Chapter Six
“ Inu Yasha hasn’t slept in days, I am worried about him Miroku.”
Sango said as she slumped down into a crouch next to Miroku.
“He will not give up until he finds her. Until then Inu Yasha will not rest.”
“The poor soul…”
Miroku cut Sango off when he noticed Inu Yasha sit up suddenly and smell the air instinctively.
“Inu Yasha do you smell her?”
“ Yes. That way.”
Inu Yasha said as he started east towards the central lands.
“Are you sure?”
Sango said with a bedazzled look on her face.
“Yes.”
Inu Yasha stated as he picked up his pace. Sango and Miroku gathered up the camp as quickly as they could for they did not want to lose Inu Yasha.
“Naraku, m’lord she has not woke up yet.”
Kagura said as she bowed low.
“ Fuck! She needs to wake I am not through her yet.”
“Why do you need her so?”
“Kagura, this will sound strange but, I think I love her, well actually I think I love the look of pain in her eyes.
Kagome you bring me such pleasure, I just have to keep you.
“What?”
“Yes, I think I do.”
“But m’lord you don’t have feelings.”
Without answering Kagura he turned and reentered his room where the sleeping beauty lies.
Naraku climbed on his bed next to Kagome and started to play with her hair. First he started out gentle but the strokes became more forceful as he became more and more excited.
Kagome’s eyes shot open when the tugs on her hair were so forceful it caused a sharp pain to run down the back of her head. Slowly Kagome turned her head to see what was going on. Kagome’s eyes went big when she saw Naraku bent over her, his hand in her hair while his other softly stroked the bulge in his pants.
“ You’re awake.”
Naraku smiled evilly down at Kagome’s wide eyes. Before Naraku could do anything more Kagura busted into the room.
“M’lord come quick Inu Yasha and the others are here and they are breaking down the front door!”
Kagura shouted.
“What!”
“Come quick m’ lord.”
With that Naraku left Kagome and ran out of the room. With out Naraku close to Kagome she had free rein of her body.
“Inu Yasha!”
Kagome ran to the large wooden door and tried to open it but it was locked.
Naraku reached the front gate and sighed. Pushing the doors opened, he was greeted with an infuriating scene. Inuyasha had slain every last one of his guards and tore down the front half of his castle.
Snarling, Naraku stepped forward into the dust-ridden area.
“Inuyasha… I see you’ve found my castle once again.”
His smooth, yet gruff voice whispered against the cracking and still falling landscape around him.
“Naraku! So you’ve shown yourself at last. Lets finish this!”
Naraku watched as Inuyasha’s form blasted through the dust, falling towards him. Naraku leapt out of the way with an annoyed hiss.
Damn him, he’s fast! How did he gain so much power since the last time I encountered him?
Landing, he ran in the opposite direction towards a forest, his arms out behind him. His ears picked up the faint tap of foot hitting earth behind him and he snarled, weaving in and out of the trees, in an effort to loose him.
“You won’t escape! Wind Scar!”
Naraku only had enough time to turn and look over his shoulder before the golden rays of energy fell over him like a tidal wave. He screamed out as his haroi and hakama was torn to pieces on his back.
Rolling off to the side once the attack was done, dust and smoke rolled with him. He stood and brushed the ash off his bare shoulders. He now stood nude, looking furious as the dust once again cleared and Inuyasha was revealed to him.
“How dare you?”
Naraku hissed, his cloths zapping back into place with a swish of his demonic aura.
Inuyasha snarled as he drew a blade and sunk into a fighting stance.
“I will no longer play this game with you Inuyasha, this time, it ends here and you will no longer be a bothersome to me.”
Inuyasha snorted and spat to the side.
“Tsh, as if. You couldn’t touch me if you wanted to!”
~ Kagome ~
Great… He’s gone now, but the doors locked? How the hell am I supposed to get out now?
She looked around the room, trying to make her intelligent mind work and figure a way out.
A small smile played her lips as she saw a flaw in Naraku’s imprisonment towards her.
Of course! Why didn’t I think of it earlier?!
A bottle of sake was sitting in the corner of the room. Her eyes darted abck over tot he bed, where a candle sat on Naraku’s bed side.
“Heh.”
She picked up both items and stood before the door.
“Here goes nothing!”
She took a big swig into her mouth, raised the candle up and spit the liquid right into the flame, which carried out and blasted through the rice paper door, setting the entire wall on fire.
She threw the candle and dropped the sake bottle, she ran out of room through the ring of fire she created.
She didn’t see it, but black smoke began to fill the halls behind her.
~ Inuyasha/Naraku ~
Inuyasha waited, Naraku stood as still as a stone. But his eyes narrowed and then he disappeared.
Inuyasha gasped and spun just in time to bring his sword up and block Naraku’s downward attack.
Swinging hard to the left, he parried Naraku’s attack, thrusting him back, giving him enough time to recuperate and attack. Rushing forward, Naraku leapt back, locking swords with Inuyasha once again. Leaning in and grunting slightly.
“I am your better, you cannot defeat me…. I will kill you!”
He pushed Inuyasha back, making him dig a trench a good four feet behind him.
“Bastard! Give me back Kagome, or I swear I’ll make your death as painful as I can make it!”
Naraku chuckled.
“Kagome is mine, Inuyasha. You never had her to begin with. Allow me to show you.”
From the shadows, Kagome stepped out. She wore a black kimono, a golden dragon dancing around the folds of her kimono.
“K… Kagome?”
Her eyes opened, they were cruel, cold and held mirth at his predicament.
“Inuyasha…. Why are you surprised. You knew deep in your heart that I would do the same as Kikyo, did you not? Or have you really fallen for me that much?”
Inuyasha jerked in surprise, feeling his heart being ripped open, Kagome smiled evilly.
~ Kagome ~
Kagome had noticed that the castle was on fire and was now frantically trying to escape the
Oh man, I wish I thought of this before….
She jumped through another ring of fire and gasped in joy when she saw the front gates to the castle.
“Oh thank Kami!”
She breathed, touching her chest.
“Not so fast, Kagome.”
She gasped as Kikyo blasted through the front gate doors and smirked, an arrow notched, pointed at Kagome.
“Kikyo…”
She gasped and reached for her own arrow, only to find that all of her stuff had been taken by Kagura, she was still in the nightgown Naraku made her wear.
Shimitta…. I forgot, I’m still in this stupid gown!! Oh, what am I gonna do now?!”
Kikyo smiled.
“What will you do now that Inuyasha is not around?”
Kagome began to panic.
Oh no! She’s right! What AM I gonna do?
~ Inuyasha/Naraku ~
“No…”
Naraku smirked at the hanyou’s face. He looked so broken and torn.
“And now, Inuyasha, you will be forced to kill her. If you don’t, she will kill you.”
Reaching out, Naraku put an arm around her waist and pulled her close.
“Kagome, my dear, please dispose of this nuisance. “
The imposter Kagome walked forward, drawing a long blade from her obi.
“Come Inuyasha. Have you already forgotten how much pain you put me through? Comparing me to Kikyo, never thinking of me, but her only. Always putting her before me! Does not any of it make sense on why I am about to take your life?!”
She screamed in rage and launched herself forward.
“Kagome…”
Inuyasha let his father’s fang drop out of his hands and watched her as she came flying forward, her blade gleaming in the light and her eyes wide with amusement and anger.
“Die…”
She whispered. Dust kicked up around them as Kagome landed on him. Trees behind them cracked and fell at the force of the landing.
Naraku smirked and watched as the dust slowly began to clear.
~ Kagome ~
“Kikyo… What.. What are you planning on doing to me?”
Kikyo stared at her with an emotionless face.
“I… Reincarnate, intend to spare you life for the moment. My hatred for Naraku runs deeper than my anger towards you. Naraku will die first.”
She let her bow drop against her side as she slowly turned and left the miko from the future stand in the burning castle.
Kagome gasped as a log of wood fell behind her, making her jump and run out. She spun and watched the castle burn to red, scalding ash.
A pulse of the shikon shard made her gasp and turn towards the forest, where she saw a large cloud of dirt and dust fly up out of the forest. A prang in her heart told her that somehow Inuyasha was hurt and that the cloud had something to with him.
“Inuyasha!!”
She screamed as tears began to gather in her eyes.
A/N: So there you guys go I hoped you liked it and I hoped it made sense.
