Chapter 4 Waking up.

RECAP:

Kagome and Inuyasha both fell into a dreamless sleep.

NOW:

Inuyasha was the first to awake. Kagome was laying sound asleep on Inuyasha's chest. It was 6:50 in the morning, they would have school in a couple of hours, but Inuyasha didn't want to wake her.

With memories of last night, Inuyasha wanted to get to know Kagome better, not to just get into her pants, he wanted to be her friend, he wanted to be her boyfriend. He wanted to love her.

Kagome's alarm clock went off causing Kagome to jump out of bed and run to the bathroom, forgetting Inuyasha was there, Inuyasha heard the shower turn on.

Kagome turned the hot and cold water to find the right temperature.

Inuyasha got out of bed and followed Kagome into the bathroom, by the time he got to the bathroom, Kagome was all ready naked and in the shower. Inuyasha quickly took off all his clothing and jumped into the shower with Kagome. Kagome didn't see or hear Inuyasha enter the shower with her as she was facing the other direction.

Inuyasha pulled Kagome to his chest making her scream and quickly turn around only to be faced with Inuyasha.

"What are you doing here?" Kagome asked Inuyasha.

All the memories of the previous night came flooding back to Kagome after she spoke those words. Kagome blushed.

"Taking a shower, what does it look like?" Inuyasha whispered in Kagome's ear.

Inuyasha pulled Kagome into a deep kiss. Kagome tried pushing Inuyasha away but found nothing but pleasure in the kiss and wwrapped her arms around Inuyasha's neck to deepen the kiss.

"Sango what are you doing here? Don't you know how to knock?" Kagome yelled from inside the shower.

"I'm really sorry Kagome, and remember you asked me to come and help you get ready for school, and you did ask for a ride." Sango yelled back.

"Sango can you please pass me a towel." Kagome asked the now mad Sango.

Sango walked back into the bathroom and grabbed two towels passing them to Kagome. Kagome wrapped the towel around her before getting out of the shower.

"Where's Miroku please tell me he's not here right now, I don't need him to know about this." Kagome asked Sango.

"No don't worry about Miroku he is already at school, I told him I would meet him there." Sango said.

Kagome walked out of the bathroom and went to her room to get changed for school while Sango was waiting outside of the bathroom for Inuyasha.

Inuyasha walked out of the bathroom fully clothed.

"Did you sleep with her last night?" Sango asked Inuyasha.

"It's none of your business, but for your information the answer is no." Inuyasha said.

Sango sighed in relief. "Did anything happen this morning before I came over?" Sango asked.

Kagome walked into the room to see Inuyasha and Sango talking. "What are you guys talking about?" Kagome asked. Both Inuyasha and Sango turned and looked at her.

"Nothing much, just how you really met Inuyasha just last night." Sango said.

"For your information, I've known Inuyasha for years. We just weren't that close and we really didn't talk to each other before." Kagome said.

"Well I can see you two are really close now." Sango said.

"I'm just asking that you two be careful, you guys are my two best friends, I don't want things to be different if you two breakup." Sango said.

"Don't worry we didn't do anything we would regret,” Kagome said.

"Well hurry up we're going to be late, I'll take you both to school. We can't be late on the second day of school." Sango said.

Kagome nodded to Sango and walked into the living room to get all her school stuff while Inuyasha helped her clean up the mess they made.

"Inuyasha do you need me to take you home so that you can get your school books." Sango asked Inuyasha.

"No thanks. I left my stuff in Miroku's car last night." Inuyasha said.

Inuyasha, Kagome and Sango all left Kagome's house and walked to Sango's car, the ride to school was really quiet.
