Silver Sapphire - The Jewel of Angel

A/n *Hides* Someone threatened to kill me if i don't update. so here ii is, chapter 4. I hope you guys like it.

Chapter 4

Everybody kept staring at Kagome, as she sat in Kaede’s hut, Shippo in her arms. She hadn’t said a word after they left the battlefield. She had kept her eyes on Shippo, as she walked with him and Kaede back to the village. The men were admiring how beautiful she was now. She had been beautiful when she had been a human, but now as a youkai, she was breathtaking.

Ssshomaru was admiring how elegant she looked. Her nails were long, and they were bluish. Her hair was longer and she had tied some of her hair into high ponytail. Sesshomaru looked at her face. There were two blue stripes on either sides of her face. On her forehead she had bluish octagon, and small bluish ball on the middle of it. Sesshomaru was taken back. It was the mark of the lords and ladies of Eastern lands.

Miroku had noticed the same thing.

-Lady Kagome, Miroku said. Kagome looked up and met the houshi’s gaze.

-Yes Miroku, she said. Her voice was monotone, but husky. It sent a cold shiver down everyone’s back. Sesshomaru had to look away from her, so he would attack her and mate right here on front of everyone.

-Can I ask you why you have the mark of the house of the Eastern?

Kagome smiled little bit. Just a small lop side smirk.

-Have you mated the lord of the Eastern Lands?

-No, Kagome said. –He is my brother, and he already has a mate and a pup.

Everyone was in shock.

-Before you ask any more questions, Kaede said, and looked at the dumbfounded group. –I think it would be best of Kagome explains how she survived and why she has been away this long.

-That would be a good idea, Inuyasha growled. He got up from the floor and walked over to Kagome. –You have keeping us in the belief that you have been dead! And now you just walk here like nothing has ever happened.

-Nothing did ever happen, Kagome said. –And if I were you Inuyasha, I would go back to your place. I won’t want to hurt my friend. Inuyasha stared at her, but went back to his place next to Kikyo. Kikyo looked at him and wrapped her arm around his. She didn’t say anything, just kissed his cheek.

-Now, Kagome said. She petted Shippo’s hair. –I should probably start from the beginning.

-That would be a good idea, Inuyasha growled. Kagome gave him a cold stare. Inuyasha went quiet and looked at the ground. Sesshomaru loved it. He loved her even more.

::Love you too love:: soft voice said in Sesshomaru’s head. He looked at Kagome who was staring at him.

-Mama, Kagome heard someone saying. She looked down at Shippo. –Please tell us where you have been.

Kagome gave him small smile and touched his cheek. –Okay pup. Kagome took deep breath and started to talk.

-A week before the final battle against Naraku, my brother came to me. He told me that old hag had sawn my “death”. I would turn into my true form as I was dying and I had purified the Shikon no Tama.

-So when those blue flames surrounded you, Sango started. –You turned into what you are now?

-Yes, Kagome said. –I’m sorry, that is the only way I know how to explain it.

-But why didn’t you tell us? Sango asked. –We wouldn’t have minded.

Kagome shook her head.

-The only thing I could do back then, was to turn into black dog. Other wise I was weak, and I didn’t want you to see me like that.

Everyone in the room knew what she was meaning. Sesshomaru didn’t let it show, but he was little bit ashamed. Kagome hadn’t told them, to him, because she didn’t want to look weak in his eyes.

-I got the last of my powers about a month ago, but then I got other things to deal with.

-What other things? Kikyo asked.

-You met some of force of that new evil, Kagome said. –They are after the Jewel of the Angel. It is hided into my father’s grave.

Inuyasha looked at Kagome.

-What does it have to do with my Tetsusaiga?

-It is the key to the grave, Sesshomaru said. Everyone looked at him now.

-How do you know that? Inuyasha asked.

-Father told me before you were born. Sesshomaru looked at Kagome. –Our father’s were friends and never battled against each other. They were allies.

Kagome looked deep into Sesshomaru’s eyes. She was lost into them.

-What does the Jewel do? Miroku asked.

-It gives great amount of power to anyone who has it, Kaede said. –Kagome or Sesshomaru won’t need it because they already has that kind of power what the Jewel will give.

-Can it turn me into full blood youkai?

-Yes, Kaede said. –But only if Kagome wishes it.

-Does the Jewel disappear after the wish? Kikyo looked at her sister.

Kaede shook her head.

-No it doesn’t that why it is very dangerous if it gets into the wrong hands.

-Inuyasha, Kagome said finally. She looked at Inuyasha –You need to keep the sword safe. When I have found the last things I will need to open the entrance to the grave.

No, Inuyasha said and jumped up.

-Inuyasha! Kikyo said. –How can you deny something like that! Don’t you know how important this is?!

-Of course I do! Inuyasha said and looked down at Kagome. –That why we are going to help her to find those missing things.

-Really? Kagome asked.

-Really, Inuyasha said and smiled. He walked over to Kagome and looked at her into eyes. –You are my friend, our friend. Of course we are going to help you. Isn’t that right!

-Yeah! Everyone said at the same time. Kagome smiled. It felt good to be among friends now. She got up from the ground and hugged Inuyasha. It felt good to be back.

Later that day, Kagome was relaxing in the near pool. She was sleeping in the same hut as Shippo, Rin and… Sesshomaru. Kagome wasn’t sure how she would survive from it. Now that she was a full demon, her need of him was even stronger. Her love was stronger. The need of mating with him was even stronger. The dram of carrying his pups had become even stronger.

Kagome sighed, and closed her eyes and leaned back on the rock. Even if she was relaxing, she could feel someone being behind the bushes.

“Better not be the houshi”, Kagome thought as she opened her eyes. She stood up and walked deeper into the pool. When she was deep enough she dive into the clear water. Even if she was under the water she could feel the person coming closer. Now she was sure that it was a demon, a very powerful one too.

Kagome pushed herself towards the surface. It was low enough, so Kagome’s legs could touch the bottom. She pushed her wet hair out of her face, and then turned to look who had been watching her. She was happily surprised.

Sesshomaru was sitting on the rock, where Kagome had been leaning on. His eyes were focused only on her, and Kagome’s eyes were only focused on him. Kagome smiled at him.

-What are you doing here Sesshomaru? Have you started to peek?

Sesshomaru was little bit taken back by her words.

-This Sesshomaru doesn’t peek, he said in monotone voice.

Kagome arched an eyebrow.

-You have started it again.

-Started what? Sesshomaru asked in confusion. He didn’t let it show on his face.

-That ‘this Sesshomaru’, Kagome said. She swam over to him and looked up at him. –Even if it is sexy as hell, I don’t like it when you use it around other females.

Now was Sesshomaru’s turn to arch an eyebrow.

-Why?

-Would you like when your ideal mate would be doing something that is sexy to you around other males? Kagome looked deep into his golden eyes her own eyes flashed little bit.

Sesshomaru didn’t say anything.

“She thinks me of an ideal mate!” Sesshomaru yelled in his mind.

*Hai! Lets take her now!* Sesshomaru’s blood beast had awakened. *She is mine!*

“She is ours”, Sesshomaru corrected.

*Hai! Mine!*

“NO! Ours!”

As Sesshomaru argued mentally with his blood beast he didn’t notice Kagome getting up from the pool, and going over to her clothes. She was smirking evilly. Her plan had worked. Kagome knew that of Sesshomaru still wanted her to be his mate, just to hint about him being her ideal mate would wake his sleeping blood beast. He still lusted after her, and so did his blood beast.

Slowly Kagome got dressed into her bluish and silver silk costume. She put her chest armour on, and tied her tail so it wasn’t on her way. She tied her hair up, as it had been earlier, as she walked over to Sesshomaru. She put her hand on his shoulder, under his armour and leaned closer.

-Sesshomaru.

Sesshomaru started, and looked at her over his shoulder.

-Will you come back to village soon? We have long day tomorrow.

Sesshomaru nodded. Kagome kissed his cheek, before removed her hand and took step away from him. She turned around and started to walk towards the forest. Sesshomaru had turned to look after her. He was disappointed her being back in clothes. She was absolutely breath taking when she was wearing them, but looked like a beautiful water imp. Imp who he wanted to claim.

Sesshomaru groaned when he didn’t sense her anymore. He removed his clothes and went into the water. Just seeing her naked, made him arousal. Sesshomaru touched his dick with gentle touches, before started to pump hard and fast. His eyes were closed, his back was against the rock, his cock was hard as the rock is.

-Kagome, he moaned as he felt his peak coming. He opened his eyes and looked at the night sky with blood red eyes. His beast was free, but not for long.

“Later”, Kagome said. It too great amount of will power to push the beast into its mental cage. She turned around and quickly left. She didn’t return back to the village, no, she had a business to take care off.

Next morning, when Kagome woke up just before the sunrise, she looked around the hut. Shippo and Rin were curled into two small balls right next to her. Her tail was covering them, keeping them warm. Sesshomaru was leaning on the wall, on the other side of the hut, near the door. His eyes were closed, and his breathing was calm. Kagome could smell that he was going to wake up soon, just like Rin and Shippo would. From experience Kagome got up from the futon very slowly, making sure Shippo and Rin wouldn’t wake up. She then walked quietly over to the door, trying not to wake up Sesshomaru. She was just about to step out of the hut, when Sesshomaru’s hand grabbed hers.

-Where are you going? He asked. His eyes were still closed.

-To watch the sunrise, and to meet Magoru. He might have news from my brother.

Sesshomaru opened his eyes.

-Who is Magoru?

-You have met him, Kagome whispered. Sesshomaru didn’t let go off her wrist. –If you want you can come with me.

Sesshomaru thought that for a second, and got up from the floor, not letting go of Kagome’s wrist until they were outside the hut.

-Where do we go? He asked as they walked away from the hut.

-At the pool where we were last night, Kagome said. Then she speed off, leaving Sesshomaru behind. Sesshomaru just shook his head.

-Little vixen, he mumbled under his breath and then speed off too. He didn’t want to miss the sunrise. The first sunrays will look radiant on Kagome’s beautiful features.

Kagome was sitting on the rock, when Sesshomaru arrived. The sun hadn’t rose yet. Kagome was taking leafs off from her tail.

-This is the only reason why I didn’t miss my tail during my human days, Kagome said as she dropped the last leaf. She looked up at Sesshomaru. –Didn’t need to clean it from leafs and other crab.

Sesshomaru chuckled and walked over to her. He stretched out his hand.

-Can I lift you up to the sky to watch the sunrise my lady?

Kagome watched him, and put her hand on his hand. He helped her up.

-Of course my lord, Kagome purred. She wrapped her arms around his waist, and wrapped her tail around him. Sesshomaru put his other hand around her, and wrapped his tail around her. Blue magic cloud appeared and lifted them up. Sesshomaru moved himself into sitting position, which forced Kagome to sit in his lap. She rested her head on his board shoulder, and letting Sesshomaru softly stroke her hair. Together they watched the sunrise, just like they had done many times, before Kagome had “died”.

Flashback

Sesshomaru had awoken early on the morning. Sun was going to rise soon. He came down from the tree, and noticed that the little Miko was missing. Inuyasha was still was in deep sleep, and apparently hadn’t noticed Kagome’s missing. Sesshomaru looked around and sniffed the air. She had gone towards the top of the hill, which bottom they had made a camp last night.

Sesshomaru started to walk towards the top of the hill. He looked around and kept all of his other senses awake too, so the enemy wouldn’t surprise him. But it wasn’t the reason why he was little bit worried. The girl might not be able to protect herself if there were too many attacking demons.

Sesshomaru found her sitting on a big rock, waiting the sun to rise. Sesshomaru had been relief to find her in one piece. You could never be sure what would happen in times like these.

-Why did you leave the camp Miko? Sesshomaru asked. Kagome’s head spun around and she looked at him.

-I came to look at the sunrise, she said and turned her head back. –Is that a crime?

-No, Sesshomaru said. He took few steps closer to her. –But it would have been good idea to wake up someone and ask to come with you. You do know that it isn’t safe anymore.

-Yes I do know that. Sesshomaru heard little bit of annoyance in her voice. –Inuyasha spent two hours yesterday telling me about it. I don’t need anymore reminding of it. I just wanted see the fucking sunrise! Sesshomaru heard sadness and anger in her voice. He watched her getting up from the rock taking her bow and arrows with her. She walked past Sesshomaru, towards the forest.

-Where are you going now Miko? Sesshomaru asked. The sun was going to rise in any minute now.

-Back to the camp, Kagome said without stopping. –The all mighty guard dog came to chase me back.

Sesshomaru just stood there.

-What did you say? His voice was cold.

Kagome stopped, turned around and walked over to him.

-I said the all mighty guard came to chase me back! Did you hear now?

Sesshomaru didn’t say anything, just started into the sad eyes.

-I didn’t mean to make you cry, he said. –I was just worried that something might happen to you.

-Why do you care if I get killed? Kagome asked. She walked past him and stopped by the rock. –I’m just a filthy little ningen who follows your brother.

-Half-brother, Sesshomaru corrected. He walked over to her. –I do not consider you as filthy little ningen. You have proven yourself to be very useful, and intelligent person to have a talk. Not many youkais are as intelligent as you are.

Kagome looked at him.

-Is that a compliment?

Sesshomaru looked into her eyes.

-It is if you do not talk about it with my brother. He doesn’t need to know everything.

Kagome smiled and nodded. Sesshomaru looked into her eyes, and then at the horizon.

-The sun is rising, he said. Gently he turned her around to look at it. Soft smile appeared on Kagome’s lips, as she watched the sunrise. Sesshomaru pulled her closer to him, so that she could rest her head on his shoulder. They stood like that for a while, before they returned the sleeping camp.

Flashback ends.

Kagome sighed. She loved to be like that with Sesshomaru. She was looking at the sunrise, when she saw something big and black from the corner of her eye.

-Magoru is here, she said to Sesshomaru.

-Where? He asked.

-Down there. Kagome nodded towards the ground. –And he isn’t very happy to see us like this. He can be little bit protective about me when it comes to males, who might want to mate with me.

Sesshomaru didn’t say anything. He was surprised, that Kagome knew about it.

-How…

-Let just say I can sense these things, when my blood beast wants to kick my bud not to come and let you mate.

Sesshomaru smirked. He leaned closer. –Maybe soon we will mate, he whispered into her ear.

-Maybe.

Just then a loud growl was heard and a black blur came rushing at them.

A/n okay, okay I know it sucks, but hey it is something. More reason about why Kagome didn’t come and what she had been doing during the time she was “dead” will come up in the following chapters. Just like little bit of lemon and the birth of a little wolf demon pr demons, who knows.
