Chapter 5

The group was tense but quiet as they walked up to the castle entrance, it had been like this all morning. A servant appeared and opened the gate as they entered Rin greeted them and recognized most of them as the people who hung out with Inu Yasha from years gone by.

Shippo could smell Inu Yasha all over Rin “where is Inu Yasha at?” he asked.

“He’s . . .” began Rin.

“He’s right here” came Inu Yasha’s voice as he walked around the corner.

Kagome and Kikyo went to go to him but stopped when Rin turned and hugged him “Inu-Chun I thought you were still sleeping?”

He did not answer and he did not look anyone in the eyes “Inu-Chun what is wrong?” she asked kissing him.

Kagome and Kikyo’s anger and jealousy rose, but Kagome remembered what she had said to Inu Yasha “I-Inu Yasha I am sorry, I didn’t mean to say those things, I do love you for who you are.” She began to cry.

Rin looked at the girl who had slumped to the ground “so you are the one who had rejected him, well let me tell you something.” Rin’s voice was raising “I love him for who he is and he mated with me last night!”

Kagome’s heart hurt and she was shocked but blamed herself, everything was quiet.

“Inu Yasha my love” began Kikyo “you would deny me your love.”

“you only want me to go to hell” he said.

Kikyo thought a sly smile threatened to cross her face but she withheld it and continued sadly, “Inu Yasha my soul collectors came to you so you would come to me, I wanted to have a life with you again.”

Inu Yasha was shocked he didn’t know this “Kikyo I . . . but I thought you only wanted me to be human so you could live without the jewel? But when that didn’t work you said you wanted to go to hell?”

“No I didn’t want to protect the jewel any longer” she lied trying to get Inu Yasha to love her, so he would go to hell but she felt a certain pulling at her heart as she continued “I just wanted us to be together without the worry of the jewel.”

Inu Yasha wanted to go to her but arms wrapped around his waist and he looked down, Kagome was sobbing into his stomach her knees bent as she tried to hold herself up.

“I-Inu Yasha . . . I want to stay with you . . . please it hurts I just want . . . to be . . . with you!” she cried.

“I cannot” came his reply “Ieadyeady have a mate I can’t stay with you or Kikyo”

Kagome let go and grabbed onto Rin “please Rin can I stay with Inu Yasha, I don’t care if he sleeps with you, I just want to be with him to.”

Rin was shocked and didn’t know what to do, she looked at Kagome and then at Inu Yasha who looked as if he would cry again “she will always hold part of his heart” she thought “I have no choice but to let her stay I can’t allow Inu Yasha to hurt forever.”

“Fine” Rin said defeated.

“What about me?” came Kikyo’s voice “Inu Yasha my love”

Rin was shocked again “Fine” she said not wanting to fight about it.

“Rin?” came Sango’s voice.

“Not you too?” said Rin.
o!” o!” Sango said surprised “I was just wondering if we could stay at the castle for awhile”

Rin let out a sigh of relief “sure come on everyone” she motioned them to follow. Sango felt strange after what Rin had accused her of, like a longing, she did not understand why she felt likis. is. She looked back at Inu Yasha who was trying to pry Kagome off him, and she felt it again. Thoughts of Inu Yasha naked began to make her get wet “what am I thinking?” thought Sango “why do I want Inu Yasha so bad now?” her heart began to hurt as she watched Kagome holding him “do I . . . do I love him?”

Inu Yasha smelt something, someone was aroused he knew Kikyo and Kagome were but this one was new. He looked at Sango and when their eyes met the scent spiked and she blushed “Sango likes me too!?” thought a surprised hanyou “what is going on?”

Sango turned away as they reached their rooms and ran inside hers to get away from those golden eyes of Inu Yasha.

When they reached Inu Yasha’s room Rin was sitting on the bed as Kikyo and Kagome pulled on either arm of Inu Yasha.

“Inu Yasha come show me around” said Ki

“Inu Yasha please don’t leave me!” begged Kagome.

Kikyo thought of an excellent rebound to Kagome’s purity “Inu Yasha lets have sex again like when we first got toge.” S.” Said Kikyo looking at Inu Yasha sexily.

Kagome was stunned she was the only virgin in the room “No Inu Yasha have sex with me!”

Outside the door, the lecherous monk drooled over his friends’ predicament.

Kikyo was stunned but countered again “he doesn’t want a little girl come on Inu Yasha she is just saying that you know when you start to get into it she’ll change her mind.”

Inu Yasha was shocked at the turn of events and looked at Rin, she shrugged her shoulders before looking out the window. She didn’t want to get in the middle of the foolishness, besides she was Inu Yasha’s true mate he would always come to her in the end.

“No I won’t Inu Yasha” begged Kagome.

Kikyo smiled at her plan “well why don’t you prove how much you love Inu Yasha by having sex in front me and his mate right here, right now.”

“Right here!?” gulped Kagome.

“But if not I will” she said unt her her hair and began to remove her clothing.

“No!” said Kagome taking off her clothes faster “I’ll do it!”
