“I extend this invitation to you both and your children also. I know neither of you have family and I kind of always thought of the four of us as family including Shippo and Kirara of course.”

Kagome smiled.

Kagome smiled as tears came to her eyes.

“I will do it Inuyasha. So we can be a family forever.”

Sango sighed.

Sesshoumaru sat back and thought about it for a moment.

“Rin doesn’t wish to be a hanyou since she will be sent to a demon Lord she does not know to mate with and demons are not necessarily gentle when it comes to mates. She has informed me that she wishes to remain mortal and I will honor her wish.’
“I find that the young Lord Takeda is without a mate and he will do for Rin. It would be best for her to be with a Lord who will care for her. This Lord seems trustworthy and honorable. I will be meeting with him in the next few days so that we can set up courting rituals that will be approved if he wishes to share an alliance with me.’
“As far as Kohaku, you must ask him yourself slayer. This invitation however is mainly meant for you, your current children, and the monk.”

Sango nodded. She hated the idea of living longer than her little brother, but it was his choice.

“Kagome you have made a wise decision.”

Sesshoumaru leaned down and placed a soft kiss on Kagome’s lips. It shocked her at first and then she kissed him back with fever.
