"Feh, you going to take forever to find food for your mate this time?" Inuyasha barked.
"The only reason this Sesshomaru took so long was because I needed to find prey that that was good enough for my mate to eat," Sesshomaru countered.
"What are you saying, that I don't bring in good enough food?" Inuyasha spat as the brothers went off to hunt for food for dinner that night. Miroku sighed and Rin giggled at the brothers' argument.
"Rin, how can you but up with him? I mean, isn't Sesshomaru...a little...cold?" Kagome asked.
"Full blooded demons have trouble showing human emotions. My mate has this problem, but he is a dog demon. He has ways of showing his feelings through actions," Rin explained. "His mark shows that I'm the only one he'll ever need. Being his mate, I can pick up on his actions that show what he is feeling."
"Hmmmm, interesting..." Miroku commented.
"But is it necessary for you two do..." Kagome began and made hand gestures.
Rin grinned, "That's the best part. He may be cold when he is dressed, but get him naked and he's a raging inferno."
"And I can only assume that Sesshomaru is making sure you aren't 'pupped'," Miroku said.
"Yes, and on those nights I get his tongue until I can stand it," Rin said her eyes alight.
"Hey Sango, care to have my tongue..." the monk began but Sango smacked him sending him to the ground.
"Keep your hands and tongue to yourself monk." she growled.

The undead priestess looked back at her living reincarnation. The poison had been purified, but she knew that was only a stop gap measure. Knowing that Kagome had to have seen something during the process, she questioned her again.
"Whatever you saw, I insist you tell me. Do not spare my feelings,"
"But..."
"Tell me now."
"I saw the betrayal." Kagome replied quietly.
"My last moments that I was alive...no wonder why I feel less bitter, you've taken some of my bitterness onto yourself," she said. She could feel the pull of Tenseiga. The sword hated her, that is, the sword hated anything of the undead.
"I'm sorry,"
"Do not take your bitterness out on him."
"Huh?"
"Don't take your bitterness of those memories you saw out on Inuyasha. He doesn't deserve it," she said and began to walk away.
"Wait, why didn't you the necklace to control him?" Kagome asked. She had always wanted to ask Kikyou that question.
"I didn't need it."
"What do you mean?"
"I could control him with my body. He just needs to feel foolish when he's done something stupid. I'd think one wearing such attire would know that."
Kagome bit her lip, "The sit command..."
"Sit? You use the word 'sit'? My word was beloved...your word sends him straight to the ground on his belly. Overuse of that will damage your chances with him."
"I don't know how to..."
"Control him like I did? You aren't old enough to control him then?"
"You were going to have him throw away his demon blood."
Kikyou glared at Kagome. That sounded like something Sesshomaru might say.
"Do you how it feels to watch all the village women have kids and have husbands that love them? Do you know how it feels to have been told that being emotionally cold strengthens the purification powers of a priestess? I also knew that a demon child could not be carried by a priestess."
"What?" Kagome gasped.
"Priestess powers get unstable during pregnancy. I would purify any half demon child that I would have had with Inuyasha. That was why I didn't lay with him. I didn't know if he could tell whether or not I was on my fertile night. Had I given in, I would have wished for my powers to be stable while I was with Inuyasha's pup," she finished and walked away from the young miko. She was about to have another problem and Kikyou didn't want to make things even more difficult for Inuyasha.
"Kagome!" a familiar voice called out and Kagome got nervous.

Koga stopped right in front of her and grinned at her.
"I see you aren't hanging around that mutt," Koga began.
"Well, if it ain't a flee bag," Inuyasha growled.
"Oh, there you are, I should have smelt your foul odor." Koga bit back.
"The only one with a foul stench is you, wolf demon." Sesshomaru replied.
"What? You! What the hell are you doing here?" Koga shouted.
"Inuyasha, unfortunately for this Sesshomaru, is my half brother. Naraku has become both our enemies and I am forced because of that to follow Inuyasha's pack until the spider is dead," the full dog demon explained.
"Look, just stay away from Kagome, that's all I ask," Koga requested.
"Do you see her as something for you to lay with? You hate half demons almost as much as I do. Are you willing to have half demon pups when your wolf tribes are running low on numbers of full demons?" Sesshomaru questioned. Inuyasha was keeping silent for once. If his brother new the flee bag and if the two didn't like each other then he'd let the dog deal with the flee bag. That way, he wouldn't get sat by Kagome.
"Uhhh...what I do with my wife..."
"Wife? You use the human word for mate? You aren't willing to bite her?" Sesshomaru questioned.
"Why don't you keep your full blood nose out of my business." Koga snapped.
"Because, your wolves ate those villagers that lived in the same village as my mate. Then, your wolves chased her all the way to where I was and they almost attacked me. then, you decide to face this Sesshomaru. So, I believe that most things you do are my business now."
'Feh, flee bag has made an enemy out of my brother. This ought to be fun...' Inuyasha thought.
"Hey, you were going to kill my wolves!" Koga countered.
"Koga!" a female voice shouted.
'Uh oh," Inuyasha mused.
"Ayame,what are you still following me for?" Koga asked.
"I'm going to follow you until you fulfill your promise to me." Ayame countered.
"Listen," Koga began but Ayame ran over him.
"You want to mate Kagome?" she asked. "Well now, I guess I'll have to take her puppy then." she said and started rubbing up against Inuyasha.
"Uhhh..." Inuyasha began but the wolf demoness started rubbing his ears and he start whimpering in pleasure.
"Has Kagome been a bad bitch to you?" Ayame asked and continued to rub the half demon's ears.
"What?! You're going to lay with that mutt?!" Koga shouted.
"You want a human, so why can't I lay with a half demon? At least his pups might actually be stronger than any of yours might be." Ayame spat and continued to rub the half demon's ears. Kagome wanted to sit Inuyasha, but that would pin Ayame under Inuyasha.
"Grrr! Fine! If it'll get to you to stop rubbing up on him I'll take you as my mate!" Koga shouted.
"You mean it?" Ayame asked pausing in her ear rub much to Inuyasha's annoyance.
"Yeah, I'll let these two dogs take care of Naraku." Koga affirmed.
"Good, you would only get in the way." Sesshomaru remarked.
"Later mutt, and brother of mutt." Koga said and just before Sesshomaru would have pulled his Bakusaiga to kill the wolf, he and Ayame left.
"Grrr...ahhhh! Wind scaaaaaarrrrr!" Inuyasha shouted in frustration and the attack left a mighty gash in the land.
"Did you find any relief in that foolish attack?" Sesshomaru questioned.
"I...hate...wenches..that...tease...me...with...either...their...looks...or...an ear rub! Wind scar!" he shouted again.
'The wolf demoness made things worse. Maybe that will force that girl to lay with him,' the dog demon thought.
