Help me out

Ok, I'm thinking I might draw some bits and peices of this fic, or at least get someone else too because I get lazy on comics. We'll see what happens with that^^

"What do you mean you're not going to see her!? Have you finally gone completely insane!?" Miroku scolded as InuYasha sat quietly with his arms and legs crossed, his eyes closed and his ears folded on his head, obviously irritated by his friends words. "Do you have any idea how much this is probably hurting Kagome!? Why aren't you going back you ungreteful jerk!" Sango hissed as she hit his shoulder, "That's it!" he growled, "I'm not going back because her mother told me not to! If I want to see her again, I have to wait!" InuYasha stood up and turned to face his friends. "But why is she being that way? What did you do!?" Shippou poked his head over Miroku's shoulder, "Yes, enlighten us with what you did.." Miroku said as he leaned onto one leg more, Sango nodding as her arms folded over her chest. InuYasha panicked, and glanced around, "I did nothing!" He shouted as he turned his back, grumbling, "Well thats obviously a lie! Based on what Kagome is like, we can take a guess that she learned to behave from her mother.. now what the hell did you do!" InuYasha crossed his arms again, "What about her dad!?" he dug for more excuses, "This has become pathetic InuYasha, do you honestly want to be a coward and dig for excuses to hide behind? Hmm?" Sango stepped up to him and went around to face him. "Tell us the truth.." InuYasha looked away from her and held his head up, his nose in the air, "Hmph, no!" Sango glared and raised her hand, a loud smack echoed through the crisp air. Miroku stepped back, "Oi.. that must have hurt.." he muttered as he rubbed his own cheek, memories of her hand against his cheek. He just sighed and closed his eyes, smirking, "Miroku you're next if you don't rub that perverted smirk off you face!" InuYasha stood there, a bright red handprint, plastered onto his cheek. He growled, 'Almost as bad as a 'sit'...' he thought to himself. "Fine!" he walked a few feet away and turned on his heel, facing them, "Boy Sango, you didn't have to hit him that hard.." Shippou commented as he jumped off Miroku's shoulder, "You, shut up!" InuYasha seethed.


The sun started to hang low, and the stars began to show through the musky colour of the sky. "Well.. speak." Sango said as she put her hand on her hip. InuYasha took a breath, then crossed his arms, "First off. Kagome is... well.. Pregnant." he said and coughed slightly, "Pregnant!?" Sango staggered out as she slumped over. Miroku raised an eyebrow, "Now.. what are YOU hiding." he said as he held onto his staff, tilting his head. Shippou's jaw dropped, "You preverted old dog! How could you do that to her and just... just leave!?" Miroku looked to the Kitsume, "Shippou, he didn't say it was him, let him finish.." They all turned their attention back at the embarassed hanyou, as he played with his fingers. "Err.. well.. they don't know if it's Musso or.." Sango rolled up her sleeves and glared, but felt Miroku's hand on her shoulder to stop her, "Or what?" Sango asked with anger in her voice, 'That pig! How could he do that to Kagome! She's our friend not a wench!!' she mentally scolded InuYasha. "Or.. me." he muttered as he sat on the ground with a loud thud. "Why you.." Sango began, but was interrupted, "Sango, let him explain!" she huffed and crossed her arms, "Hmph.. fine.." InuYasha sighed and looked at them, "She wanted me to." he said as he put his hands infront on him, on the ground as he leanded on them, "She was thinking.. that if she had a chance at getting pregnant with Musso, that maybe I could stop it?" Miroku nodded, "I suppose it makes SOME sense.." Kaede walked out of the hut, "Aye, it makes perfect sense.." she said as she put her hands behind her back, 'Oh great, now that old hag knows...' InuYasha rolled his eyes and looked away. "Kagome probably thought that since InuYasha is a demon.. that maybe his seed could beat Musso's..?" she looked over to the now extremely embarassed Hanyou. He pushed himself up to his feet, "That's it, I've had enough of all you talking about it, like its some big issue! It isn't!" he turned, getting ready to leave but stumbled, "It IS a big deal you pompous jerk! Kagome is probably distrot because the possible father to her child, left! She doesn't need to be left alone, she needs you there to hold and support her!" Sango burst out.

InuYasha turned around, obviously really ticked off now, "If I could be there, I would! But her mother told me to stay out of it, that it was family only, I don't belong in that era so why should I have to be a part of it!?" Miroku put his hand on his forehead and sighed, "Who really cares about what her mother thinks, it's about YOU and Kagome, not her and her own mother, I'm sure she could raise the child for Kagome, but Kagome probably wants you to be there through those months of pregnancy.. if her mother has something against it, Kagome would speak up, you can't possibly be scared of her mother now can you!?" Miroku said as he lifted his head up, putting his hand at his side. Shippou pointed at InuYasha, "You are scared of her mother!? I can't believe you!"


They continued to argue over it into the night, until InuYasha ran off into the forest.

Kagome laid on her bed, holding onto her pillow, 'Why did he leave me..' she thought as she burried her face into the soft pillow. She sighed and sat up, putting the pillow behind her and she turned off her lamp. "I thought he loved me.." she laid back down and put her hands on her stomach, it was a little bigger, or maybe it was just her.

The time flew by, soon it had been a few days since InuYasha left her, now a few weeks, then those weeks turned into months and Kagome had never had such a darkened time of her life. He was her light, he kept her safe when they slept, he always saved her when she was in trouble, and now the time she needed him the most, he was no where to be found. "Mom?" she called as she struggled to sit up, her stomach had grown quiet a bit, 7 months had passed like they were minutes.. she had grown so numb after he left, that she had finally forgot about him, for now.


"InuYasha? InuYasha!?" Shippou shouted as the three of them wandered around the valley, "It's been so long, where has he gone off to?" Sango said as she nodded to Kirara who flew off in search for the hanyou. "Could he have possibly gone back to Kagome's world?" Shippou snorted, "Heh unlikely Miroku, he is probably scared to death.." Sango sighed, "Now what will we do? We don't have Kagome, we don't have InuYasha.. Those two were the heart and soul of all of us, they kept us going when we gave up.. Naraku will continue to destroy the land, and we can't do anything because of InuYasha's foolish acts and Kagome's pregnancy.." Sango shook her fist slightly, 'Two more people I care about..are now gone, why does this have to happen to me..'


InuYasha only ran away to the god tree, he stayed in the branches for so many months it had become a home for him now.. but he still thought about Kagome every single day, and not one day did he not go to the well and look down, hoping to see her, but then he remembered he took the shards from her. "I should go see her.." he told himself but he was paralyzed, 'I can't..' he thought as he pushed himself back against the tree.

Darkness drenched the skies as loud screams were heard from Kagome's room in the hospital. 7 months was all it took for the small baby to grow, a small light of hope gimmered in the back of her head, the baby had been delivered sucessfully and was now being cleaned as Kagome stared at the ceiling, 'Him..' she thought, 'That man told me that ... that demons.. they have faster pregnancies.. or the mates do..' she looked over to the nurse who brought her child over to her, "It's a boy, congratulations!" she said as she handed the baby into her arms, he was wrapped in a small blue blanket with a blue hat on as well. "He's beautiful.. " she sighed as she held onto the sleeping baby, "I'm amazed he never cried." the nurse said as she smiled at Kagome, "He's a good baby, not a peep out of him and he's sleeping already." Kagome smiled slightly, then bit her lip, wanting to lift the hat off the boy, to see if there were any traits of InuYasha. The nurses put Kagome in a wheelchair with her baby and rolled her down the hallway, "Your mother is now waiting in your new room, we hope you have a nice sleep." they said as they put her into her new room and left.

"Kagome, he's beautiful.." her mother gasped as she took the baby from her, he stirred in his sleep, but didn't wake up, only put his thumb in his mouth. Kagome moved into the bed and sighed, "He is.." she said as she laid back, "But.." her mother handed the baby back to her, "Who's is it?" she looked to the baby and tears welled in her eyes, 'If it was InuYasha's.. the doctors would have been shocked if he had dog ears...' she now began to dislike the baby, 'it must be Musso's.. I can't believe I conceived Musso's...' she shook her head and then pulled the hat off of the baby, he had nice black hair, "What is it Kagome? Can you tell?" her mother asked as she sat in a chair, reading through a baby name book. "It's not InuYasha's... " she muttered and sat up, holding the baby gently, "But I can't really hate this baby.. it's part of me too, whether it's Musso's or InuYasha's.. let's pick a good name now.."

Her mother nodded, and they picked out serveral amounts of names, and finally came up with one. 'Kiyoshi'..

"I like it." Kagome said as she smiled at the baby, "It suits him, he's quiet."


Kagome put the hat back onto Kiyoshi's head and the nurses took him to the nursery to sleep. In the morning, Kagome woke up to the strings of sunline through the blinds. "Oh Kagome you're awake, I've got the wheelchair for you, and we'll head home." Kagome nodded and got out of bed, slipping into the wheelchair. The morning seemed like it would never end, until Kagome finally got to hold her baby once again. One the drive home, Kagome watched Kiyoshi sleep, "He's a sleepy head this one.. he's only made one noise, and it was a little meep when I moved him." Kagome laughed slightly.

They arrived home a short while later and they both got out of the car, "I'll make you some nice homemade breakfast Kagome, and I'll go out to get him some clothing." her mother smiled at her and they went inside the house, "Actually mom.. I'm not that hungry. I'll be outside with Kiyoshi." her mother nodded, "Well if you get hungry, I've got no probably whipping you up some breakfast." Kagome nodded and went back outside. "Kiyoshi, my quiet child.." she murmured as stopped infront of the God tree, looking to the spot with less bark, "InuYasha..." she muttered under her breath and then she leaned against the small picket fence around the tree.


"Kagome..." someone said from a distance. She lifted her head and looked around, until seeing the figure by the shrine. "It can't be.." she studdered as she leaned off the fence. Kiyoshi stirred then made a face, and whimpered, "You had the baby.. when?" he asked as he walked closer to her. "..Last night.." she said as her eyes welled up with tears, "InuYasha.. why... why have you come back? I thought you didn't want me." He shook his head and stopped a few feet away from her, "I would never do that.." but before he could continue she interrupted him, "But you did! For 7 months InuYasha.." he lifted his head and stared at her, "I didn't want to, but I was forced to if I wanted to see you again.." she turned her back on him, trying to comfort the now crying Kiyoshi. "He's not your child anyways.. it's Musso's.." she said as she rocked the baby gently. InuYasha walked up behind her and put his hand on her shoulder, turning her around, "I don't care." he said as he put his clawed finger on the babys cheek, and Kiyoshi took his finger in his small hands, looking up at him. InuYasha looked shocked, and pulled his finger away, "Kagome?" She pulled Kiyoshi closer to her and sighed, "What do you want? Why are you still here.." she felt her heart bleed, she wanted him to hold her, to take care of her.. to grow old with. "Your baby." he reached forwards and grabbed onto the hat, pulling it off of his head. Kagome nearly dropped Kiyoshi when she saw it..


"How can this be..?" she looked up at InuYasha, whose golden eyes stared right back at her..
