~*~Chapter 7— Taki no Romansu~*~


They arrive at the falls, and he gently placed her on a big boulder. She sat on the rock staring at him as though waiting for him to do something.

“What?” he growled at her.

“What do you mean, what? Turn around, Inuyasha,”

“Why?” he asked again, puzzled “Wh “Why? Because I can’t possibly take a bath with someone watching,” she patiently explained to him.

Much more patient than he was used to, and that probably should’ve been his warning…

Inuyasha looked all around them: at the trees over the forest beyond, the top of the falls, the seemingly endless plains of grass after the spring, the water flowing from the falls to the spring, before placing his eyes back upon her and questioning,

“Who?”

‘He’s really asking for it,’ she thought irritably, her eyelids twitching slightly.

‘Uh oh,’ Inuyasha thought with a groan.

“What is this, a game of twenty questions!? And as to who, I think it’s very obvious. You. Now turn around,” she said heatedly and with a growl to match.

He was so surprised to hear her growl, yet pleased at the same time, that he was nonplussed for a moment.

‘My bitch is now starting to act like me,’ he thought smugly.

Then her words snapped him back to reality.

“No, I won’t,” he said, crossing his arms across his chest.

“Yes, you will,”

“No, I won’t!”

“Yes, you will!”

“No, I won’t! Why do I have to turn around? It’s not as if I haven’t seen you naked before. Besides, after what happened last night, I don’t think there’s still any need to be embarrassed. I touched ALL of YOU remember? So now I have the right to watch! Keh!” he continued his litany bravely.

That is, up until he saw his Kagome’s eyelids twitching rapidly, her eyes closed and her whole face a beet red. Then he started backing up to the water.

“Umm…Kagome?” he asked hesitantly, and the miko suddenly snapped her eyes open. He swore he could see the flames shooting from them with her anger.

‘Oh shit! Now I’ve done it!’ he mentally kicked himself right before she screamed.

“Damn you, Inuyasha! Osuwari! Osuwariii!! Osuwaaariiiii!!!”

He fell face down to the waters below him, banging hard on the soil beneath three times before submerging completely. Good thing it wasn’t rocks.

Kagome, however, was standing up; her hands clenched tightly into fists, breathing raggedly as she foubackback her anger.

‘He makes me soo mad, I swear I can feel the steam rising from my ears!’, she thought furiously, still breathing hard.

‘I still can’t comprehend why on seven hells do I love him!?’

Then she noticed Inuyasha still underwater.

‘Why isn’t he coming up? Has he drowned? Oh god, I’ve killed him!’

She forgot all about their quarrel and went running to the water, frantically searching for Inuyasha.

“Inuyasha!” she shouted loudly, praying to the gods that he can hear her.

When nothing happened, she waded to the waist-deep part of the spring. She was now truly worried with the thought that she drowned him and tears began to form in her eyes.

‘What amoingoing to do?’

“Inuyasha,” she whispered. Just as she finished saying his name, she felt someone hug her from behind, lifting her above the water. Then she heard someone whisper to her ear:

“Gotcha!”

She whirled herself around to face him. And seeing his golden eyes sparkling with laughter, she threw herself hard at him and collapsed to his chest sobbing, while embracing him with all her might.

“Hey, what’s with the crying?” he asked as he hauled her up against him, returning her embrace.

She was now crying so hard that she couldn’t speak a coherent word, so he sighed and gathering her into his arms, leapt from rock to rock to the falls. There was a small pool being formed at the upper rim where the water fell, so he sat down with her sitting on his lap and the falls rained down at their backs.

‘My bitch is too damned emotional for her own good,’ he thought in exasperation.

He continued to hold her until her wails abated. By now, they were soaked to the bone.

“What’s wrong, bitch?” he asked her tenderly as he heard her cries turn into hiccups.

She raised her head to glare at him, her fists pounding on his chest.

“What’s wrong!? I thought YOU DIED, Inuyasha! When you didn’t emerge from the waters, I thought you drowned. And that I was the ONE WHO KILLED YOU!” Kagome lasout out at him, fresh tears rolling down her cheeks.

The hanyou was stunned.

‘She was worried about me?’ he asked himself dazedly.

~Of course she worries about you, you idiot! She loves you, remember?~ A v ins inside his head answered. It was the smart side of him; the one we’ll call his “conscience”.

‘Shut up!’ he argued with his self. He couldn’t quit the smile spreading upon his lips. She saw this and frowned.

“I’m bawling like a baby here, and you’re SMILING!?” she growled at him. He couldn’t seem to stop the grin just to placate her.

“Why you…” she said as she struggled to get away from him.

Before she could accomplish that, his one arm held her tightly against him and the other covered her mouth to stop her speech. He shook his head slightly before lowering his head and licking the tear tracks left on her face. He tasted the salty tang of her tears and felt humbled by the fact that she, Kagome: beautiful, proud and strong- willed Kagome, shed tears out of her worry and fear… for him.

He kissed his way down her cheeks then felt her lips meeting hBurnBurning passion flared between them both. Where she was shy before, she now fought for dominance. She sucked his tongue deep into her mouth, making him draw a sharp intake of breath. He pressed her head back to the crook of his arm to gain more access and feasted himself on her sweetness.

She was still wearing his robe, so he deftly undid thet ant and threw it off her shoulders. She was revealed to him in nothing but her splendor and he was mesmerized by the fact that she now belongs to him…

Just looking at her naked beauty made him harder and his pulse quicken. He ravished her lips hungrily, again and again, until both of them had to draw apart to breathe. He moved his hands to cup her breasts, teasing the nipples to tight nubs. He could hear her panting in excitement, and the sound fuelled his desire for more.

He placed kisses down her neck, stopping to lick at the mark he left there then sucking voraciously, like he would her breasts. She began to arch her back to him, her hands moving down his legs. He threw his head back to groan in pleasure as she wove her magic around him.

“Inuyasha, I want to…” she whispered seductively in his ear.

“What, bitch?” he rasped. He was breathing hard from the ministrations of her hand.

Her eyes twinkled and flared with desire as she replied,

“This,” while holding his hardness in her hands and kneeling down in front of him.

Her next action astonished him. He never expected for her to do that. Not that it wouldn’t feel good, but…

“Kagome…” he called her name out loud while putting his hands to her shoulders, as though to stop her. She ignored his call and shrugged his hand away from her shoulders. Leaning against him and looking deep into his eyes, she circled his arousal in her hands then tentatively licked the head, before taking him deep into her mouth.

“Shit, Kagomeeee!” he cried out, his eyes almost rolling back in exquisite pleasure.

Kagome shis,his, and the knowledge that what she’s doing pleased him filled her with intense satisfaction she could feel herself becoming wet as she tasted him. He couldn’t seem to hold back his responses, bucking himself almost wildly into her mouth while he clenched his fist in her hair to hold her in place.

When he felt that he couldn’t take anymore, he let out a growl and lifted her back up to kiss her again.

“You taste good, Inuyasha,” she sai she she licked her lips. This only served to inflame him more.

He slid his hands between her thighs, and entered her with his fingers. The moment he felt her wetness, he raised her up once again to level her breasts to his face, all the while positioning his self below her. He pushed her legs wider to straddle him, and as he moved his mouth to suckle at her breasts, he plunged her down upon him taking him to the hilt.

“Inuyashaaaaa!” Kagome moaned, as she felt his throbbing member push up inside her.

He closed his eyes at the rapture feeling him as he entered her. Being inside her was like being surrounded by warm honey… hot and wet and tight. He paused for a moment, savoring the feeling of being inside her.

‘It’s like coming home…’ he thought in punadunadulterated bliss, while feeling her close her legs around his waist.

“This time you choose. How fast, how slow, how shallow, how deep,” he whispered to her while anchoring his hands upon her hips.

She moved uncertainly at first, feeling that burst of pleasure deep inside her. Then she began to move her hips, rocking herself against him. Slowly, then becoming faster and faster and deeper. He was raising his hips in collision with hers, groaning every now and then in sheer satisfaction.

They moved together to their release, feeling it wash over them in waves. She slumped in exhaustion against him, feeling the water still pouring down upon them. They stayed like that for a moment, until he found his strength and retrieving his robe, he carried her back to the tree where they came from…
