Love Of Light and Darkness

A/N: I'm going to make a brief statement here. I have posted several warnings of the fic being dark, which entails rape, torture and angst. Any emails sent to me bitching will be deleted and responded to in an unfriendly manner. If you don't like the contents do not read, that's what the warnings are for. I didn't put them there just to waste space. Other than that please enjoy!

Chapter Seven

Kagome moaned as slowly came awake. The lower part of body felt tense, the feeling was pleasurable. It confused her for several minutes. She gasped as a wave of pleasure shot through her core. Her fogged mind registered it the moment she felt the moisture gather between her legs. Her eyes snapped open at the feeling.

She was shocked to see Karasu laying beside her, his hand between her legs. Something told her he was merely exploring her, not trying to get a reaction out of her. But as he continued to stroke across that bundle of nerves her body responded. A finger dipped inside her, a blush spread across her cheeks. His eyes showed he was just as shocked as she at her body's arousal. After the shock left anger took it's place.

"You would try to enjoy my touch?" Anger laced his voice. His hand came up to fist in her hair causing her to wince. "I want to hear you moan in pain not pleasure."

Kagome felt him enter her without warning, a groan of pain came forth. He pushed into her not giving her walls time to adjust to him. His arm hooked around her leg forcing it up to give him better penetration. She cried out as he went deeper inside her body. Her eyes closed not wanting to give him the pleasure of hearing her scream. He pulled out and slammed back into her body getting the desired result.

He moaned over her at the sound, a tear slid down her face. Then a strange stirring began deep in her, a strange tugging began. It was light at first then became more noticable as he continued to ride her body. A gasp came forth as she felt her body begin to respond to his once more. Something inside her found the friction pleasurable. A moan of pleasure came next when he slid back in, moisture began to form.

Karasu felt it the moment her response began to change. He was having to force himself inside one second, the next he felt the moisture collect around his shaft. His next stroke went in easier as she became wet. A confused look was plastered on her face. The hairs on his arms stood up suddenly and he groaned. He'd swear he could feel something stroking his soul, deep inside.

Kagome wasn't sure what was happening but the friction was causing a strange tension to build. His thrusts became harder and faster. Instead of causing her pain it seemed to stroke the fire burning in her. Her mind told her she shouldn't be enjoying this, her body disagreed.

Karasu heard her moans of pleasure. Disbelief filled him when he felt his arousal rise at the noise instead of his anger. Her other leg came up on it's own wrapping around his waist pulling him deeper in her tight body. It made his blood run hot, the scent of her was intensifying the effect. Her hips came off the bed to meet him halfway, it caused his body to jerk. She screamed as her release took her, it forced him over the edge. His seed spilt forth as her walls flexed around him.

He hung over her for several minutes. The sensation at something tugging at his soul was there again, he was sure it had something to do with her. He gazed down into her blue eyes, she appeared to be just as shocked as he. He'd taken plenty of women in his past, never caring for their pleasure. He prefered moans of pain as he sought his pleasure. Yet the scent of her arousal had increased his pleasure along with her moans of fulfillment.

Kagome closed her eyes when he rolled off her. Her body was slowly calming down but her soul was still running rampant. It was almost the way it felt when she use to sense the power of the jewel. What was wrong with her? The feeling stayed with her for a long time.


Koenma didn't want to interrupt his team's search but after what he'd just learned it couldn't be helped. He believed this had to be brought to his team's attention. Things could go horriblely wrong if he was correct. Yusuke came in yelling saying Koenma better have some good news. He sighed, he had terrible news actually. "Afraid not but I must speak with you."

"You better know how to find them."

"There might be a way but if I am correct then things are more serious than we had originally thought." Koenma tossed a file on his desk as the four looked at him. "That is a local police report on a missing girl. Seemed she's been missing as long as the other girls. Her mother informed them that she'd been heading over to study with one of her friends from school. Was there by chance Keiko wasn't alone when she was taken?"

"Now that you mention it, there was some girl at the door that morning." Yusuke stated.

"So I am correct. There might be a way to find them now but it means things could get nasty. I believe the girl was taken by accident. I don't think they know who she is, yet anyways. That could work for us."

"Who the hell is she and how is this going to help us?" Hiei was beyond pissed. He'd been looking for his sister for almost a week without any luck.

"The girl's name is Kagome Higurashi, the former Guardian of the Shikon Jewel." Koenma saw Hiei's and Kurama's attention perk. "I see you two know what I speak of."

"How is that possible she appeared to be no older than twenty and the jewel was destroyed over five centuries ago?" Kurama knew of the jewel. He'd thought of going after it once himself but it had been destroyed before he could.

"Long story but I'll make it short. Kagome traveled through time a few years back, the jewel was torn from her. Then it became shattered due to her. She managed to complete the jewel once more with the help of a few others. During the final battle over the jewel, the jewel itself was destroyed and Kagome returned to this time. Before you ask any questions let me finish. What made the jewel so powerful was the two souls contained within. One of the miko Midoriko and the other a soul of a youkai, both powerful. Midoriko was a very strong miko with many abilities. When the jewel was destroyed the souls within the jewel were set free. So the combined soul within found a new host, Kagome. Both souls lay dormant inside her along with the power that once made the shikon jewel so sought after. I don't think she realizes what happened when the jewel was destroyed. We can only hope that the souls remain dormant."

"So if she has the soul of a youkai inside can she become evil?" Kuwabara asked.

"No, even if they were to waken the girl still has complete control. She would begin to feel their presence and them stirring. Kagome will never lose control of her own actions, her own soul is strong enough. Yet if they awaken she will become extremely powerful. I don't think I need to mention that she was a powerful miko already before she absorbed the souls."

"That girl had no holy powers or I would have sensed it, along with Kurama." Hiei sneered.

"Would you? Not if she didn't want you to. She would have sensed you before you sensed her. Her powers tend to act on their own, mostly in defense. I assure you that everything I said about the girl is true."

"Great so how does this help us find the others?"

"There is by chance that the one thing that would cause the power to awaken could have happened. After all she is a beautiful girl and was taken by youkai. If the girl is no longer pure then the youkai soul inside of her would awaken. The powers inside will begin to manifest. I'm counting on the fact that if this has indeed happened then no matter what kind of ward they have, it will not be enough to contain all that power."

"So go to the Makai and search for anything resembling holy power."

"Yes, it is a chance. But as much as I know you all wish to get your loved ones back. I must stress how important that you get Kagome back at all costs." Koenma watched them leave. He felt like he had weight of the world on his shoulders at the moment. No matter what happened this couldn't end well. If the youkai realized what power the girl had within her they would do anything to try and control it. He couldn't allow that to happen.
