Only A Lover's Dream?

Standing at the castle gates, Kagome deliberated going in. `What am I doing?' She analyzed her thoughts. `Last night wasn't exactly magical, but I’m here. Why do I continue hurting myself?' Suddenly, Kagome heard a crash followed by loud indistinguishable words and a very familiar voice. "Inu...Yasha?"
Hearing Kagome's voice, the brothers momentarily looked to the door. Recovering quickly, Sesshomaru grinned is bis brother's dismay. "I told you she would come to me Inu Yasha." Not coming around as promptly, Inu Yasha was delivered a sharp blow to his sternum, sending him flying into the wall. "KAGOME!!!" Inu Yasha screamed out, attempting to catch his fleeting breath.
Sesshomaru was already across the room at the door, opening it to the waiting girl. With all her strength, Kagome slapped the taiyoukai, managing to knock him back a few feet, as she rushed to Inu Yasha's side. Leaning down to check on Inu Yasha, she turned back to a stunned Sesshomaru. "How dare you do this to him!!!" she screamed, indicating to the abused hanyou in her lap. Sesshomaru snapped out of his daze, looking genuinely hurt, as his emotionless body gave him away. `She still shuns me for the hanyou?' he winced, feeling a pang in his heart. `Even after he betrayed her trust?!?'
"Get out!!!" he roared at the pair. "Leave here, never return, or face the consequences!" Sesshomaru, now shattered, displayed all the pent up emotions he had so carefully suppressed for many centuries. Climbing from the floor, Kagome helped Inu Yasha stagger to the gates. Glancing over her shoulder as they went, Kagome could've almost sworn she saw Sesshomaru crying.
Once outside the castle walls they heard the unmistakable sound of a pained howl.
Kagome turned to face Inu Yasha. "Inu Yasha... I... I’m sooo sorry, please forgive me!!!" she pleaded. Looking away momentarily, Inu Yasha turned back to the girl. "Kagome..? How could you do this to me?" he whispered harshly in a hurt and bitter tone. "I could ask you the same thing," she spat, now reflecting his feelings. "What are you talking about? I didn't do anything like this," Inu Yasha sobbed. "I saw you!!! With... With HER!!!" Kagome screeched, tears pooling in her eyes. "I didn't do anything with that bitch. She tricked me. Think Kagome," he said, trying to catch his exasperated breath. "She told you something, ne Kagome? She told you to meet her there, didn't she?" he cried desperately. Reflecting back five days, "That doesn't matter!" Kagome snapped, returning to her almost forgotten anger. "You didn't have to kiss her! You were practically naked!!!" "I'm trying to tell you... I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!" Inu Yasha barked, his eyes gleaming with a red tint, now thoroughly enraged. "She came after me!!!"
Kagome stepped back, obvious fear spreading over her face. Realizing how he must look, Inu Yasha tried to calm down and comfort her. When he attempted to reach out to her, Kagome turned on her heel and ran for her life. "Stay away from me!!! Help!!! Somebody help me!!!" she screamed at the top of her lungs. Inu Yasha stood there momentarily as he kicked the ground, mentally berating himself. Then he took fliafteafter the terrified girl.

Returning numbly to his chambers, Sesshomaru ignored everything. "If you value your life Jaken," he sighed, not even looking at the anxious little toad servant, "you will leave me alone in my dejected state." Upon closing the doors, Sesshomaru shut out the world. Lying on the bed in his quarters, the taiyoukai reprimanded himself. `You do not like humans. Do not let this wench take your heart. You will NOT show emotion. Showing emotions bares weakness, and powerful youkai as yourself do not show emotion!!!' Knowing he fought a loosing battle with his heart, he let his eyes fall like led weights and released his hold on consciousness.
"I've been waiting for you, Sesshomaru," a soft voice called from the darkness. Straining his eyes to see through a fog like thickness, Sesshomaru saw a silhouette statue framed by the moonlight shining through the window. Turning from the window, the statue revealed her true form. She stood there, draped in a thin flowing silver gown, pouring off her delicate shoulders like wisps of passing clouds. She glowed angelically in the moonlight, as she reached out to her lover. "Kagome..?"
*As I watch you move, across the moonlit room
There's so much tenderness in your loving*
"This can't be real..." Sesshomaru gasped, afraid to speak. "I assure you, this is very real," she murmured, floating across the floor. Reaching out, Kagome stroked the stunned taiyoukai's face. "Do I not feel real?" she whispered, drawing closer to him. Embracing the velvety flesh of the woman before him, Sesshomaru took in her beauty. "I thought you went with my bastard brother?" he half growled as he looked at Kagome in disbelief. Slowly reaching up, Kagome pulled his face down to place a light kiss on his lips, leaving him thirsting for more. "We should speak not of such issues. I am here now. That is all that matters, ne? Let us, instead, enjoy each other's company. You do want me, don’t you Sesshomaru?" she breathed in his ear, sending shivers down his spine. "H...hai..." he managed to stammer out, as his legs betrayed his need to stand. Falling back on the bed, Sesshomaru looked upon the ethereal figure placing her body above his.

Slowly removing his robes, Kagome splayed her hands over his taught chest. Sesshomaru fell back into his pillows, as he soaked in the pleasures of the experience. "I am so sorry for our first time, I should have been more gent-" Kagome cut him off, placing a finger on his lips as she crawled on top of the taiyoukai. "Do not worry about that. As you told Inu Yasha, I came to you. I knew the consequences." While she soothed his conscience, she continued, "I also must say, I did enjoy myself. Even if it was a bit rougher than I had hoped my first time would have been."
Getting worked up again, Sesshomaru was silenced by another flustering kiss. "Please do not worry yourself over me. You are the high and mighty Sesshomaru, and after all I am merely a mortal." Now it was Kagome's turn to be silenced. "Do not speak such nonsense," he said, stroking her silken locks. Slowly sliding the straps off her shoulders, Kagome raised her arms as Sesshomaru pulled the negligee over her head caressing her body as he brought it back down behind her. "I am going to make this up to you," he breathed in her ear. "You will never be handled so roughver ver again so long as I have any say."

As he stroked her cheek, Sesshomaru breathed in her delicious scent of cherry blossoms and honeysuckle. The sight alone of her supple body was enough to drive a normal man mad, let alone a powerful youkai so in tune with all senses. With her naked essence e hie him, it took all of Sesshomaru's might not to conquer Kagome like he had mere hours ago. Moving his hands to her hips, Sesshomaru slowly stroked the soft skin beneath his fingers. Continuing his hand's quest over her body, Sesshomaru drank in the milky sensation of her skin's texture and color. Sliding his hands underneath her posterior, Sesshomaru gently raised Kagome forward to untie his pants. Feathering her fingers through Sesshomaru's sumptuous mane, Kagome sighed as she fell back on the heat her presence had created.

Taking him in to the hilt, she slowly began working her muscles. Flexing and relaxing, she bothered the taiyoukai until he looked like he was on the verge of tears. Grabbing her by the hips, Sesshomaru began shifting her body to his own accord. Kagome leaned down massaging his body with her bountiful breasts as she bounced in time with his ministrations. Growing rigid from the amounting sensns, ns, Kagome rolled over so that Sesshomaru had a better influencethe the situation. Waking in a cold sweat, Sesshomaru looked around frantically. Kagome was nowhere to be found.
