He stood looking out of his bedroom window. His thoughts were a jumbled mess, a state that he didn't like his thoughts to be in.
'That human girl...why? And why have the last words that my father uttered to me come back to haunt me?' he thought. 'But, if my memory serves me, my father first met his human mate when she was a little girl...no,' he stopped his thoughts right there. He didn't want to even think that he was about to go down the same damn route that his father went down. He relaxed until Jaken exploded into the room.
"Lord Sesshomaru!"
"Jaken," he growled, "this better be important."
"It-it-it-Rin! Kagura, that wind bitch of Naraku's kidnapped her!"
Sesshomaru stood there, his emotions raging. His eyes closed for a moment and then opened back up to show red. his demonic aura was barely under control.
"You failed?" he growled and Jaken gulped realizing that Sesshomaru was going to kill him. Quickly realizing that killing Jaken would be a waste of time, he stormed passed the capa and out to find Rin.

Kohaku held the side of his head. His master was giving him orders to kill Rin, but He didn't want to obey.
'Kill Rin Kohaku, kill her!' Naraku's voice rang in his head. The demon slayer raised his weapon, but a blast of youki stopped him and Sesshomaru appeared with sword in hand.
"Lord Sesshomaru!" Rin cried happily.
'Kill Sesshomaru, kill him now!' Naraku demanded. Kohaku swung his weapon and Sesshomaru blocked the sickle with Tenseiga.
"You have one chance to withdraw, boy. If you continue to fight me I will have no choice but to kill you," Sesshomaru snarled.
'Kill him now!' Naraku barked.
"Sesshomaru, stop!" another voice barked. the dog demon turned to see his brother and his pack.
"Stay out of this halfling, this has nothing to do with you." Sesshomaru growled.
"That's my brother!" Sango shouted.
"If you can stop me slayer, then you may save your brother's life. He was holding Rin against her will. His life is now forfit," Sesshomaru countered. As this was going on, Kohaku had slipped away and headed for where his master was.
"I hate to stop this discussion, but Kohaku is gone." Miroku informed. Sesshomaru quickly scooped Rin up onto his back and launched himself into the air.
"Damn, what's that bastard doing?!" Inuyasha asked.
"He's heading for Naraku's demonic aura." Miroku reported.

"We meet again, Sesshomaru," Naraku said to the dog demon.
"You made a big mistake in challenging me, spider demon," Sesshomaru said while glaring at his new enemy.
"Please, did you actually think that I would let you live once I had the jewel? You are the only other demon that I can say is my equal."
"Your equal!" Sesshomaru railed, "I have no equal!"
"Hmmmm, it will be interesting to see what will happen when I absorb you." Naraku commented.
"Dragon strike!" Sesshomaru let out and the battle began. Before the fight could get too intense though, a 'wind scar' stopped the two.
"I don't know why you are getting in my business, but I want you to stay out of my fight with that bastard!" Inuyasha shouted at his brother.
"This is no longer exclusively your fight," Sesshomaru reminded his brother.
"Shut up! You don't know what he's done!" Inuyasha shouted.
"I hate to break up this little family tiff..." Naraku began.
"Shut up!"
"Be silent!"
the brothers said in unison and attacked together, the wind scar and dragon strike breaking Naraku into pieces.
"Damn you dog demons, you haven't seen the last of me," the spider demon said and blasted into the air. Sesshomaru rose into the air and noted the direction.
'Mt. Hakurei ...hide for now spider, this isn't over,' Sesshomaru vowed with Rin still holding on to his back.
