Chapter 3



Kagome screamed at Koga to put her down. “How dare you interrupt my wedding day, I



will never forgive you for that.” “Kagome please you don’t mean that I love you and



you belong to me.” “Never” Kagome yelled, “there is only one man for me and that’s



Inuyasha. I will never love you; you hear that Koga never”, Kagome shouted through



clenched teeth. “You’ll change your mind soon Kagome, you will remain here with me



forever.” Kagome looked him in the eyes and told him, “he will come for me and this



time it will be my pleasure to see him kill you.” Kagome closed her eyes and called out to



Inuyasha, “hurry my love. Please hurry.”



Back at the tree Inuyasha was pacing back and forth. He was filled with so much hate and



so much rage, suddenly warmth and love overtook him. It was Kagome; she was calling



out to him. “I’m coming Kagome, I’m coming.”



Inuyasha began pacing back and forth again, and asking himself why Kikyo would do



this to him. I thought we had settled this years ago. Kaede walked over to Inuyasha to



give her apologies. “I am so sorry Inuyasha for what my sister has done to you this day.



I to am confused about Kikyo’s behavior, please find Kagome we all need her back.”



Kaede gave Inuyasha a small hug and walked over to Kagome’s family. Sango was



holding Kagome’s mother, she was still shaken by the whole incident. “Who was that



man, and why did he take my Kagome? Please Inuyasha you have to bring her back”,



“don’t worry about that nothing will stop me from getting her back, nothing and no one.”



“No you won’t Inuyasha”, everyone turned around to see Kikyo step out from the bushes



once again. “I will kill her and there’s nothing you can do to stop me”. “Why have you



done this Kikyo?” “We settled things between us years ago. You said you where happy



for me, and that you will move on with your life. What has changed?” Kikyo stepped



closer to Inuyasha. “I hate the fact that another woman could make you love again.



You sacrificed so much for her and I never got the chance to have that with you.”



Kagome’s mother got up, “that’s not my daughters fault she screamed. Kagome never



asked to be here. Kagome never asked to be your reincarnated self, she didn’t ask for



any of it. Kagome knew later on that this was her destiny and she accepted it.



Kagome learned a lot being here and she learned to love. She loved her family more,



her friends and most of all Inuyasha. You can not take that from her because of your



stupid jealousy. Now give me back my daughter” she shouted. “Shut up!” Kikyo yelled,



“she took him away from me. We could have loved again but she destroyed that.”



“Your wrong Kikyo, Naraku destroyed what we could have had. So many lives he has



destroyed, so much that has changed. I have changed Kikyo, I love Kagome now and



I’ll never love another.” “You’ll love me again once she’s gone. I will find where Koga



took her and I will take from her what she took from me, my life and your love.” “I



promise you Kikyo I will never love you I will despise you if you harm Kagome.”



Kikyo’s wandering souls gathered around her and took her away. Inuyasha couldn’t



understand how she could be so bitter. He didn’t care anymore Koga and Kikyo took



Kagome away and he would stop at nothing to get her back, even if it meant killing



them both. Miroku, Sango, Shippo, Kirara let’s go get Kagome. They all nodded and



headed towards the woods. “Find her Inuyasha please” cried Kagome’s mother. Inuyasha



gave her a soft smile, “I won’t return with out her”. Inuyasha turned and leapt into the air



in hunt for his beloved.
