CHAPTER FIVE — RIN AND SANGO GIVE BIRTH —

It had only been three months but kagome’s children had already learned how to walk and talk. Rin looked at her children and wanted hers to get here quick. Kaede said that it would be any day now so she was very excited. “What are you doing out of bed” came a voice from behind her and she knew she was caught. sesshoumaru came into view,”I was just enjoying the look of the children playing” said rin. “Well you’ll just have to wait” he said as he picked her up and carried her to their bed. She began to protest but stopped when she noticed it wasn’t working. He set her down on the bed and told her to stay put. As soon as she thought the coast was clear she started to get down off the bed. When she heard somone clearing there thought behind her. She looked back through the window and saw him staring at hesappsapprovingly. “When did you start checking up on me?” she said in a playful tone.” since you started escaping” he said cutely. She decided if she couldn’t have some fun she would take a nap. As soon as he sensed that she was really asleep and not pretending he headed to the field were inuyasha and the kids where playing. Maru Tina and Kisa ran up to him shouting “uncle fluffy”. When they finally reached them they hugged his leggs . They all lifted their heads and started to say how they had tackled there father and tickled him until he couldn’t stop laughing. As they said this inuyasha and kagome came down to him and sure enough he saw that inuyasha’s face was flushed and he was out of breath and holding his aching sides. They all started to talk when they heard miroku scream “sesshoumaru it’s time” he turned so quickly that he forgot the kids still holding his legs and he toppled over causing inuyasha to throw another fit of laughter. He finally got up and started running down to his home. when he finally reached it she was already in labor. Kaede was helping rin every step of the way. She kept telling rin to concentrate on breathing but she wasn’t listening so sesshoumaru decide to help her out he rushed to her side and took her hand into his and said”calm down and breath it will be alright I’m here now”. “I’m scared” she said. “Don’t worry I will be here the whole time” he said in a reasuring voice.(awwww) she started to breathe in and out as her contractions came closer and closer together. It finally came time for her to push and she pushed as hard as she could. The first of there new born’s was a boy. As the baby slid out she felt this ominous feeling that something was going to go wrong. Kaede told her to push one more time and the other infant slide out. the color of it’s skin was all wrong it was blue from head to toe. Kaede put a finger to the baby’s neck and slowly shifted her eyes to rin telling her that it didn’t make it.(I’m so evil) Sesshoumaru refused to believe this as he tried to use the tenseiga but it didn’t work. And they both wept for their dead child. Kaede wrapped the child up and decided to let them decide what they wanted to do. Rin was holding seth and weeping at the same time when sessuomaru let out a hurtfuwl owl of pain. Rin was saddened for several days but decided to be optimistic thinking at least one survived. Kagome inuyasha and sesshoumaru built a memorial for the infant and wept for hours as they did so. Sesshoumaru buried his sword with the dead child. It took a whole month for them to stop grieving for there dead child.

{Two months later}
sango was having some trouble moving around the room as she went to the closet to put on her kimono. When miroku finished throwing out the bath water he use on her, he helped her get dressed. She was getting tired on relying on him to everything. She couldn’t wait until she could do things on her own. He was helping the kimono onto her when she stopped and he saw a strange look on her face he saw liquid drain from her vagina and soon relized it was time she didn’t even have to tell him as he quickly dressed her and rushed out the door.” kaede, kaede we need you” he screamed as he rushed into her hut. There he saw sesshoumaru and rin talking to her all of them looking up at him. When rea realization finally hit her she got her stuff together and ran up to his house whith the others following, rin holding her baby. Inuyasha and the others were visiting her family when sesshoumaru burst in saying that sango was in labor at this very moment. Inuyasha and kagome said a quick good bye to her family and they all rushed out the door down the well and down to miroku and songo’s hut. When they got there sango had already given birth to a bouncing baby boy named kohru. Miroku and sango looked down on him and smiled. Just then a flash filled the room and they all looked at kagome who had a camera in her hands. “I thought we could all take family photo’s. that way we would remember our families forever” she said. Rin who was still a little sad at her loss said” that sounds like a great idea”.
They all spent the day taking pictures.
