Where Did You Come From

Here is the next chapter. I am still up for ideas on the pairings. So far it will be a Sessho/Sonya pairing. Please read and review.

Sonya walked until her feet hurt. The moon was full so there was enough light to see her surroundings. "Damn, I knew I should of worn my sneakers. I'm going to have blisters the size of boobs. Ouch!!" All that could be seen was trees and more trees. In the distance she could hear an owl hoot. 'Why me? What did I do to deserve this? I'd kill for a hot shower right about now. Wait what was that noise?' She stood up. "Is someone there?"

Kagome stopped her bike, "Its up right through those bushes."

"Are you sure Kagome?" Miroku climbed off Kirara. "You two stay here. I'll go check it out."

"Are you sure?" Sango walked up to Kagome. "If you're not back in a few minutes we'll come after."

"Agreed." He walked through the bushes. He didn't sense a demon near. Which probably meant Kohaku. He hoped that wasnt the case. He cleared most of the brush when he heard a female voice call out.

" Is someone there?"

'A female?' He stepped into the small clearing. He had been prepared to be greeted by a demon or Kohaku. But what stood before him wasn't a demon or like anyone he'd ever laid eyes on before.
"Oh my." The female before him stood tranfixed. Whatever it was, it was definitely female.

Sonya watched a guy come out of the woods. He was cute. 'Ok cute is an understatement. Wow, just my luck I get rescued by a total babe. Is it just my imagination or does he have a staring problem?'
" Excuse much rude or anything?"

"I beg your pardon," he blushed.

"Yeah you should." Sonya walked up to the strange but good looking man. "So hun, can you tell me where the nearest Holiday Inn is?"

"Huh, Im not sure what you mean. What's a Holiday Inn?" he looked dumbfounded. "If you are in need of assistance I will gladly assist you."

"Look all I need right now is a cab. I'm sure I'm going to get reemed from getting lost. And I just know Mrs. Smalls is going to give me an hour long lecture. So could you be a doll and give me a lift in your car?"

"I'm not sure of what you speak of but if you are in need of transport I'm sure the others wouldnt mind taking you were you need to go." Miroku reached up to touch her hair. "I have never seen such coloring."

"Step off," she slapped his hand away. "Look pal, I'm not sure what freak show you crawled out from but you are seriously weirding me out. So cut the little act and just point me to the nearest highway. I'll just catch a ride from someone else ok."

"Please, don't leave I'm sorry to have offended you. I have never seen a creature such as yourself.
You can't possibly be human."

"What!!! Of course I'm human. What the hell do you think I am a fairie?" she slapped her hand across her forehead. "The one person I had to run into just had to be a complete idiot." Her hands flew up in a rage. "Fine look thanks for nothing. I'll just try to find a phone. There has to be one somewhere around here."

'She is a strange one. Cute in a strange way. Definitely has a nice body. The niciest I've seen to be honest.' "Look, I'm not sure of what you speak but my friend may be able to help you."

"Really, ok where is he?"

"Stay put and I will return." He left her standing there. He made his way back to the girls. "Ah, Kagome, I believe I need your help."

"What wrong Miroku? Did you find the shard?"

"Not exactyly, but I did find something very interesting. Maybe you should come with me and tell me what you think." They followed Miroku back to the clearing. "I found someone but she is making no sense. I think you may be able to understand whats she speaks of. And before we get here I must inform you her appearance is unlike anything I have ever seen."

"Her?" Sango raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, she is wearing strange clothing and speaks with a weird accent. I dont think she is from around here. Kagome speak with her and see what you think." He pushed the bushes aside to allow them entrance into the clearing where the girl stood.

"Ah the putz has returned," Sonya turned to see that he had indeed returned with someone. Not only one but two girls. "Hello."

"Wow, shes weird looking." Shippo jumped on Kagome's shoulder. "She has strange clothes just like you Kagome."

"Listen freak, who are you calling weird? I'm not the one dressed for Halloween." This was getting her nowhere fast. "I thought you said you knew someone who could help me. So far it looks like you brought back a kid thats having a bad hair day, a school girl who likes playing indian and an uber dyke." She stomped her foot.

"Wow, you're an american." Kagome stared at the blonde. "How did you get here?"

"Probably the same way you did, I walked."

"Look we obviously got off on the wrong foot. So lets start again. My name is Kagome, this is Shippo, thats Sango, and I believe you have already met Miroku." she smiled trying to gain the girls trust. "I'm not sure how you got here but I can probably clear a few things up for you. Why dont you come back to our camp with us and well figure out whats going on?"

"Ok," she had no choice but to follow. "But the first time one of you start acting weird I am so out of here."



Thanks for reading. I will try to make the chaps as long as I can. And I'd like to point out that I keep up with the manga pretty much. And last I read its to the point where all the jewel fragmants are in the hands of three groups and Naraku is once again after Kikyo for those who are confused.
