"Sit, boy!"

 

When Kouga didn't move, Inuyasha took a step closer to them, cracking his knuckles.

"You've got til the count of three, wolf."  

"Oh, or what?" Kouga replied, rising to his feet to stand above Kagome, "we are having an intimate moment here, dog-breath, if you didn't notice, so why dontcha just run along. Go home, puppy, I don't have time for you right now."

  Inuyasha growled and took another step towards the wolf demon.

"if YOU didn't notice, the girl SAID she doesn't want you! So you'd better back off and leave, before I decide to start sharpening my claws on you."

  Kouga chuffed haughtily, and turned to face Inuyasha fully.

"Bring it, Muttface. Once I kill you, there will be no more competition, and I'll finally be able to take Kagome as my mate."

  "What did you say??" Inuyasha growled angrily. He took another step towards Kouga, baring his claws. 

"I'm gonna cut your mouth right off your face, and feed it to your wolves! Yaahhhhh----"

  With that, Inuyasha came at him, slashing violently with his claws. Kouga evaded for several moments, before doubling back behind Inuyasha, and delivering a sharp roundhouse kick to the back of his head. Inuyasha gave a startled shout, and stumbled forward, reeling from the blow.   

Taking advantage of Inuyasha's disoriented state, Kouga shot around and delivered four more kicks to the hanyou---two to each side, into his kidneys. Inuyasha grunted in pain, and fell to the ground, coughing.  

The wolf demon laughed arrogantly, and slowly walked around Inuyasha, until he stood by the half demon's head.

  "So much for all of your talk, dog boy. In the end, im always gonna be able to whoop ya. So I'm gonna put you out of your misery, Muttface, and answer the question once and for all, of who is better for Kagome." Kouga brought his foot up high over Inuyasha's head, and shot it back down again in a blurred arc.  

"NO, INUYASHA!!!!"
