A Goddess from the Past

Chapter 7

Kagome tried to catch her breath as she looked down the bone-eater's well. Tears streamed down her face, despite her efforts to stop them, and her heart ached as she felt it break all over again.

'I'm not supposed to go back right now... but it's the only place where Sesshomaru can't reach me...'. Without looking back, she jumped into the well, disappearing as quickly as she had appeared.

~In the Western Lands~

Sesshomaru went down to the dungeons. His heart felt like it was being ripped apart, slowly, inch by inch. 'This is all because of that wench! I'm going to tear her apart until she undoes the curse. Kagome... You will be mine again... Wait for me...'.

He pushed the guards aside, and began to whip Madoka continuously. 'Bitch... You are going to remove the curse from Kagome, for every second that goes by before you do, I will make you regret being born.' He took out a bottle of liquid, and splashed it on Madoka.

'Heh... Sesshomaru... I told you already. You can kill me, but I will never remove the curse off of that wretched whore...'.

Sesshomaru growled, as his inner beast struggled to get free, wanting to tear her to bits, but Sesshomaru fought back, he was not going to lose his chance to cure Kagome. 'You just wait, I WILL get you to remove the curse...'. 'Well, you'd better get me to do it soon, because every breath she takes will bring her one step closer to death...'.

The Lord of the Western Lands was already gone. He headed straight for well that supposedly led to Kagome. He didn't know how Kagome managed to disappear and reappear through it, but he was determined to find out. He stepped onto the edge of the well, and peered down into the darkness. Sesshomaru didn't care if the chances of getting through were close to nothing, but he didn't have anything to lose, so he jumped into the well.

~In the Present time~

Kagome slowly trudged to her home. She knew that no one would be expecting her, especially since she told them that she probably would never return. It had been a sad day, but lately, Kagome found that sorrow had taken over all of her emotions.

As she approached her house, she sniffed the air, and immediately realized that something was different. She knew that she couldn't rely on her scent, but what she could rely on was her sight. She crouched down by a window and looked inside. She expected to see either her mother, grandfather, or Souta, but instead, she saw a room full of strangers. She looked through all the other windows, but her family members were nowhere in sight.

'Could they have moved?... But, why would they?...' Kagome left the house, knowing that she was an intruder there. All her senses shut down, as she was overwhelmed with grief. First Inuyasha... then Sesshomaru... And now her family. She got back to shrine where the well was, and sat down in a corner. Tears rolled down her cheeks, and soon she began to sob uncontrollably.

'I didn't want any of them to leave... but they did anyways... Why?...', Kagome asked herself. Her heart hurt so much that Kagome could barely breathe. 'I wish this pain would just go away...'.

'I can make it go away...'. Kagome looked up, and felt soft lips upon hers. As promised, the pain began to ebb away, and the demoness knew immediately who it was. Only one person could ever make her feel that way.

Kagome closed her eyes and leaned in, deepening the kiss. Her tongue ventured into his mouth, tasting everywhere she could. Their tongues twisting together. She felt strong hands, tear at her clothing, trying to take them off.

Kagome broke the kiss, panting, ‘Not here…’. Sesshomaru wouldn’t, and couldn’t stop now. He picked her up, and jumped back into the well. As soon as they got out of the well on the other side, Sesshomaru picked up where he left off.

He put a barrier up around them, and then tore off Kagome’s clothing. His right hand went up to her breast and began kneading the rosy bud, while his left hand went straight to her core. She was already wet, which allowed Sesshomaru to stick two fingers into her. She was as tight as she was the first time, if not even tighter.

Kagome cried out in delight as Sesshomaru pumped into her with his fingers. She felt his tongue make its way from her stomach to her breast, and then begin to swirl around her nipple, giving it a quick nip every once in a while. Kagome felt like she was in heaven. 'Oh... yes...' she moaned. He pumped faster into her, and when his tongue flickered at her clit, she felt her walls tighten around his fingers as she climaxed.

As soon as Sesshomaru finished licking the clear liquid from his fingers, he freed himself of his pants. His manhood throbbed with need, but he didn’t know if Kagome could deal with so much after she lost so much blood. 'Kagome... Are you...'

Kagome knew why he was hesitating. She was tired, but after what he had done for, she needed to repay the favor. 'Sesshomaru... I'm fine. Please continue... We both need this.'

Sesshomaru placed the tip of his erection at her entrance, and quickly thrust into her. Kagome moaned as she felt him enter. His member hit all the right places, and Kagome could already feel her body get ready for another orgasm. She grasped the grass around her as Sesshomaru slowly began to move in and out of her.

The demon lord groaned as her hot, tight passages enveloped him. He moved slowly at first, despite what is demon side was telling him to do. 'Sesshomaru...' He looked at the demoness, her eyes filled with passion and lust. 'Faster... deeper... please...'.

Sesshomaru complied, and Kagome moaned with satisfaction. Her walls began giving spastic clenches, driving Sesshomaru crazy.
She thrusted at the same time as him, pushing him deeper inside. Soon, he was pounding her with no mercy, not that either of them were complaining. Her moans got louder, as she felt him ram into her.

He leaned down to her neck, and scraped his teeth along the spot where he would once again mate her. He collasped beside her, covered in sweat.

'Words can't even begin to describe how amazing that was, my love.' 'Mmm... I love you too...'. Sesshomaru reached over for their clothing and covered them up. He laid down next to her, admiring her stunning beauty, but also realizing how close he was to losing her if he wasn't able remove the curse. 'Don't worry... I'll remove the curse... Just wait for me...'. He closed his eyes, and decided to rest for a while before returning to the castle.


~In the Western Lands~

Screams filled the entire area as the liquid Sesshomaru had poured on Madoka began to slowly eat through her flesh. She knew that she wouldn't be able to take much more of this. Her plan to get Sesshomaru had back-fired, and now the two were probably closer than ever. Madoka was out of plans, and it looked like Sesshomaru didn't care if she died.

'Get... Get Sesshomaru... Tell him... That I'll.... I'll... remove the curse... But he has to come here first...'. The guards looked up at the stubborn woman and one of them headed off to get Sesshomaru. The guard was tempted to say something, but thought better of it, and kept his mouth shut, hoping that Lord Sesshomaru was there. They had been torturing the demoness for hours upon hours, and her body was filled with so many cuts that it seemed like her body itself, was just one big gash.


Sesshomaru entered his castle through his bedroom balcony. He gently placed Kagome on the bed, and tucked her in. She needed her rest, especially after all she had been through. He heard a knock at the door, and quickly went to it.

The soldier bowed down to Sesshomaru and said, 'Madoka has decided to remove the curse off of Lady Kagome, but she demands to see you first'. Sesshomaru had a feeling that she would try something, so he kept his guard up.

'So, you've decided to take the curse off, now have you?'.

'Don't rub it in you bastard. If I do this, fix all my skin. How do you expect me to find someone if I look like the living dead?'. Madoka choked and coughed up blood. 'Well. Why did you need me here? Just remove the curse, and I will let you go... Looking reasonable...'.

'Hmph, and what guarantee do I have that you'll heal me?'.

'What guarantee do I have that you will undo the curse properly?'. Madoka scowled. She closed her eyes and began chanting an ancient language. A glow appeared beneath her, and disappeared as she opened her eyes. 'Happy now?', she growled.

Sesshomaru made his way back up to Kagome, 'Koi, I need you to wake up for a moment...' Kagome opened her eyes, and looked up at Sesshomaru. 'Madoka says that she has removed the curse, but I don't know for sure. The only way to find out is to see if we're able to claim each other. So, what I need you to do is mark me.' Kagome nodded, and pulled down the clothing by Sesshomaru's neck and shoulder.

Her instincts told her where to mark him, and she bit down on him, and then lapped up the blood. Kagome rested her head on his shoulder, nervously waiting to see if she would start bleeding again. After an agonizing 15 minutes, Kagome sighed, smiling as she fell back on to the bed. Sesshomaru held back the smile that wanted to appear on his face, and gently covered Kagome up. 'I need to take care of a little unwanted business... I'll be back soon.' Kagome nodded lightly, overwhelmed with happiness.

'Now it's your turn to live up to the deal. Return me back to my original state!'. 'Hmph.' Sesshomaru reached for a bottle on the shelf nearby. He splashed it on her, just as he had with the other. 'That will return the flesh. I have nothing more to do for you. I said that you would look reasonable... enough... Guards, throw this bitch out of the castle, and make sure that the barrier is reinforced.'

Finally at peace, he walked back to his chambers to join his mate. 'It's over. Now, I can have the life I've always wanted. This, is where the story ends', Sesshomaru thought to himself.

~In the Eastern Lands~

Takumi knew the Western Lords' thoughts like the back of his hand. 'The end, huh? It won't be that easy... 'Sesshomaru-sama'....'.
