( He grabbed her chin roughly in order to look into her eyes) NEVER leave the castle grounds without a servant or myself to accompany you , do you understand , you could have been attacked Kagome ( he growled out his voice etched with worry) you are going to be my mate I could not have bared to lose you ( He loosened his grip on her chin and slowly touched his lips to hers in a soft but passionate kiss)

Aishiteru Koi……. I love you Kagome……
( shocked , he loves me tears formed in her eyes)

I see ( his voice etched with hurt) you do not feel the same ( malice now laced his words) the worthless hanyou still holds your heart.

(No) Sesshomaru no I love you. I admit I loved him but he chose a dead corpse who dragged him to hell than me. But all the while I realized that I had never loved him like a lover but more as a friend and not in the romantic sense at all is it. Please believe me when I say I love you Sesshomaru. ( She fell on her knees before him tears streaming down her cheeks)

( At this Sesshomaru turned and picked her up and held her in his arms all darkness lifting from him)
Do you mean what you say? ( only his eyes defied any emotion)

Yes…. I do ( she looked up at him through tear filled eyes)

Then we shall not wait any longer to postpone the ceremony we shall be mated tonight ( he lifted her up and a black cloud formed under their feet as they proceeded to the Western lands)

( Back at the castle)

KAGOME……………… YOU’RE OKAY ( Shippo jumped into her arms ) I thought he would hurt you (tears streaming down his face)

Shippo it’s okay I’m fine…………

( A low growl was admitted from Sesshomaru)

Shippo get Rin and both of you take a bath at tht spt springs (she tried to reassure him and pushed him through the doors)

But MOM (Shippo Cried)

Shippo the ceremony is going to be in 3 hrs so you both get ready ( she smiled)

Ok mom but wasn’t……… ( he was silenced by Sesshomaru’s warning growl and ran out of sight)

Sesshomaru you frightened him…… ( she was silenced by his growl)

Only………I am……..able……to touch……. You…….. (His eyes glowed red)

( Oh no not good) Yes Lord Sesshomaru ( Kagome whimpered bowing her head to show that she submitted to him showing him that he was more dominant, all her instincts were screaming for her to submit)

(at this Sesshomaru walked up to Kagome to sniff her hair as he began to lick the junction of her neck where he would later mark her reverting back to normal)

Kagome I’m sorry ( He whispered only loud enough for her to hear) I lost control, you are mine and until our mating is complete any male is a threat and I’ll become very possessive. ( He looked into her eyes showing his seriousness)

I’m sorry Lord Sesshomaru it was my fault you tried to warn me ( she looked up at him her face leaning into his neck taking in his strawberry scent and licking the junction of his neck in return)

Go get ready for the ceremony koi……. Tonight we shall bees……es…………..

Ok Sesshy…… ( she looked at him and smiled)

Kagome….( he looked at her)

Yes ( she answered)

Only you can call that ( his tone serious yet playful)

Yes Lord Sesshy ( She giggled and walked out of the room to prepare)

*Mating Ceremony*

(Kagome was dressed in a white Kimono with the symbol of a blue crescent moon adorning the bottom left hand corner,ome‘ome‘s hair was set in an intricate weaving of silver beads set atop her head , around her forehead was a white gold circlet with an amethyst crescent moon hanging from the center and a white gold necklace around her neck with an amethyst crescent moon pendant hanging from it as well )

(Sesshomaru adorned a black kimono with a silver crescent moon on the right hand corner of the kimono)

(Wow there are so many demons present , oh look there’s Lady Geneva , Kagome smiled and bowed her head )

(Sesshomaru looked up to see Kagome , she’s beautiful)

(Kagome walked past the lords and ladies of the court as she made her way to the front to sit besides Sesshomaru)

We are here today to bring to order the mating of Lord Sesshomaru, son of the great tai-youkai Inu-Taisho, Present lord of the Western Lands with Lady Kagome , Daughter of the great Tai-youkai Atashi, Past lady of the central lands ( the demon priest began )( Audible gasps were heard as the priest said who lady Kagome was related to but they were silenced with a growl emitted for Sesshomaru)

Now , Will Lord Sesshomaru present Lady Kagome with the ring of Acceptance.
( Sesshomaru took out a ring made of what looked like pure ivory out of his kimono and handed it to the priest)

With this ring made from the fang of Lord Sesshomaru as a bond with Lady Kagome as proof of Lady Kagome’s acceptance of their union , Do you Lady Kagome accept Lord Sesshomaru as you life long mate?

(Kagome’s eyes looked at Sesshomaru, who’s head was bowed)

I accept Lord Sesshomaru as my life long mate willingly….. ( At this Sesshomaru looked into his mates eyes with an emotion that brought a gasp of surprise from Kagome who laid leftleft hand in Sesshomaru’s outstretched hand)

Please proceed in placing the ring on her ring finger

( Kagome…… yes Sesshomaru……. The next step is different you must put your trust in me……. I don’t understand…… Kagome just trust me. Ok )( she thought skeptically)

Now Lord Sesshomaru remove Lady Kagome’s outer Kimono and mark her as your life mate.

( HUH? Remove my what!!!!!!!!!!!!! And mark me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What’s going on she thought frantically all the while looking up at Sesshomaru in shock as he moved next to her)

( trust me do not be ashamed , and don’t move)

(Sesshomaru moved closer to Kagome and untied her Obi and removing her outer kimono leaving Kagome naked from the waist up)

(Do not be ashamed koi, Sesshomaru whispered in her ear as he caught sight of her red face)

(easy for you to say let’s just take off your clothes in front of all these demons and see if you think the same way)

( This Sesshomaru is not ashamed of what creation gave to him, he said telepathically proudly, do not move)

(Sesshomaru then commenced in tilting her head to the side and grazing the junction of her neck as a warning of what was to come)

(Kagome bit down on her lip as she felt her fangs graze her neck)

( Pain welled at Kagome’s neck as Sesshomaru bit down)

(Sesshomaru slowly removed his fangs savoring the taste of her blood as he licked his mark clean sealing it with his saliva , a mark that would permanently be etched in her flawless creamy skin)

( Kagome instinctively moved her hand to her neck tracing the mark with her fingers softly while looking at her new mate)

( Sesshomaru kissed her forehead and repositioned huteruter Kimono and obi back in place and sat down next to her again)

The ceremony is complete. ( A round of applause was issued from the guests)

( Lady Geneva stood up)
In a month you are all invited to my castle for a ball in honor of my Nephew and new nieces mating be sure to attend (she chided happily walking out of the room with the rest of the guests leaving Kagome and Sesshomaru alone)
