Cursed Love

    Inuyasha and Sesshomaru  jumped down the hole they created. They scanned the area they subconsciously touched their mating mark. 

 "He's alive." Sesshomaru said barely above a whisper. Inuyasha could smell Ren's scent. The two of them moved through the cavern attempting to squeeze through the crevices that Ren somehow managed into. They found scraps of torn clothing as well as an opening that Ren clearly went through.

   Once out on the ledge they found a sticky web like rope. "Strange why doesn't he just jump up he is a demon after all." Inuyasha said.

  "Not all demons have that ability Inuyasha."

 The two jumped up to the top still no sign of Ren or their baby. "Which way did he go?" Inuyasha asked sniffing the air trying to find his scent.

    Meanwhile Ren wasn't about to just wait for his mates to find him. She headed down the road baby in her arms she felt pain, a different kind of pain from when she changed genders and when she was pregnant. Her claws turned into fingernails "No No No!" Ren said as his human form took over. It was bad enough that a black  widow demon constantly changed genders but being a hanyou of this type was worse. Granted the human form doesn't show as often as some hanyou's who are stuck in their human form once a month. His happened every couple years and whatever gender he is in at the time he'll be stuck in in human form, for god knows how long.

  Ren let out a sigh once the pain was gone. Hopefully his scent wont confuse his mates when they come looking for him. He spotted a village just down the road maybe he can take refuge there until Inuyasha and Sesshomaru come for him.  

   A woman spotted Ren coming down the road in nothing but rags. She quickly went outside to greet the poor woman. "Come inside my dear girl I have a nice clean kimono you can wear, you must be starving." she said leading Ren and his baby inside.

  "Your too kind." Ren said as the woman got to work fitting him into a nice lavender kimono. "Its my pleasure my dear you shouldn't be out at this hour unless you want to be attacked by demons. But not to worry the priestess makes sure no demon comes into the village. Any demon caught lurking in this village is put to death."

   "You don't say?" Ren said uncomfortably as he held his son closer to him. "Ah too be a mother again. I had three daughters and four sons they're all grown now. So what's your baby's name?"

   "Um... I haven't given him a name yet, and it wouldn't be right to name him until my....husband comes for me."

  "I understand perfectly. May I?" She asked holding out her hands wanting to hold the baby. 

  "Um..." before Ren knew what to do his baby was in the other woman's arm and the woman began to peel back the blanket to see his face. The woman let out a scream Ren quickly grabbed his baby back. "Thats not a baby its a monster!"

  "He is not!"

  "He's a demon!"

  "So? Is there really anything wrong with demons?" Ren said getting up and leaving with his baby. He walked through the village heading out. 

  "You! What are you doing out on this late at night?" A man asked.

   "What are you hiding?" another man asked him.

   "Stolen goods no doubt."

   Ren ran the two men right behind him.  A woman on horseback showed up out of nowhere it seemed like. "Whats going on here?" She asked. She inspected Ren carefully she could see right through that human form of his knowing for a fact that Ren was demon. A smile crossed her lips as she gripped Ren's wrist. "Gentlemen we will have a little bonfire in the square tomorrow." The woman said as she took Ren and his baby somewhere until tomorrow. Its been along time since they last executed a demon this was going to be enjoyable.
