Chapter 6: Evil Plans

It had been three weeks since Inuyasha had met Kouga and things had gotten a little out of hand for his liking. At the moment Inuyasha sat on a large boulder, outside by one of the many waterfalls. The sun beat down on him and he had removed his haori and undershirt to cool down some. Inuyasha lay back on the boulder and stared up at the clear sky

Much of what Ayame had said before about Kouga had been true even if Kouga did hit on Inuyasha every chance he got. Like the day they had met he couldn’t help but check Inuyasha out and smack his ass. Inuyasha would have killed him if Ayame hadn’t of stepped in

Each and every day Kouga took the opportunity to embarrass or fluster the irritable hanyou. Just a few days ago they had been sparring, when Kouga suddenly threw him off guard because his clothes ‘accidentally’ fell off. This morning he had gone just a little too far in his ‘games’

~ % ~ Flashback ~ % ~

Inuyasha’s golden eyes fluttered open as he awoke that morning and he stretched out. Suddenly he became very aware of something warm wrapped around his waist and pressed against his back. Inuyasha tilted his head and nearly jumped when he saw Kouga lying behind him, sleeping peacefully. ‘Damn wolf snuck over to my side of the bed during the night again!’

A blush spread across Inuyasha’s face and he grumbled under his breath as he tried to remove Kouga’s arms from him. The movement caused Kouga to unconsciously tighten his grip on the hanyou. By the time Inuyasha got out of Kouga’s arms his face was as red as a tomato. Inuyasha grabbed a towel and washcloth before he walked quietly out of the room

Inuyasha walked into the bathing room and let out a sigh closed the sliding door. Usually Kouga was up before him and he was glad that today he might be able to get a peaceful bath. ‘Why the hell is Kouga so damn persistent?’ Inuyasha thought as he took of his clothes, ‘I mean it’s not like I like him or anything. Well, maybe as a friend if he stops hitting on me…’

Inuyasha set his clothes with the towel and washcloth near the edge of the spring. ‘It’s not like he could handle me anyway…’ Inuyasha froze, shocked by his own thoughts, ‘where the FUCK did that come from?’ Inuyasha mentally slapped himself for thinking such things. ‘I do not and never will like that damn wolf!’

‘Are you sure about that?’ a voice in his head asked

‘Yes…wait…who the hell are you?’ Inuyasha asked

‘I am you…well, I’m the human you…’ the voice informed him

‘I see…’ Inuyasha wanted to slap himself for talking to himself but refrained from doing so. Inuyasha slipped into the hot spring and slowly began to relax. ‘I wish I hadn’t agreed to sharing a hut with Kouga,’ Inuyasha gave a thoughtful look at the roof, ‘I wonder why I did agree in the first place…’

‘It’s because you like having a warm body to sleep next to,’ the voice told him. ‘You like being held in those big strong arms…’

‘I do not!’ Inuyasha yelled mentally

‘And you like it when he hits on you,’ the voice continued, ‘you just don’t want to admit it! You see, I know things, because I’m you, remember?’

‘Shut the fuck up! I don’t like any of those things you said!’ Inuyasha denied again, ‘I’d rather sleep out in a blizzard with a bunch of horny toads than live with Kouga!’

‘You, my friend, are in denial,’ the voice snickered

‘I am not!’ Inuyasha mentally shouted

‘Are too!’ the voice taunted

‘Am not!’

‘Are too!’

‘Am not!’

‘Are too!’

‘Am not!’

‘Are too!’

‘Am not!’

‘Are too!’

‘Leave me alone!’ Inuyasha wanted to strangle the voice, but then he’d be strangling himself

‘Ok…I’ll leave you alone. For now anyway.’ Inuyasha sighed and sank into the spring. He didn’t like Kouga, not one little bit. How could he like another man like that? No, he wouldn’t let a stupid voice in his head taunt him like that. Inuyasha absently reached out to grab the washcloth when he realized it wasn’t there. ‘What the…’

Inuyasha stiffened when he felt something soft start to rub against his back, ‘so much for a peaceful bath…’ Inuyasha inwardly groaned but allowed Kouga to wash his back. Inuyasha remained tense as Kouga finished washing his back and then started on his silver hair. Inuyasha felt his groin begin to tighten and he inwardly groaned ‘Why the hell do I let myself get into these situations?’

‘Because you LIKE it!’ the voice replied

‘Urgh! Not you again!’ Inuyasha mentally slapped himself again, ‘I do not like it, so stop saying that I do!’

‘Then why are you letting him was your back and hair, hmmm?’ the voice taunted him

‘Because I’m too lazy to do it myself,’ Inuyasha retorted

‘Yeah, riiiight…’ the voice snickered again, ‘you know you like it!’

‘I do not!’ Inuyasha yelled in his head

‘Do too!’ the voice replied

‘Do not!’

‘Do too!’

‘Do not!’

‘Do too!’

‘Do not!’

‘Do too!’

Kouga sensed some sort of inner conflict within the man in front of him, ‘I wonder what he’s thinking of?’ Kouga sighed as Inuyasha tensed up more and anger seemed to come off him in waves. Kouga sighed and stopped playing with Inuyasha’s hair. He began to massage Inuyasha’s shoulders and inwardly cheered as he slowly began to relax

‘Ah, that feels good…too damn good…’ Inuyasha thought as Kouga massaged him, ‘he gives a damn good massage…’ Inuyasha allowed himself to relax

‘I told you that you like him!’ the voice cheered

‘I do not…I like the massage…’ Inuyasha retorted, ‘that’s it…just the massage…’

‘You really are in denial…’ the voice told him with a hint of amusement, ‘why can’t you just admit it? You. Like. Him.’

‘I don’t like him…’ Inuyasha was too busy arguing with his ‘human-self’ that he failed to notice Kouga’s hands had gotten dangerously low. Inuyasha nearly jumped when he felt Kouga’s hand brush against his hardening groin. Inuyasha whirled around and glared at Kouga, “What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” Inuyasha yelled

“Helping you…relax?” Kouga suggested and put his hands up in a defensive position. He learned before not to anger the hanyou and that he could be extremely dangerous when mad. Judging by the look on his face, he wasn’t just mad, he was pissed

Inuyasha let out a growl causing Kouga back up a bit, ‘that bastard! I swear next time he does that I’ll rip his damn hands off!’ Inuyasha whipped around and climbed out of the spring. After drying off he got dressed and stormed out of the hut. ‘Stupid wolf…I should have kicked him out before it got that far!’ Inuyasha thought angrily

~ % ~ End Flashback ~ % ~

Inuyasha sighed again for the hundredth time that day, “why me?” Inuyasha asked no one. Inuyasha sat up and jumped off the boulder. He grabbed his haori and walked over to the forest for some shade. The last three weeks had been hot and sunny and he had a really nice tan now, which, unfortunately for him, got him a lot of attention from Kouga and the other wolf demons and demonesses

Inuyasha sat down under a large oak tree and leaned his back against the trunk, unaware he was being watched by three sets of eyes. Riana watched from a distance as Inuyasha closed his eyes and turned to her twin brothers, Ryu and Kyo. Like her both of them had black hair, shorter then hers, and purple eyes

“Let’s get Inu-Chan!” Ryu hopped up and down with his brother

“I wanna touch Inu-Chan’s ears!” Kyo giggled as they jumped up and down

“We gunna sneak up and pounce on Inu-Chan!” Riana told them. All three nodded and silently made their way towards Inuyasha

Ayame watched as the three of them were sneaking around, ‘what are they up to?’ Ayame’s eyes traveled in the direction that they were sneaking in. Ayame smiled as she say Inuyasha sleeping underneath a tree, ‘he’s in for a rude awakening.’

They finally reached Inuyasha to find him sleeping soundly, ‘this’ll be fun!’ Riana thought. All three of the pups crouched down and Riana started counting down with her hands. When she got to zero all three of them jumped on Inuyasha, effectively waking him

Inuyasha’s eyes shot open when he felt something crash into him, ‘what the hell?’ Inuyasha looked down to see three pups around him, laughing away happily. Inuyasha recognized one of them and smiled, “hello Riana”

“Hey Inu-Chan!” Riana smiled and gave Inuyasha a big hug. The two other stood up and each latched on to one of Inuyasha’s arms. Inuyasha looked back and forth between the two of them

“And what are the names of these two little trouble makers?” Inuyasha asked as he ruffled their hair. Both of them jumped and stood in front of him, little chests puffed out

“I’m Ryu,” Ryu said proudly

“And I’m Kyo,” Kyo said proudly

“And we are the mostest powerful demons around here!” they both said in unison

“They my brothers,” Riana said as she poked both of them in the stomach. Both of them let out the breaths they were holding when she poked them, “and they weaklings!” Ryu and Kyo glared at their sister who stuck her tongue out in return. Inuyasha started laughing at their antics

“We’re not something to be laughed at!” Ryu chided Inuyasha

“We be powerful and we gunna beat you up!” Kyo and Ryu nodded and ran off

“Huh?” Inuyasha watched as they ran off to one of the caves behind a waterfall. He turned to Riana who was smiling up at him, “where are they going?”

“You’ll see!” Riana giggled at his confused face. ‘He’s in for it now…’ Riana thought as she watched the cave her brothers ran into, ‘this’ll be fun!’ Riana let out a soft giggled and Inuyasha raised an eyebrow

‘Why do I think something bad is going to happen?’ Inuyasha thought as he watched the cave, ‘I wonder what they’re up to…’

Ayame shook her head as she made her way over to Inuyasha and Riana, ‘I know what those brats are up to…’ Ayame sat down beside Inuyasha and patted him on the back. “Those two are trouble,” Ayame said, “now that they have you in their sights they wont let you get away so easy.”

“What do you mean by that?” Inuyasha asked and Ayame just smiled at him knowingly. Suddenly loud shouts could be heart coming from the cave where Kyo and Ryu ran in. Everyone watched as Kyo and Ryu came running out followed by five other pups. The seven of them ran at full speed and jumped on Inuyasha, pinning him to the ground

Ayame burst out laughing from beside him, “you should have seen your face Inuyasha!” Riana was giggling as well as she and Ayame tried to get the pups off of Inuyasha. “Ok, that’s enough you little brats!” Ayame laughed as the pups complained

“But, we wanna have fun!” one of them complained

“Yeah, Ayame! You being no fun!” another said as he got pulled off Inuyasha

“No fun, eh?” Ayame raised an eyebrow at the pup. A grin spread across her face as she began tickling the pup, “who’s no fun, huh?” The pup was squirming and laughing as Ayame tickled him. Ayame finally stopped tickling the pup and put him down, “looks like I showed you!”

“You cheated!” the pup pointed a small finger at her

“I did no such thing!” Ayame said in a mock hurt tone, “how could you accuse me of such things” She turned to Inuyasha, who had finally gotten the pups off him and were sitting around him now. “I did not cheat! Did I Inuyasha?” Inuyasha shook his head, unable to answer because of his laughter

Hakudoushi stood in his chambers, glaring out his window to the north. ‘I’ll get you yet, half-breed! Once I get my full powers back I’ll destroy you once and for all!’ Hakudoushi turned from his window and made his way out of his chambers. ‘I’ll kill you and that damn wolf if it’s the last thing I do!’ He made his way through the stone halls towards the throne room where his ‘father’ was

‘If I hadn’t have run that time I would have died…’ Hakudoushi cursed himself for that, ‘I should have ended it quicker!’ Hakudoushi entered the throne room to find Naraku, Kagome and Kagura were already there

“Your late,” Kagome said to him

“Shut up, witch! I have things to think about!” Hakudoushi glared at Kagome

“You dare call ME a witch!” Kagome hissed back at him and began glowing, “you want to die you little brat?”

“Try it bitch! I’m not in the mood and I wont hesitate to tear your fucking head off!” Hakudoushi began walking strait at her, his knuckles turning white

“Enough!” Naraku roared, “if you wish to fight, save it for our enemies!” Naraku turned on Hakudoushi, “and if I ever hear you calling MY Kagome a bitch again I will kill you…” Naraku’s eyes narrows dangerously. Kagome gave Hakudoushi a look that said, ‘Hah, I win.’

Hakudoushi glared at Kagome, “you keep hiding behind Naraku but one day you’ll get what’s coming to you.” Hakudoushi ignored the glares he got from both Naraku and Kagome and sat down beside Kagura, who looked like she wanted to laugh at the scene but she too received a glare and decided to hold it in

Once everyone was settled Naraku spoke up, “Sesshomaru, is not a problem at the moment. Right now we should deal with Inuyasha and Kouga…”

“Inuyasha is mine,” Hakudoushi said, “I still have to pay him back for what he did to me…” Hakudoushi clenched his fist in anger, “and he will pay dearly for what he did!”

“If he beat you last time what makes you think he wont beat you again?” Kagome taunted him

“Heh,” Hakudoushi smirked at her, “if he does get the upper hand again…I’ll just use my life force to kill him.” Everyone stared in shock at him. Using ones life force was the sign of ultimate hatred. Hatred one’s enemy could never survive but it also kills the person who used their life force. “Why do you all look so surprised?”

“I never thought you’d be so eager to throw your life away,” Kagura snickered, “if you get Inuyasha that wolf bitch is mine to kill.” Kagome and Naraku sighed, knowing the same thing would probably happen like last time

“Then, that leaves Kouga,” Naraku said, “Who shall I send to kill him?”

“Why not send Hiten and Manten?” Kagome suggested, “Surely those two thunder demons can take him down easily enough.”

“I suppose…” Naraku said thoughtfully, “Yes, I will send them. We will attack once they get back from recovering the shards those two idiots lost.” Everyone nodded in agreement and went their separate ways. ‘Soon, Lord Kouga, you will be begging for the mercy you will never get…’ Naraku thought darkly as he made his way to his chambers. ‘The northern lands will be mine soon and the western will be soon to follow.’

AN – AH! Naraku is planning something EVIL! I wonder what it could be, hmmm? Oh well, you’ll find out soon enough
