Shippo could only chuckle for the millionth time.
It was funny, no, hilarious!
And Hakudoshi was not in a good mood to say the least.
“Hold still!” the fox commanded as his fingers threaded through the silky white hair, pulling out a sticker and flicking it away.
“Just hurry it up,” Hakudoshi growled, his head propped on the palm of his hand, the arm it was connected to pressing into his leg as he slouched.
“It’s not my fault you fell into a prickler bush,” Shippo admonished.
Hakudoshi turned his head around to give the fox demon a look.
“Okay, maybe I am a bit,” the fox acquiesced. “I didn’t think you were that clumsy!”
“Well, if you hadn’t tripped me in the first place,” Hakudoshi growled back.
“I thought you’d regain your balance!” Shippo defended. “You’re the big-bad, all-powerful demon here. I didn’t think you’d fall flat on your face!”
“And right into a prickler bush,” Hakudoshi finished. “You know, if you were any other demon, I’d have slaughtered you by now.”
“Aw, but you love me too much,” the fox chided as he removed another sticker.
Smirking, Hakudoshi replied, “You’re damn right. But you know, I have to make you pay for this. I was thinking of a little bondage and blood play, wouldn’t you say?”
Shippo gulped.
