I Do Not Own Inuyasha


Inuyasha woke up with a huge headache then he remembered Kagura and Kanna then took off for Kaede's hut. He ran to the hut to find Kagura sleeping on a mat by the fire and Kanna sitting beside her. He set down on the other side of the hut and glared at the girls. Kanna just sat there ignoring him and didn't even show any sign that she was awake. "So how did she get her wounds?"

Kanna looked up at the hanyou. "Naraku tried to kill her when she came to take me away. She used her fan to get us away but not before Naraku sent many demons after us. Kagura fended them off then one of the demons tore her fan then she used her feather to get us to safety. She risked her life for me." Kanna lowered her head and looked down on her injured sister.

Inuyasha was shocked at her story. He knew Kagura had been trying to get away from Naraku but why would she risk her life for Kanna. He was shocked when he smelt Kanna's tears. I didn't think the girl had feelings. "Kaede is a very good healer. If anyone could save Kagura it is her. But don't tell her I said so." Inuyasha rose and left the hut. He had to find Miroku and Sango. He found them coming out of the woods holding hands. He stopped in his tracks and just stood there staring at the couple. He waited for them to come up to him and then he smiled at them. "It's about time."

Miroku smiled at Inuyasha and put his arm around Sango. "It wasn't my fault that it took so long. I have been waiting patiently for years."

Sango just stared at the monk then dragged her hand out of his and wiggled out of his arm. Then she turned and glared at both men then turned and stomped off mumbling under her breath. "They don't have any decency in them at all. They are rude, inconsiderate, stubborn, hardheaded idiots. Both of them. They wouldn't know when to keep their mouths shut if you paid them. I bet if I sewed them shut they would still find a way to smart off. Why do I put up with them?"

Miroku frowned at Sango as she stomped off. "What did I do this time?"

Inuyasha watched the taijiya he could barely make out what she was saying. Then he turned and looked at the worried monk. "I never will understand women."
They get upset if you show too much attention and get more upset if you don't show them any. Was there any way to please them. He shook his head and ran after the slayer. He turned his head to holler for Miroku to follow him. He caught up to Sango and grabbed her arm to stop her. Then had to duck when the boomerang went flying for his head, "Settle down Sango. I just came to find you and Miroku to talk about Kagura. Lets go to the Goshinbuko so we can talk. I sent Shippou to keep and eye on the guest." He jumped and took off for the tree.

Sango watched Miroku follow Inuyasha and she saw Kirara coming toward her. "Kirara find Shippou and protect him." She watched the neko turn and run for the hut. Then she took off after Miroku. She found them in conversation and walked up to them. "What's going on?"

Inuyasha turned toward Sango when she walked up to them. "I am going to go look for Kagome but we can't leave the village with Kagura and Kanna here so you two along with Kirara and Shippou have to guard them and make sure they don't harm anyone while I'm gone."

"But we don't know where she went, how are you going to look for her?" Sango frowned at Inuyasha.

"The first place I am going to check is my brothers lands. For some reason I think she is with him. Only he would be able to get her to run off with out telling us."
He turned and looked toward the west. He just hoped his guess was right.

"We will guard the village Inuyasha but if you don't find her in four days you must return here then. Kagura should be capable by then of telling us what happened to her." Miroku turned and followed Inuyasha's eyes to the west. I hope you are fine Kagome.

"Kanna told me that Kagura received her wounds from Naraku when she rescued her. Apparently Naraku didn't like the fact that two of his children wanted to leave him. Can't say I blame them. Who would want to be with him? I will leave as soon as I get some supplies." He started walking back to the village.

Miroku followed Inuyasha and Sango when he stopped "Inuyasha I feel the presence of many demons heading this way. They are coming from the west."

Inuyasha ran back to the monk. "Is it Naraku?"

"I do not think so. This feels different from his aura. I just can't tell who they are." Miroku brought his staff up in front of him and watched Sango ready her boomerang. Inuyasha drew Tetsusaiga and the three friends faced the demons heading toward them.

Sesshoumaru flew beside Ah Un which held Kagome and Rin. They were both asleep so he flew close just incase they fell off. Jaken kept a watchful eye on them also. They were getting closer to the miko's village so he flew closer to Ah Un and gently woke up Kagome. "We are almost there. Would you like to wake up Rin?"

Kagome woke up and was surprised that she had actually fell asleep on the dragon. She woke up Rin and they watched the village come into view.

Rin woke up and leaned back against Kagome and looked down at the village. She could see villagers running to their huts and watched as three of them stood at the edge of the village as if ready for battle. Then she realized who the three were and breathed easier. Okaa-san's friends wouldn't harm them.

Inuyasha lowered his sword when he saw his brother and smiled when he saw Kagome with him. But who was the inu-youkai child that was with them. She could pass for their child. He waited for the dragon to land then rushed up to Kagome and grabbed her off it's back. He went to hug her but stepped back when he caught her scent. She was now his brothers mate. He could smell his brother all over her. "Are you ok?"

Kagome frowned at Inuyasha he was acting weirder than normal. "I am fine Inuyasha." She turned back to the dragon to help Rin off. Usually the child could get on and off by herself but she seems to be tripping over her tail. Till she got use to her tail she would need a little more help than normal. She set Rin down and almost fell when the girl latched onto her leg.

Inuyasha saw Sesshoumaru walk up to Kagome and place his arm around her waist. Then he looked at the girl attached to Kagome's leg. "I know it doesn't take long for Inu-youkai's to pup but this is way to early for her to be yours and Kagome's. So Sesshoumaru who is her mother. It's obvious that you are her father."

Sesshoumaru growled at Inuyasha and bent down to pick up Rin. "Surely you remember Rin."

Inuyasha's mouth dropped open. "That can't be Rin she is a human and that girl is no human."

"This Sesshoumaru doesn't lie. Beside are you forgetting brother that Kagome was once human and is now a inu-youkai." He saw Rin lean down and whisper something in Kagome's ear and he saw Kagome nod her head yes.

"Otou-san can you please put Rin down." She waited for Sesshoumaru to put her down then she looked warily up to Kagome. She saw her nod her head then Rin walked over to Inuyasha. "Uncle Inuyasha Rin's name is Rin. It is very nice to meet you."

Sesshoumaru couldn't believe that Rin walked up to Inuyasha and called him uncle. Usually she was very shy and didn't approach people. He held back his laugh when he saw Inuyasha's face. Apparently he had never expected to be called uncle. The look on his brothers life was priceless. "Not use to being called uncle brother. Better get use to it you have almost six months before the others arrive."

Inuyasha smiled at the girl then heard what Sesshoumaru said then glanced quickly to Kagome. Her face was very red. So now I know what she has been up to. He bent down and picked up Rin. "It is nice to meet you Rin. You realize it will be up to you to get me use to being an uncle. Think you can handle it?"

Rin nodded "But uncle Inuyasha Rin will have much help. Her brother will help."

"But Rin he won't be born for a few months then it will take a few months after that for him to talk and it may be a her." Inuyasha smiled at the confused look on the girls face.

"But uncle I was talking about my brother Shippou. Okaa-san said he was my brother now." Rin patted Inuyasha's head "That's ok uncle for Rin is not use to having family now all at once Rin has a mother and father, a brother, a aunt Sango, two uncles, Inuyasha and Miroku. Rin will help her uncle Inuyasha get use to all his family if he will help Rin. Where is Rin's brother Shippou?"

"That's a good idea. I help you then you can help me." Inuyasha couldn't believe all that has happened in such a short time. A few years ago he was stuck to a tree then he was released and had met some good friends now it seems the one who released him had given him his family back with quiet a few new members. He set Rin down. "Shippou is in Kaede's hut do you remember the way?" He saw her nod then run for the hut. Then he looked at the Sesshoumaru and Kagome. "By the way we have visitors. They arrived yesterday. One of the was beat up pretty badly but Kaede treated her as well as she could. They were asking for you Kagome."

Kagome frowned at him. "Who are they and why would they ask for me?"

"Kagura and Kanna. Apparently she is no longer under Naraku's control and he didn't take kindly to the fact that she was taking Kanna with her. He roughed her up pretty badly. They are at Kaede's waiting for you. Kanna won't leave Kagura's side." Inuyasha followed Kagome to Kaede's hut and waited outside with Sesshoumaru for her. "Aren't you worried that Kagura will come to and hurt her?"

"I have no fear for her safety. She more than able to protect herself against the wind sorceress." Sesshoumaru went and leaned against a tree and stared at the hut.

Kagome ran into the hut to find Rin, Shippou and Kanna starring at each other. She rounded the children up and walked out the door with them. "Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha you are on baby sitting duty. Miroku I need your assistance inside and Sango if you don't mind I need you to find me some herbs. Come inside and I will show you the ones I need." She turned around and entered the hut again.

Sesshoumaru couldn't believe that she expected him to watch all three children let alone do it with his brother. Then he saw Kanna didn't have her mirror with her. "Kanna where is your mirror?"

"Kagome told me that I didn't need it to play with them so she took it and she said I could have it back later." Kanna looked at the ground. She didn't know how to react to the lords questioning. When ever Naraku got mad at her he slapped her. So she didn't know what to expect from the other hanyou and demon lord.

Sesshoumaru turned and spotted Jaken trying to sneak away into the forest. "Jaken take the children to the field and let them play. You will be responsible for their safety."

"Your not leaving them to his mercies are you?" Inuyasha scowled at his brother. How could he let that imp watch over the children.

"Come little brother you will see." Sesshoumaru floated to the tree top by the field and waited for Inuyasha to join him. He watched Jaken being chased by Rin and Shippou and being pelted by flowers. Kanna just stood as if in shock. Like she didn't know what to do.

Inuyasha laughed when he saw the imp fall down and the children started burying him in flowers. How could they pick flowers that fast. Then he noticed Kanna standing to the side watching the other two. "I don't think she knows how to play."

"It would seem so." Sesshoumaru settled down on the tree so that he could be near just in case he was needed.

Inuyasha jumped down and walked over to Kanna. "Why aren't you playing with them Kanna."

Kanna turned her head and looked up at the hanyou beside her. "I don't want to ruin their fun. I don't know how to play. Naraku would never let me." She turned back and watched the other two children having fun.

Inuyasha walked up to Shippou and gathered Rin and whispered to them. "Kanna don't know how to play. The hanyou she was with wouldn't let her. So I am leaving it to you two to teach her how to have fun and loosen up a little. Think your up to it?"

Shippou and Rin nodded at him and then ran to Kanna's side and each one grabbed one of her hands. Shippou explained the rules of tag and took off after the girls. Rin was much faster now that she was a youkai and Kanna was already one now he had some competition. He chased the girls and tagged Rin when she tripped over her tail. Inuyasha jumped up in the tree beside his brother and watched the fun.

Kagome used the herbs that Sango retrieved to make a paste to put over Kagura's injuries and her most serious ones she used her miko abilities to heal. She was worried when Kagura still hadn't woke up. She had Sango help hold Kagura up so that she could bandage her ribs and the wounds on her back. After they were done they settled her down and Kagome boiled some tea that would help the sorceress sleep and keep her pain at bay. After the tea was done she crumbled some different herbs in it. After the herbs dissolved she pulled Kagura up against her so that she was almost sitting and held the cup to her mouth.

Kagura opened her mouth and swallowed the bitter tea. After the tea was done she felt Kagome help her back down to the mat. "Thank you Kagome. Where is Kanna?" She looked around and didn't see her sister any where.

"Kanna is fine. She is with my pups. No one will harm her here so you worry about getting yourself better. I will watch Kanna until you are able too." She heard Kagura breath a sigh of relief and then watched her drift off to sleep. She looked to Kaede and Sango "She should be much better by tomorrow."

Kaede turned to the two girls. "I will watch over Kagura for you. Why don't you two go to the hot springs since the men are watching the children. It might be your last chance to get away by yourselves for awhile."

The girls looked at each other and took off running out the door. Kagome grabbed her bag as she ran out so that she would have her shampoo and stuff.

They reached the hot springs and got undressed and waded into the hot springs and just sat there relaxing. Sango looked over at Kagome and saw the mark on her neck. "So did it hurt?"

"Did what hurt?" Kagome looked at Sango what was she talking about.

"When he marked you did it hurt?" Sango looked at Kagome and saw her face heating up again.

"To tell you the truth when he did it I couldn't care less if it had hurt. Lets just say I was other wise occupied. And now all he has to do is touch it and I am ready to do any thing he ask. I don't remember you telling me about that side effect nor did you warn me what happens when a female goes into heat. I don't know how I survived that night. I was so sore I could barely walk the next day." Kagome could see Sango's face matching hers in redness.

"Just because I am a demon huntress doesn't mean I know everything but now that my sister is a demon she can fill in any voids that I have. If she can stop blushing long enough to get the words out." Sango laughed when Kagome's face got even redder.

Kagome saw Sango holding in her laughter. Well two can play this game. "Tell me Sango since Miroku is a holy man how was his performance?"

"I don't know what your talking about Kagome." Sango ducked her head under the water to wet her hair and to hide her face from Kagome.

"You know Sango now that I am a demon I can smell him all over you. And the only way for that to happen to this extent is for you two have made love. You can't keep it a secret now." Now it was Kagome's turn to laugh.

"Lets just say it was an experience I wouldn't mind repeating. Although how a monk knows how to do the stuff he does to me makes me wonder what they are teaching monks now a days." Sango was so glad that no one was around to hear their conversation.

"That good huh?" Kagome felt Sango pause for a second and knew she would regret saying that.

"I was informed that Inu-youkai's prefer a certain position. Is that true?" Sango laughed when Kagome stuck her head under the water this time.

"From my experience I would say yes but by no means is that the only position that they use. I think in the last couple of days I have tried every way there is to do it. And them some new ones. I swear Sesshoumaru held his passionate side in for so long that I am making up for it. I won't be able to walk straight for a week after last nights punishment." Kagome held her hand up to her mouth she didn't mean to say that much.

Sango set up straight and stared at Kagome. "Punishment, He better not have hurt you."

"Calm down Sango. Sesshoumaru got mad at me when I punched him in the stomach and lets just say if I wasn't so sore I would consider doing it again to have the night I had. It was definitely worth it. But don't tell him I said so. Besides Sesshoumaru would never do anything to harm his playground." Kagome stood up and walked to her bag and took out towels for her and Sango.

Sango looked to her stomach and saw a small roundness that wasn't there before. "Sesshoumaru wasn't lying when he said you were with pups. I thought he just said that to get to Inuyasha."

Kagome held her hand on her stomach. She looked up at Sango and smiled. "No he wasn't lying. Who would have expected me to get pregnant that first night although my being in heat might have had something to do with it happening so quickly. I can't wait till I have the pup and get to hold her or him."

"Just one pup. I thought that Inu-youkai's had a couple at least with each birth."
Sango walked up to her and placed her hand on Kagome's stomach.

"What do you mean a couple." Kagome looked back toward the village and where she knew Sesshoumaru was. Sesshoumaru you have some explaining to do. Then she leaned down and sniffed Sango. She raised her brows and sniffed again. "Uh Sango I think you need to talk to Kaede."

"I talk to Kaede all the time. What do I need to talk to her about?" Sango wrapped the towel around her head so that she could get dressed without getting her kimono wet.

"About the baby your carrying." Kagome said that and saw the surprise on Sango's face then took off running to Kaede's hut. She turned and saw that Sango wasn't far behind her. She ran to the hut and went inside. "Kaede, Sango would like you to examine her."

Kaede looked up as the girls rushed into the hut and looked at Sango. She appeared to be fine. "What ails ye child that I would have to examine ye?"

Sango walked up to Kaede then looked back to Kagome. "Kagome said I was with child and I was wondering if you could tell if it was true."

Kaede looked to Kagome and saw her nod her head so she had Sango lay down on the mat across from Kagura and placed her hand over Sango's stomach.
