Chapter 4

Mate?

Kagome pulled the towel over her bare form and stared at him.

“How can you do this?!” Sango shouted at Inuyasha.

Miroku said simply “You couldn’t control yourself, huh? But that you would try this against her will…?”

Inuyasha´s eyes widened and he looked at Kagome´s blank face. He really lost control, he really didn’t ask if she wanted this. His stomach turned. He wasn’t worth to touch her and she would never like him to!
He made his way outside the hut and leaved them there. Sango helped Kagome to stand and asked her “Gods Kagome did he something to you?” But Kagome only looked at the door. “Maybe we should talk to Kaede this behaviour of Inuyasha is dangerous especially for you Kagome.” Kagome got away from Sango and ran after Inuyasha. He had already reached the beginning of the forest. “Inuyasha!!!” she shouted as loud as she could and felt to the ground. She sobbed into her hands. He would never come back. That was her fault!
Strong arms pulled her up to her feet and she looked up. Inuyasha looked concerned into her sobbing face. She threw herself into his arms “Please don’t go! Don’t leave me alone…” Some villagers looked at the hanyou and the beautiful nearly naked girl. “Kagome the people will think…!” She stopped him when her lips closed over his and he felt her warm body against his. She leaned back and still sobbing she said “I need and I love you, Inuyasha. Don’t leave me…please.” He took her face into his hands and kissed her temple, down her nose and her tears away. Then he took her into his arms.
The others arrived and glanced at Inuyasha. He looked angry and took of with Kagome. Kagome closed her eyes and nuzzled his chest. All other things weren’t important in that moment.
“…gome…Kagome…” someone tried to wake her up. She saw golden eyes stare into hers and embraced him. –“Inuyasha.” He pulled a bit away to face her. “We have to talk Kagome…” Her face saddened. “I love you, too Kagome.” he nearly whispered.
She smiled and held him closer. But he stopped her when he brushed his finger on her lip. “But we can’t be together.”

-“Because of Kikyou?” Kagome asked cold.

“No. Kikyou is dead and you know this. I love you so much more then I loved her Kagome but it’s too dangerous. Demons and humans will try to harm you. What if I can’t protect you? I could never stand it to lose you.” –“You have always protected me Inuyasha and I can protect myself too.” “You don’t seem to understand! Everyone will hate you and tell you what a freak you are and…”
She took his hand in hers. “I know that, but I will never leave you. I know you have suffered so much, but I want to be with you. I’m a lot tougher than I look!”

He smiled sadly for a moment “But if you would someday…if you wanted…if it should happen…I mean…” She cupped his cheek with her hand and looked him straight in the worried eyes. “What should happen?”
“If we would get…pups…you would be hated even more and…I’m talking such nonsense. I don’t even know if you would like to be my mate…” he said sadly.
She lifted his chin up and kissed him tenderly. “I would like to be your mate Inuyasha. And if I’ll ever get children they would be yours.”

His face grew all hot and red. “Good. But are you sure you can handle me?” he asked kissing her back. “I’ve done it before…” she kissed him back more passionate. While the kiss deepened Inuyasha lowered her to the ground. But suddenly Kagome shrieked a bit. He looked surprised at her. The ground of the cave they hid in was cold and wet so he placed his outer kimono on the floor. “Thank you” she said and let him settle down with her. The kiss they started grew more intense. The feeling of their lips wasn’t enough so Inuyasha slid his tongue over her lips and she immediately opened them for him. Her hands crossed behind his neck forced him only more into her. His tongue slipped into her wet hot mouth and stroked her own even more. A battle of lust began and turned over to send hot chills through their bodies. “Inuyasha…” Kagome broke up for much needed air. “May I…” a shy red shade crossed her face. “What do you want koibito?” he asked husky. “I want to feel your skin all over mine…please.” He smiled and started to disrobe. She placed her hands on his and looked him in the eyes. “Let me…koibito…” she smiled by the sound of the word. She pulled his inner kimono to his waist when her fingers slid inside over heated flesh. Kagome felt his rapid heartbeat and laid her head to his chest. Her ear and silky hair made him tingle and she heard it because of his increasing heartbeat. She looked up and kissed him again soft. “Make love to me Inuyasha…take me.” He was surprised by her words but would do as she wished. She slid her hands onto his hips and deeper to pull his trousers down, but Inuyasha took her hands and placed them on his chest and breathed hard before he got to his feet. A crimson blush on his face darkened when he let his trousers fall to his feet and stand in front of her completely nude. Kagome whirled around and looked away from him. She had seen him before but not this close. Inuyasha knelt down in front of her and turned her face to him. “If you want to stop…then tell me now, before I couldn’t stop myself.” –“Don’t get me wrong…but I haven’t done this before.” She said. “I don’t want to force you. I can wait if you want.” He said calm but wasn’t sure if he could act on his words. She smiled and kissed him again. “No. I want you to…” He needed nothing more to continue and pinned her under his aching body. He took the last barrier from her. The towel. Shy like she was covered herself with her hands. Inuyasha bowed his head, his eyes half closed and liked over her hands down her side to her hip over her thigh to her knee and her ankle. “I-Inuyasha?” his hands followed his tongue. “I’ll be as gentle as I can. I promise.” She felt her heart swell with love for him and leaned up and kissed him. “I love you so much, Inuyasha.” –“I know…” he smiled and kissed her temple.
