Chapter 7
Sesshoumeru found the body of his little brother and the sword. He was surprised that Meryasha fell into a similar trap as Father except he got himself killed for it in the process. Bringing his body home Kagomesui roared in fury at the loss of a perfectly good slave. She would get her revenge on Kickyou soon enough.
Meryasha was sealed in a glass coffin for the entire world to see. Kagomesui stated that he was not dead, but under a great spell. Only one who truly loved him could break it. So far there were no takers since most thought he was rude and annoying. In fact peace seemed to fill the castle except for the grieving of his Father.
Sesshoumeru was also very silent and angry. He was angry at his brother and at the Kickyou person. He wished to kill her but he could not pick up the tessaiga.
So therefore Sesshoumeru went to Kagomesui and Hojosui’s home to ask her how he could become a goldfish only long enough to kill Kickyou.
“Ah, you want revenge for your brother.”
Kagomesui stated with a smirk.
“No, I want revenge for my Father. He is in mourning and will not cease his tears. It is an embarrassment upon our great family. Will killing this Kickyou remove the spell off of Meryasha?”
Kagomesui shook her head no.
“Only one who loves Meryasha can break the spell, but if it makes you feel better I will do this spell for you. I only ask for one thing in return. I wish for a servant to clean my home and of course the normal payment of five hundred clams.”
Sesshoumaru brought the clams forward and left a green imp with her named Jaken. He was annoying and it would give Sesshoumeru a break for a while.
“So be it, you can have your revenge, but you will need these things in order for this to work. If you fail, I will take back the sword and I want Meryasha’s body and casket as the centerpiece of my garden.”
Sesshoumeru nodded, he would not fail. He took the magical orb and clothing with him, but before he left he had to ask why she would want Meryasha’s body.
“I am evil. You expect me to do something nice? Look to another fucking witch gorgeous. Making you miserable and your Father miserable will be entertaining to me.”
Sesshoumeru growled.
“I will not be miserable without him.”
Kagomesui just laughed.
“Sure, keep telling yourself that.”
With that Kagomesui went back to tormenting Hojosui.
