Chapter 5: Making Plans
Kagome and InuYasha woke at dawn, both feeling well rested. Pulling out of Kagome, InuYasha stood and stretched. Looking at the cloths that were set out for them, InuYasha selected a basic red kimono. This kimono was loose fitting, loose hamaka and haori. It was similar to his fire rat kimono but made of a different in shape, design and size. If anything, he could easily mistake this additional clothing for his original fire rat. Looking back at Kagome, InuYasha saw her appreciation in what he wore. “What do you like about it Kagome?”
Kagome smiled and flexed her claws, “Now I can literally rip your cloths off.”
InuYasha smirked, “Not now, later, I hear your mother coming to the door.”
A knock was heard a few seconds later followed by Mrs. Higurashi’s voice, “InuYasha, Kagome, don’t you start up again, I need to talk to you two.”
Kagome looked disappointed at not being able to have another romp with her mate but answered, “Ok mother, we’ll be down in a couple of minutes.” With that Kagome crawled out of bed and grabbed some cloths to dress in. This caught both Kagome’s and InuYasha’s atton. on. Before Kagome could form an answer, Mrs. Higurashi spoke again, “I noticed that InuYasha and you Kagome, can both transform into full youkai, I was wondering, if you could transform into a full human so you could go to school.”
InuY spo spoke immediately, “I think it can be done, give me a second to try.” With that said, InuYasha started to meditate right at the dinner table. Kagome and Mrs. Higurashi watched as InuYasha’s ears began to shift and change into human ears at the side of his head. InuYasha’s claws receded into normal human finger nails as his hair turned glossy black. That was when InuYasha opened his eyes, they were still cat shaped but what was once gold is now purple. InuYasha smiled, there were no fangs. That was when InuYasha spoke, “It can be done, now I will just need to teach Kagome.”
Mrs. Higurashi and Kagome smiled. Kagome spoke up then, “Mother, after I learn how to transform and my heat has ended, I will go back to school. I miss my friends.”
“It’s settled then, InuYasha, start training Kagome.” With that said, Mrs. Higurashi left no room for argument as she started to clean up what was left from breakfast.

It took a few hours, but InuYasha was able to teach both Kagome and Kyoto how to consciously transform into a full youkai or full human. Kagome was happy, now she could go to school and hang out with her friends, if InuYasha didn’t get to her first. Getting up, InuYasha, Kagome and Kyoto went to get some food, it was lunch time and they were hungry.
Getting up, Kagome looked at InuYasha and smiled before speaking, “Inu-chan, I want to go see some of my friends. I want them to meat you and you to meat them.” Kagome then gave a heart melting smile to beat down the last of his resistance.
InuYasha sighed, she won, “Ok. But I will not transform into human, I’ll just cover my ears, nothing more.” InuYasha hated to feel weak when in his human form. In his opinion, he could not see, hear, or smell anything.
Kagome hugged InuYasha and gave him a lick on the cheek. “Thank you,” she said. Kagome then turned to face Kyoto. “You can come if yif you want, I bet you would like to meat some more females that are teens,” Kagome said with a soft smile.
Kyoto looked very happy at this thought, “Sure! I would love too,” Kyoto responded.
Kagome grinned and clapped her hands as she jumped up and down. She is being a true female child now, InuYasha thought as he stood up. “Kagome, Kyoto, are either of you going to become human? I’m asking because of Kagome’s stripes and both of your ears.”

Kagome then ran to the phone while yelling out, “I’m calling my friends!”

Once there Mrs. Higurashi smiled and gave her daughter and son-in-law both a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. Both smiled at Mrs. Higurashi, took the food and began to eat.
Once they were finished Kagome told her mother about the discussion. Mrs. Higurashi smiled softly at both hanyous and spoke, “Ok, InuYasha, we will get you signed up today. I will call the school right now, go and talk to Kyoto to see if she would like to join you. Once you do, Kagome will take you there and into the office. But, knowing you InuYasha, I will try to get you and Kyoto in all of Kagome’s classes so that you can protect your ‘mate’. It’s also a good thing that the school year began the day Kagome disappeared.”
Kagome looked at InuYawho who had a look on his face that said one thing: thank you. Kagome then bolted from the dining room and came back in literally one second with Kyoto flung over her shoulder. Kagome sighed, “In my time, it is not socially or ‘legally’ acceptable to have sex before the age of 18. I don’t know why and I don’t want to be.”
InuYasha decided he needed to but in, Kagome was tired and stressed out. “Kagome, lets go to bed, you need to rest after what your friends put you through.” Kagome nodded as she leaned against InuYasha. Her mate noticed this and picked her up and headed for their room. It was now his as well, he and Kagome were mates, family, married by youkai standards.
Once they were inside InuYasha closed the door. He set Kagome down on the bed as she looked up at him. InuYasha quickly removed both of their cloths threthrew them on the floor next to the bed. Kagome was already getting wet and she noticed that InuYasha still had NOT gone limp. Both were still in heat and they needed some stress relief.

With the discussion over, they got dressed. Kagome wore the assigned school uniform and InuYasha put on his counterfeit kimono. Kagome looked at his kimono before she realized something, InuYasha’s kimono looked more like a gui, martial arts cloths meant for battle. Kagome decided to voice this observation, “InuYasha, I just noticed you kimono looks more like a gui than a kimono.”
InuYasha looked down at his clothing and nodded while smiling. He liked the idea of wearing guis. They stated that one was trained in forms of un-armed combat.
Now that they were dressed, InuYasha and Kagome held hands as they left the bath room and went to the kitchen so that they could have breakfast. Once there Mrs. Higurashi smiled and gave her daughter and son-in-law both a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns. Both smiled at Mrs. Higurashi, took the food and began to eat.
Once they were finished Kagome told her mother about the discussion. Mrs. Higurashi smiled softly at both hanyous and spoke, “Ok, InuYasha, we will get you signed up today. I will call the school right now, go and talk to Kyoto to see if she would like to join you. Once you do, Kagome will take you there and into the office. But, knowing you InuYasha, I will try to get you and Kyoto in all of Kagome’s classes so that you can protect your ‘mate’. It’s also a good thing that the school year began the day Kagome disappeared.”
Kagome looked at InuYawho who had a look on his face that said one thing: thank you. Kagome then bolted from the dining room and came back in literally one second with Kyoto flung over her shoulder. Kagome then put Kyoto down as she sat in InuYasha’s lap. Kyoto was shocked, she was just in bed in her new room with Souta and then she was dressed and down in the dining room.
Kagome looked at her sister with a big grin. Then Kagome spoke, “Kyoto, InuYasha has just agreed to go to school with me. We were wondering if you would like to come as well.”
Kyoto was still reeling from being woken up when she finally comprehended the question. Kyoto thought deeply for several minutes as she ate breakfast. Kyoto looked up and spoke, “Ok, I’ll go. There is one condition though, if any guy hits on me or anything they will suffer a broken nose.”
InuYasha smirked, Kyoto just proved, yet again, that she was his sister. Kagome however looked on in concern. “Kyoto, in this time, it is not socially acceptable to just beat anyone up. If you do, you get in trouble.”
Kyoto frowned, she was not allowed to punish hentais, harassers, bullies or any other kind of asshole. “I will try not to hurt anyone, but I will take only so much,” Kyoto said with serious conviction.
Mrs. Higurashi then walked back into the dining room. No one had noticed she left to call Kagome’s school. She gave the story that Kagome told her friends: InuYasha and Kyoto were orphans on the street that their family took in. When every one looked at her she smiled. “Kagome, I just called your school and got Kyoto and InuYasha signed up. I also asked that you would show them around today. That means you are excused from class, but you will get all your assignments from the last 4 days you missed and today.”
Kagome smiled and nodded, they would not have to be there for long. With the discussion over, Kagome, InuYasha and Kyoto got ready for school. Kyoto had to put on another thong. InuYasha put on his real fire rat gui. Kagome put on her regular school attire. Once they were all dresseagomagome grabbed her bag.
Now they were ready to head out for Kagome to take InuYasha and Kyoto to their first day at school.
