Chapter 3
Inutaisha sat on a tree branch while looking out over towards the village. She blushed softly as she thought back to the event earlier that day. She shouldn't have been harsh on Kagoru, but what they did was wrong. She had to stick to her morals. What if they had seen her naked? That was too much to bear. She definitely wanted to wait to find her right mate.
"Inutaisha. Come down." Kagoru called at her, interrupting her thoughts.
"No." Inutaisha answered as she watched the sun set.
"Don't make me have to say the words." Kagoru told her.
Inutaisha sighed heavily then jumped from the tree landing perfectly on her feet. "There. Happy?" She asked sarcastically.
"No. We need to talk." Kagoru said as he sat at the base of the tree.
"About what?" Inutaisha asked in a sarcastic tone.
"About today." Kagoru replied.
"There is nothing to talk about." Inutaisha said as she looked the other way.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have looked. I shouldn't have been there. Forgive me." Kagoru apologized.
"You want to know why I am angry? You always expect me to treat wolfie with respect. You always take her side and never listen to me when I think you need to. Then you expect me to act like she never treats me like a dog. Then you pull this crap and expect me to just let it go." Inutaisha explained then turned away from him.
"Kimi acts that way to get on your nerves. You know that." Kagoru said.
"You don't have to protect her." Inutaisha commented.
"Wait a minute. What about Kyoshi? You are always the one to protect him. Even though he is dead." Kagoru stated.
Inutaisha turned around and glared at Kagoru. "Yes, I do. I loved him at one point of my life before that bitch Naraka betrayed us. But as much as I love him, I love you even more. But you can't see that though because you are always protecting that wolf and allowing her to think that she is your mate."
"I'm sorry Inutaisha. I didn't know." Kagoru apologized.
Inutaisha sighed heavily then went over to Kagoru and kneeled beside him. "Lay down." She told him.
Kagoru did as he was told and waited in silence as Inutaisha straddled his hips. She then gently bent and brushed her lips against his. She repeated the action though more firmly. Kagoru reached up and began to stroke the tips of her ears.
Inutaisha let out a soft moan then said, "That feels good."
"If you would let me do it more often I could be proficient in pleasing you." Kagoru commented.
Inutaisha laughed. "What's the fun in that?"
Kagoru reached up and licked the tip of her ear. Inutaisha shivered slightly then smiled at him. "I have a lot to learn about you Inutaisha." Kagoru said to her.
"Like what?" Inutaisha questioned.
"Like whether you prefer your ears rubbed or licked." Kagoru told her.
"Kagoru, I believe you are becoming a hentai." Inutaisha said then laughed.
"As long as you like it." Kagoru commented then laughed as well.
"Alright, enough chatter. We need to get up and go to the village." Inutaisha said as she helped Kagoru up.
"Inutaisha. Did you mean what you said?" Kagoru asked her as they walked down.
"Yes. I always do." Inutaisha commented. Kagoru gently entwined his fingers with hers. He knew that she was being honest with him. After a long time of unshared feelings it was good to get it out.
