Paradise
A/N: Don't own any of the songs used in any of my stories...sorry the late update enjoy.
~~~Paradise~~~
*My name is Kagome and I’m ruler of the northern lands…I’m the princess… I seek to see my mother. Kagome thought taking a deep breath….and about to say this to Sesshomaru.*
She took a deep breathe….”Sesshomaru how much do you love me?” Kagome asked.
“I love you a lot my dear why do you ask?” Sesshomaru said.
“I have to tell you something….and I only beg for you not to get mad.” Kagome said.
“I will not…” Sesshomaru said.
“Promise?” Kagome asked.
He nodded….”I’m….I was sent here for you and us to mate so the eastern lands and you won’ get in a war….I’m the eastern princess…I thought I was but just recently I had a dream of my mother and I went and found her diary and she told me the guy I thought was my father really wasn’t…and I’m really the Northern Princess….” Kagome said. She closed her eyes.
Sesshomaru was shocked and got up….”I knew it you are mad at me.” Kagome said.
Sesshomaru shook his head…”No I’m not…so the legend is true that the Queen Of The Northern did have a child. Though I thought like a 10 yr old not a 21 yr old. Not some one to be claimed my mate.” Sesshomaru said smirking.
Kagome smiled and got up and hugged him…..
“Get some rest dear tomorrow we’re going to visit your mother.” Sesshomaru said as he left the room.
Kagome nodded and laid on her bed she put her covers up to her head.
~~~Kagome’s Dream~~~
‘Once upon a year gone by
she saw herself give in
every time she closed her eyes
she saw what could have been’
Kagome was outside in the rain crying…
“Let me go!” She heard her mother yell.
“Silence!” Her father yelled and she saw through the window her father slap her. Her mother fell to the floor.
“No!” Kagome yelled.
She began to cry more…she ran to her mother…”Mom!” Kagome said her father looked at her and Kagome yelled at him to stop but she received a slap from her father she began to cry.
“Leave her alone you ass hole she hasn’t done anything to you mighty fucked up ass.” Her mother yelled at him.
He father growled….he got his whip and whipped her mother…her mother held in the tears one of her mother’s servants came and controlled her father.
‘well nothing hurts and nothing bleeds
when covers tucked in tight
funny when the bottom drops
how she forgets to fight... to fight’
Her mother picked her up and they ran outside…her mother got a horse and they rode away from the castle.
Her mother who was not crying while controlling the horse…..
‘And it's one more day in paradise
one more day in paradise’
Kagome felt the rain drop on her skin and clothes…..
The rain blended with her mother’s tears…
The rain blended in with Kagome’s pain…
The rain was like a lullaby for Kagome…
‘As darkness quickly steals the light
that shined within her eyes
she slowly swallows all her fear
and soothes her mind with lies’
She just told herself her father was drunk that’s all….she touched her right cheek where her father slapped her…Oh god help me he wasn’t drunk he knew perfectly what he was doing…
‘well all she wants and all she needs
are reasons to survive
a day in which the sun will take
her artificial light... her light’
Her mother looked at her child she began to cry a bit more…”Kagome are you okay?” Her mother asked.
She nodded she was lying she was alone her mother felt the same way she knew it she fell as she had fallen to the gates of hell…where the devil was her father and escaping only lasted a while…

one last chance to feel alright... alright’
She was only 12 she knew that her mother wouldn’t take this treatment any more…she was afraid her father might take her away from her mother. She was afraid she had fear. She needed a savior…one day she would find a perfect man that doesn’t treat her like her father does to her mother….again more lies she thought….
Her mom and her were gone from the castle half a year…Kagome only wore black….her hair a raven black her dress always black her bonnet black her hair loosed…
One day her mom went to the Western Lands…she remembered clearly now her mother mentioned the Northern and the Western King and her shacked hands…
Kagome sighed she saw a older boy she was now 13…the boy looked 2 years older then her…she could tell he was looking at her everyone does when she sees her black clothes eye liner…mostly everything she could care less…the boy walked up to her and sat next to her…
He said hi and she just sighed…her mom and the king went inside the castle….
‘Don't pretend to hold it in just let it out
don't pretend to hold it in just push it out

She began to cry…the boy looked at her…she cried harder…the boy hugged her close to him and she just cried and it then started to rain…this boy was named Sesshomaru…Kagome hugged him she felt horrible…she was lost…broken…and weak.
The king looked at them as well as the Northern queen…”When she comes of age I would like for your daughter to mate my son…” The king said.
Her mother nodded as she saw the prince console her and the princess hug him…Kagome didn’t think her mate will be this boy the became a man…as her a girl to a woman…

one last chance to feel alright... alright’
She was now soaking wet as well as the prince the rain began to fall harder….Kagome couldn’t take it…”The rain blends in with my mother’s tears…the rain blends in with my pain…the rain is my friend and it never goes away.” Kagome whispered into the ear of the prince.
The prince now understood she was in pain she felt alone and weak…
Kagome left the prince’s embrance and looked at him she moved his bangs that covered his face and she saw a crescent moon on his forehead she touched it…he felt in heaven when she touched it he saw Kagome crying and then what looked like her father slapping her mother…
She saw Kagome scream and ran up to her mother and yelled at her father to stop but she then got slapped across the face…she cried Sesshomaru pulled back…he had discovered why she wears black… she was different…
“I’m sorry…” Kagome said as she got up and walked up to her mother…
That was the last time she thought she would see him…as well as Sesshomaru…Kagome got on her horse as well as her mother Kagome rode on her own horse…she rode by her mother she looked at Sesshomaru and smiled and left with her mom…

Kagome was crying she walked to Sesshomaru’s chamber…he was sleeping she went with him on the bed…she hugged him as her tears went down…Sesshomaru had the same dream that she did when they first met…
Now he remembered why she looked so damn familiar….he turned to face her she was crying…he whipped her tears and she looked up and him…
”The rain blends with my mother’s tears…the rain blends in with my pain….the rain is my friends and it never goes away.”
Kagome whispered and began to cry and gasped….Sesshomaru hugged her…and he whispered back into her ear…”The rain is my lover’s pain….the rain blends with her soul…the rain brought us together.” He said…
When Kagome clamed down and her shower of rain disappeared they fell asleep together…
