WTF- someone stole my storie, but thats ok cause I've learned to backup everything ha, you will never find all the copies I have hidden away now anyway back to the regular stuff

I have to apologize profusely for how long it took to update this- My laptop died, not it’s having problems, it’s dead. Like super dead. I got a friend to look at it and he said that the hard drive had suffered complete and total failure, so until I get a new one I’m stuck working on other stuff, what really sucks is that I lost the other 4 fics I was working on so I might be slow to update as I try to rewrite all that I can remember. Anyone with ideas or comments for this story please review as one of the things I lost was my original, so I’m just making it up as I go along now, thanks.

Inuyasha looked up to see Taptai enter the clearing, a wave of relief washing through his body as he heard the other hanyou ask if he was ok. No he wasn't ok but he was slightly relieved, at least Taptai should have some idea of just what he was going through, and thank kami he wasn't Kagome, he didn't think he could stand to be near her at the moment.

"No, just glad you're not Kagome."

He closed his eyes as he allowed himself to relax, but then a gentle breeze blew towards him, bringing Taptai's scent to him. He felt his body stiffen as he caught just a trace of Kagome's scent on the other hanyou, and he could smell Taptai's growing arousal. He must like the view he thought as he felt more than saw a pink glare creep into his view. He tried to control himself, but he knew that his demon side was coming out as it sensed the submissive male in front of him.

He hardly even noticed when he moved to push Taptai to the ground, taking in the subtle scent of the cat's arousal before he saw the exposed neck, the sign of a willing submission. Of course by now Inuyasha was so lost in his demon induced haze that he would have never noticed that Taptai's head was held back by the braid that was pinned under them both.

Looking down as much as he could Taptai was barely able to meet Inuyasha's now red eyes, looking him over in an almost frightening manner as the hanyou turned demon leaned down to nip an ear as he muttered in a voice that was almost more growl than words.

"Mine."

At that moment Taptai realized he should be scared, very very scared. He had no clue what had happened to his friend but he had a fairly good idea of what he was planning, seeing as his very large cock was currently making a very wet spot on his pants as Inuyasha pushed himself down, almost trying to reach his entrance through the cloth of his pants. Still uncertain just what actions he should take, Taptai reached up and grasped Inuyashas dog ears, gently rubbing the base of both. A low moan greeted his ministrations as Inuyasha began to pant slightly, rubbing his crotch even more excitedly against Taptais pants as he let out a low growl and Taptai felt a flood of warmth soak the bottom of his pants.

Hoping that his momentary release may have granted him some leeway, Taptai pulled himself away some as he tried to talk to the demon who was still grunting softly as blissful after shocks rocked his body.

"Inuyasha- are you still with me?"

The only reply was a soft groan as his neck was nuzzled, Inuyasha lowering his body so that he could reach up to grasp Taptais ears getting a happy gasp from the cat at the unexpected attention.

'Damn- if he keeps this up he'll have me as hard up as he is'

"Inuyasha- what would you like to do?"

The red eyed demon pulled away just enough to be able to look into his eyes, a slightly befuddled expression accompanied by a curious growl. Pulling his hands from Taptais ears to reach into his shirt, he pulled the cloth away to expose the cats gently muscled chest, Inuyasha gave a soft grunt as he licked his way down the cat's neck, gently nipping as he left a reddened trail

"Please" was barely able to make it from the demon's lips, sounding almost pained as he struggled to make his need known to the cat beneath him.

"Please what, I'm here to help you, just let me know, ok"

Deciding that was enough of an agreement to satisfy himself, the demon gave a quick lick to his cat's lips before sitting back on his haunches to run his eyes over the partially undressed form of the cat. Taptai was still laying back, his half-lidded eyes watching the dog with great interest, both ears perked forward to track the dogs every motion, his chest heaving slightly where it had been exposed when his shirt had been opened in the middle, a light blush painting his cheeks as he returned the approving gaze of the watching dog. Leaning forward to nuzzle his cats crotch, the dog worked his pants of, taking his time while still nuzzling himself into his scent that had been left on the cat as he enjoyed the purrs he got from his cat at the attention.

Having removed the offending pants Inuyasha leaned back down, pressing his engorged head against his cats tight opening but stopped when a pained hiss escaped his cats lips. Taptai had known this moment was coming but still couldn't hold back his fear when he felt the dog gently press against his tight guardian, he felt his cheeks burn as he looked up expecting Inuyasha to be upset at this interruption but instead found a concerned expression, his ears cocked as if to say what's wrong. Swallowing audibly the cat fought down his blush as he tried to find words to explain what he needed.

"Inuyasha, I'm not ready- I need to-"

Inuyasha stopped his words by placing one hand on his mouth, gently pressing a finger to his lips in a silent plead for entry. Taptai paused frozen for a moment before he realized that Inuyasha didn't want to hurt him, and had a good idea how to help. Taking the finger into his mouth, he gently lapped at the digit, opening wide as another finger joined the first to be given a through washing with his sandpaper tongue. Grass green eyes met red tinted ones as the two lovers silently made their agreement, giving a soft nod the two fingers were removed, a silver string leaving a small trail of their passage as Inuyasha placed them at his cats tight ring. Looking back up his questioning eyes asked his cats permission before he would place a finger into him.

Giving a silent nod Taptai braced himself but was surprised when he felt only a gentle pressure as the first finger slipped into him, he had expected the dog to be too excited to be gentle, but was now almost beside himself at the gentle pressure. Letting out a soft mrrow he wrapped his tail around the dogs wrist, encouraging him to faster action. This was all the signal Inuyasha needed as he slipped a second finger inside to be greeted by quick catch in his cats breath followed by an almost desperate sounding growl. Placing a third finger in he gentle stroked the velvety lining, reaching deep inside his cat he found a soft mound inside that at his attention got a startled hiss followed by bucking hips almost forcing his hand to the ground.

Looking back up he was greeted with an almost red faced cat, his ears perked forward as he could see their insides flushed almost blood red, his eyes almost begging for more. Pulling his fingers back out, he watched his cat for any signs of distrust, but seeing only want, moved forward to position himself at the loosened ring of muscles. Glancing back up he was surprised to see an almost angry set of the cats ears, pausing for a moment the dog let out a startled yelp when he felt a tail move between his legs then grasp him firmly, pulling him towards his cat with a slight hiss coming from the cat at his lack of action.

Deciding that the tail between his legs was a good sign, Inuyasha eased himself forward, slowing working his member inside the smooth heat of his cat as he felt the plush fur of a tail wrap itself against his balls almost driving him over the edge.

Taptai had completely lost himself in the moment as his attention become centered on the connection between himself and his dog as he realized that for now at least that would be how he was going to be thinking of Inuyasha. The slow rhythm that had been set was almost maddening to him as he felt himself being stroked almost too softly to feel time and time again. Desperate for more of the sensation that was hovering just beyond the reach of his senses he wrapped both legs around Inuyashas back, pulling the dog down deep into him with his next thrust. Looking up at a very confused faced inuyasha the cat reached up and grabbed his back, pulling him down as he hissed.

“Damnit, quit playing around and fuck me.”

At his cats words the demon let out a small grunt as he lapped gently at his cats neck, getting another pull on his back as a none too gentle reminder Inuyasha gave in to his cats request, allowing himself to give into his desires as he started to thrust into his cat more quickly. Rocking their bodies together, Taptais cock caught between them as his stomach rubbed him to completion, Inuyasha felt himself drift over the edge to joyful oblivion as Taptais body clenched around his, bringing them both to their climax.

Lost in the moment, both hanyous let out a wild cry as Inuyasha pulled himself forward, sinking his fangs into Taptais neck. With a muffled thump both bodies collapsed as the two lovers took a moment to enjoy their blissful aftershocks, Inuyasha gently lapping at Taptais neck while Taptais purr vibrated into his very bones and his hands played gently with his ears.

Having fulfilled his demon needs, Inuyasha had reverted back to his normal self and while part of him was definitely disturbed at his actions, he was certain that Kagome would be lees than thrilled if she found out what had just happened between them, he was also relieved. He had found someone that was not going to judge him for his heritage, who only cared about who he was, not who his parents had been. It felt- good, and for the moment he was content just to lay with his friend turned lover, enjoying the gently touch that he had never realized he missed so much.

“Wow, that was pretty intense, never took you for the kinky type though.”

Eyes that had once again returned to their golden glow sought out grass green ones as Inuyasha let a confused grunt state his comment.

“The biting thing- it hurt, but was actually pretty neat.”

“Bite?!”

Golden eyes froze as they found the four puncture marks that now marred Taptais neck, a shocked gasp escaped his lips as Inuyasha recoiled from the sight of his actions.

“Inuyasha- hey, doggy, whats wrong?”

“Those marks, I put them there.”

It was not really a question, bur at the shock on Inuyashas face Taptai nodded, still unsure of just what had managed to set his dog off so.

“Do you know what they mean?”

Having now totally lost any clue as to just what Inuyasha meant, Taptai just set back as he numbly watched his dog sink his head, his ears drooping as a state of depression took his mind.

“Those are mating marks.” Noticing that his cat still had no clue just what that meant he continued. “Any demon who sees those will know that we are mated, and even some humans who know of demon customs.”

“When you say mated, what exactly do you mean?”

“My demon chose you, I don’t understand all of the consequences but I do know that mating marks are pretty powerful, and that they are usually consensual. I- I’m sorry that I did that to you without asking, can you- forgive me?”

At Inuyashas words Taptai reached forward to comfort his friend, pulling the slightly shorter dog demon to sit in his lap. His mind raced as he went over the implications of what he had been told, he had no problem with having sex with his dog, he had even enjoyed that thoroughly and was looking forward to at least a little more of it, but this mating thing had taken him entirely by surprise. Was this supposed to be some permanent bond between them, and how would his other friends react to this?

“Inuyasha- I don’t know what to say. What do you want?”

“To be honest- I don’t know.” letting his head fall back Inuyasha relaxed into the warm arms of the man that his demon had chosen for a mate, and that he now knew he felt completely comfortable with. “I can already tell that the mating bond has changed something in me- I feel, complete. I know that I don’t want to give you up, not now at least but I also don’t know why I choose you in the first place.”

Reaching up to grasp an ear, Inuyasha felt Taptai push into his arm, his cheek nuzzling him as he gently stroked the velvety softness of his fellow hanyous ear.

“Inuyasha, I like you- a lot. Which is odd considering I hated you when I first saw you.” The frozen hand on his ear was all the question that Taptai needed as he spoke quickly to reassure his doggy. “My grandparents were killed by dog demons, so I have always had a deep- well hatred for them. At least until I met you that is. When you saved my life I hated you, I hated the fact that because of your actions I actually owed a dog anything, much less a life debt. But the more I learned of you the more I came to be impressed by you, I don’t think I could have survived the life you had.”

“Keh- That’s funny kitty, I didn’t want you around at first either, but I was just worried that you would say something about me coming into heat to the others.”

“Speaking of that- how are you?”

“Actually fine now- remember I’m mated, at least as far as my demons concerned so that all its worried about. How do you feel about- this”

At Inuyashas question Taptai reached his hands around his chest, gently grasping the dog to him as he let himself ponder just what he had asked. He knew that while Inuyasha was older than him, 50 years of that had been spent bound to a tree, from what he had been able to learn they were probably almost the same age if you didn’t count that. Looking down at the silver haired form in his arms he wondered just how he really felt, he had came out here to help him, but now found himself in a much more- interesting situation than he had originally planned for.

“Inuyasha- could I take some time, I need to think about, whats happened.”

A gentle nod from a lowered head was his only response, but after a moment he felt warmth slowly fall on his arms as the body in his grasp gently shook. Reaching up to turn Inuyashas face towards him he was surprised when Inuyasha jerked his face from his hands, but not before he could see two silver trails form from each eye. Gently but firmly pulling his dogs face back to him, he gently lapped at one cheek as he tried to reassure his worried friend.

“Inuyasha, whatever I decide I’m not going to abandon you, ok. I just need to think through what all this means. I will still be your friend but please realize that this mate thing is just, well not anything I thought I would be dealing with anytime soon. But no matter what I decide I will stay with you as long as you need me to.”

Gathering his courage Inuyasha brought his eyes up, tears still shimmering slightly as the worry of loosing his mate brought unbidden emotions boiling to the surface. He looked deeply into grass green eyes as he felt his emotions whiplash him with thoughts of fresh loss, but instead saw only tender acceptance. Giving a small nod he pulled himself away from the cats embrace, gathering his clothes as he made his way to a nearby cave.

“I promise that I will be back- just please be here. And thank you for giving me time to think about this.”

Inuyasha only nodded as he watched Taptai pull his clothes back on before walking off. Settling himself into the small cave he calmed his nerves, hoping that the cat would be true to his word.
