it! To bad the magic barrier had blocked out her telepathy. If she could she would have read his mind to see if he was lying.

"Miroku...do you mean what you just said or are you saying that to make me feel better about sleeping with you?"asked Kyoto.

Miroku smiled up at her. He loosend the grip she had him. He sat up and Kyoto got off his lap and sat in front of him. Her eye brows were arche down in a scoul, but her eyes were bright. Miroku placed his hand on her cheek and softly grabbed her other hand.

Kyoto smiled and leaned forward to kiss him.After she pulled her lips of his she sat back and gave him a bright smile.

"I love you too Miroku. Ever since the day you saved my life," she said.

"When we get out of here would you be my mate?" asked Kyoto. Miroku nodded his head. She gave him one more kiss.

Miroku sat up and pulled on his robes. Kyoto followed the Vixens out and gave Miroku a lecherous smile. Miroku returned the smile. After the door shut, a thought flashed in his mind. Inuyasha would kill him when he found out he had just fucked his little sister.
