A demon had cried for a small gentle hand
He craved for his mate to be by his side knowing she solved his riddle in time
For he now he sands be hind you as you read his last card...”
“Merry Christmas Kagome and congratulations for making it so far.”
She had dropped the card on hearing his voice and turned around with a gasp there he stood her guard behind him on one knee his eyes were read and he was whimpering with need she ran to him and he held her close
“I need a tummy rub.” He murmured in her hair she giggled as she looked up to him as he gestured to his left and she looked that way there before her stood the golden shrine she gasped as a pain filled her whole body be for she collapsed she looked to the sky as the day light started to come in making all but one lone star and the crescent moon fade away
”I made it in time.”
Darkness surrounded her but not before she heard his one cry
“KAGOME!”
