Sesshoumaru was angry, no beyond angry. He was raging at the treatment of one of his pack members. As Alpha male he was also responsible for Inuyasha’s pack, something Inuyasha had never understood until after their mating. The only problem was that he had been just as brutal to Inuyasha, but not at such a young age where one was defenseless to fight back. Still, it was no excuse and Sesshoumaru was still trying to make up for what seemed a lifetime of wrongs that he had committed to his beloved before they fell in love.

The biggest problem was how to go about correcting this behavior with Hideharu without causing shame upon Shippo’s family and without getting Inuyasha involved. It was indeed a grave dilemma and something that had to be acted upon with care.

Sesshoumaru sent out a missive to Lord Hideharu that he wished to meet with him alone to discuss some matters of business at a private location. He would meet him at the cherry blossom fields. Somewhere few would consider an altercation to occur. There he would correct this unfortunate situation and see what Hideharu stated. If the man lied he would die by his hand, if he told the truth he would be punished, but there were ways to go about it where it did not have to be bloody. Shippo either way was not to go back to this man. He would live with the Tashios and his cousin could visit him. It would be stated that the boy was furthering his training and therefore was needed by the Tashios so that no family member would feel as though Shippo was being completely taken away.

The foxes were good allies and for the most part Choukichi’s Father had once been a friend of his Father. He wished it to remain as such with his reign since he liked the man. The chubby Lord of the South who ruled with his brother was a fine leader and an exemplary role model for all Fathers. It was indeed Lord Lin who advised Sesshoumaru on what to do with his own children.

Right now Shippo was in safe hands so Sesshoumaru’s first priority was caring for his mate. Inuyasha was rather high maintenance as of late throwing things across the room when he was suffering a moment of irrational temper tantrums to going shopping at the market for things they did not necessarily need like fifty bamboo umbrellas. If they were of different colors it would be one thing, but they were all the same shade of red with gold dragons. In fact their whole room including every last pillow had to have this pattern or Inuyasha would throw a fit.

The money was no issue, it was the abundance of so much of one thing and as a loving husband he understood his wife had to be comfortable, but he needed to be so also. He wasn’t comfortable with their room only being filled with his wife’s things when there were some things of his own he wanted to have put back into the bedroom rather than have it all cluttered into his study.

Inuyasha was in the main hall debating on decorating this room as well when the labor pains started. Sesshoumaru rushed his beloved into the birthing room he almost arrived too late as Inuyasha’s belly button expanded and two large pups came out encased in blue sacs which Inuyasha bit open. Then licking off the pups he started lactating. No more came out. They were both boys. Sesshoumaru couldn’t be more pleased. Eight children was more than enough for now until a tiny runt came out again. Another boy.

“Inuyasha I don’t know how you do that. You don’t have any more in there do you?”

Sesshoumaru stated as Inuyasha smirked.

“Nope. That should be it.”

Inuyasha bit the last sac and the tiny boy whimpered until Inuyasha finished licking him off and then helped attach him to a nipple. Three nipples disappeared on his chest leaving the three to feed his pups.

“Well I guess we won’t need a wet nurse.”

Sesshoumaru stated licking his lips. When his pups were done he was going to have a snack.

“Why are you looking at me like you are going to eat me Sesshoumaru?”

Inuyasha growled a bit.

“Oh, it is just a little fetish I have. I am going to swipe some of that breast milk.”

Sesshoumaru stated with an evil grin.

“What? And starve my pups? I don’t think so……”

Sesshoumaru silenced Inuyasha with a lingering kiss.

“I won’t steel much and your body will produce plenty plus some for the pups.”

Inuyasha rolled his eyes.

“You know you are totally weird. I guess it is a good thing I love you.”

Sesshoumaru waited for the pups to finish before the maids came to take them away to the nursery. That was always the hardest part for Inuyasha.

“I have to mark you again and do the spell because I want you.”

Inuyasha smiled a bit as his belly button closed.”

“You are insatiable.

Sesshoumaru lifted his mate into their room. He was about ready to make love to Inuyasha after he marked him and finished the spell for another fifty years only to have a knock come on the door.

“This had better be good.”

Sesshoumaru growled.

“Sire, Lord Ken is here. He wishes to know why the Lord of the South is being favored. Lord Kouga is also here, however he is present to sign the treaty.”

Sesshoumaru growled.

“You bother me for this? Tell them both my mate just gave birth to pups and I will be there when I see fit. Set them both up in the castle and tell Lord Kouga his timing is most inconvenient as usual.”

With that the door was closed.

“Now my darling where were we?”

Unfortunately when he looked down his poor tired wife had fallen asleep. Sesshoumaru moaned in frustration. It seemed not only Kouga’s timing was off, but his own.

Tucking his wife into bed, Sesshoumaru got dressed willing his raging hard on to go down although it wasn’t really listening to him. He swore that Inuyasha was going to give him blue balls one of these days.
