Chapter 5: *...No.*
* The premenstral teen glared up at him, the growing irritation evident to anyone in hearing distance...
"Please."
Her voice held a sharpness to it he had yet to hear escape her mouth, making him narrow his eyes in questioning. Her hazel irises burned into his own, his pride being challenged by this stubborn ningen.
"...No."
The taiyoukai's words floated into the midnight air like silk, sure and blunt all at once. A fire raged in her soul as she let an angry breath out, her fists clenching as well as her jaw. A few tense moments went by as he observed her, that same now increasingly raging flame starting to emerge as she spoke.
Hazel and gold locked in an unspoken battle for dominance...It seemed neither were going to back down.
"And why not? I am old enough now my lord-"
His voice cut in, like a swift slice of a sharp sword into her very words.
"Because I said no, and I forbid you."
Her eyes went wide at this, her voice growing loud, almost booming through the silent forest.
"What!?"
A low growl came from the depths of his chest, making him frown in annoyance from her yell, but most of all her attitude. The young woman went on, either not hearing his disapproving vocalization, or simply not caring.
"What! what's wronge!? I can't do anything anymore!"
Supressing his growing annoyance that was turning into irritation, which was soon going to lead to anger, the taiyoukai growled low again saying her name, keeping in check not to become irrational...She had never acted this way before.
"...Rin."
Gaining her attention he calmly stated his reason. There was no excuse for him to lie.
"You are in heat-"
Her voice silenced him, this time its loudness defening to his sensitve ears. Standing toe to toe with him, she yelled, her eyes burning holes into his head with a malice that rivaled his own when in a blinding rage.
"Stop it! Just stop it Sesshomaru! Let me be free for once!" *
Sesshomaru leaned into her soft lips, thier texture like the flower pedal of a blooming sakura blossom.
No one, ever, shocked the stoic demon lord. No one, ever, took him by surprise...Yet this human woman just had. Despite this fact, the taiyoukai felt himself drowning in her scent and touch, not caring about anything else...Letting the chained feelings for this young woman finally emerge; Finally surrendering.
His clawed hand slid from the back of her neck to her collarbone in an almost lazy caress, the sharp edges of each nail gilding over every inch of soft skin they came in contact with. But this amazing feeling of euphoria was short lived...
Rin's shudder broke him from the lusty state he'd fallen into. Snapping his eyes open, Sesshomaru froze in his movements, stunned he'd let his gaurd fall so easily...Yet nothing about him was 'normal' when being around HER.
Rin felt her entire world dissapearing, the once fallen tears a distant memory being replaced by this wornderful feeling of being with the one person she truly loved...Love. The young woman had just realized what love really was. HE was her love. The one thing she couldn't go without.
The chast kiss was suddenly over, her mind coming in waves again as she felt her lord ease up in his touch. '..oh no..'
Wisps of thier breathing floated to one anothers lips, the sensation like the very feather of an angel. Slowly opening her eyes, the chesnut haired teen swallowed hard, terrified of what she might find.
How could she lose control of her actions like that? How could she violate her lord like that? All that he had done for her, and this is what she does? Dreading the next few seconds of opening her eyes all the way, Rin bit her lip, hoping to all the gods he wouldn't, now, make her leave him.
'What kind of whore am I?...'
With that last thought, the young woman opened her eyes, new tears resurfacing, but this time they were of shame.
The lord of the west was still frozen in place, for the first time in his life not knowing what to do.
He'd never thought she saw him in that manner, and he still didnt beleive himself as seeing her in that way too. 'My-she is my ward....Rediculous. She is the one you wish to have.' His inner turmoil was shot dead when hearing that last statement in his head.
Golden irises held her teary eyes, a new understanding somehow making thier way in them. Rin grew more worried, her heart clenching when seeing his reaction to her blunt affection. He had yet to say or do anything, that stare seemingly like a spell that had been cast from her very lips making her ache in agony. Agony in not knowing his thoughts. This was the first time, Rin was unable to know his thoughts, for Sesshomaru held absoluetly no expression.
Salty tears of worry ran anew out of the corner of her eyes, thier wetness running cool due to the breezy night air...It seemed everything was somehow going cold. Her light pink lip was still clenched between her teeth, the paining pressure not effecting her in the least for her heart jolted with an even more excruciating pain when he finally said her name, his tone one she had never before heard, assuming the worst.
"...Rin..."
Closing her eyes, she turned away abruptly, a soft cry of inner sorrow and pain escaping the confines of her heart and soul. Her hair whipped in a long trail behind her as she ran from him, the thumping of her feet and inner heart breaking deafening any other sound around her.
'How could I be so stupid?!'
She screamed on the inside, her stomache twisting in a windeing knot at the thought of how he must see her now. A loose whore with no boundries or respect for herself...Sesshomaru would never desire a whore like that. And especially a human girl whore at that.
