Chapter 3




Kagome lay in her bed, staring up at the ceiling, tomorrow was the first day of classes and Kagome was thinking about skipping. She really didn't want to go, unless she had every class with Inuyasha. 'What! Why am I thinking about that jerk.' she said as she turned over onto her side. "Fuck...I can't get to sleep." she mumbled. Thoughts of Inuyasha began to run through her head again. 'Why can't I stop thinking about him. It's obvious the only thing we have in common is motorcycles, drinking, and smoking and the fact that he's drop dead gorgeous doesn't help either. Drop dead gogeous, Kagome? I really MUST be wearing my helmet too tight.' she thought as she closed her eyes trying to fall asleep, but for some reason her mind was running on overdrive. Kagome threw back her covers and went into her drawer she pulled out her stash, this was her philosphy: Whenever bored, anxious or not sleepy, smoke weed. Kagome chuckled as she raised her blinds and opened the window, the moon flooding her window. She sighed as the fresh air rolled in soothing her. She never really noticed how beautiful it was here.
She rolled a blunt, and leaning against the window seal she looked out across the island like setting. It really was beautiful. Just like Kouga used to tell her..."What the fuck? Why am I thinking about that motherfucker." she said softly to herself, angry with herself. This really was the first time she actually thought about what happened, and now that she had she realized how much it hurt her. How she was taking her pain out on Kikyo, and that made her smile. She whooped that bitch's ass GOOD. A few lone tears rolled down her face, and soon she was half choking and sobbing, She heard her door opened and Inuyasha stood in her doorway. The way he dressed really wasn't helping her, he was wearing some plaid pajama pants and no shirt, showing off his well sculpted body. "What's wrong Kags?" he asked walking down and sitting next to her. "Why are you being so nice?" she asked supiciously, as she watched his eyes fall to the blunt in her hand. "Here." she said, handing it to him. "Thanks, so now tell me, what's wrong?" he said, exhaling the smoke in her face. She sighed, she didn't know if she should tell him, then she felt her gaze slipping from the the moon and onto Inuyasha's form.
You know, once she got past the arrogant,jerk,rude bastard part she really could see MAJOR boyfriend material, not that she thought like that but he was just so godddamn HOT. "Kagome?" Inuyasha said breaking her out of her daydream of Inuyasha's bod. "Huh?" she said, blushing slightly, snapping her eyes from his chest and up to his face. 'Wow, I really must have smoked alot...' she thought as her thoughts began to stray to how her's and Inuyasha's boies would work well together. "Are you gonna answer me?" he asked, handing the blunt back to her. She breathed deep before answering. "Um, at the party that night where we got busted...I caught my boyfriend...well me ex, fucking Kikyo, the biggest slut in the fucking school." she sighed and kind of whined. She felt like she wasn't good enough now, how could she lose her man to the school whore!
And soon Kagome found herself saying that. "Kagome, you're not worthless. It was Kouga's loss, fuck him! That's what I say, and if I ever catch his ass around here his ass is mine." he growled, he didn't like Kagome's tears, yet the cause of them was from a fucking pussy like Kouga. Kagome giggled, "Do you care that much about me?" she teased. "No! I just...um...pass me the fucking blunt." he snapped. Kagome laughed, smoke rising from her mouth. Inuyasha liked her laugh, it was like chimes, gentle and soothing to his ears. 'Snap out of it Inuyasha, the girl doesn't even like you.' he told himself as he sat beside Kagome.
Kagome giggled again. "What?" Inuyasha asked. "Nothing, you're just REALLY cute." she cooed, scooting closer to him. 'What the fuck am I doing!? But...I just can't stop myself...HA I know what the problem is, the weed!' she thought to herself as she sighed, and layed her head on Inuyasha's shoulder. Even though she didn't know him, this felt oddly right. She felt his arm wrap around her waist, pulling her into his lap. 'What is he...ahhh this feels nice.' she thought as she got comfortable. Her head laid on his chest and she felt her eyes beginning to close. "Kagome, I know you're not going to sleep?" he asked her. Shelooked up at him, then burst out laughing. "What!?" Inuyasha asked. "You..look funny." she laughed, breaking into more laughter. "Feh...the woman gets high and donesn't know how to act." he scoffed. She sat up in his lap. "I do to know how to act!" she said, crossing her arms. "Oh yeah?" he asked. "Yeah!" she said. "Watch," she said standing up her back turned to Inuyasha.
She turned around making a funny face, making Inuyasha burst into laughter. "Gets 'em everytime." she said. Inuyasha wiped tears from his eyes. "Do it one more time." she said. Kagome shook her head. "That's a once in a life time moment, except for Sango. Everytime we get high I practice on her, so this face only works on true potheads." she said, making both of them laugh. Then they heard two hard knocks on her wall. "Shut the fuck up!" came Sango's angry tone. "Someone needs a blunt!" Kagome yelled. She heard a door being flinged open and there stood Sango and Miroku. Inuyasha and Kagome looked at eachother, then burst into laughter. "I guess we all are potheads." Kagome said. The others agreed with her.


"Let's just skip tomorrow." Sango said, they all laid in a circle on their backs, the dubbed it, The Smoking Circle. "No, I want to see Kikyo's face." Inuyasha laughed, high fiving with Miroku. "Yeah, I forgot about that bitch." Kagome said, earning a laugh from the others. "AND I can kick Kouga's ass tomorrow." Inuyasha growled. Kagome shook her head. "Don't even waist your time on that cunt." she said. "He's gonna get his one day, trust me." she said. "How do you know that?" Miroku asked. Kagome sighed. "My dear friend Karma is gonna pay him a visit one day and fuck his world up!" she she cheered. The others were silent and then burst into laughter except Kagome."What?" she asked. "Nothing." they all said when they calmed down. Kagome looked at the clock. "Oh fuck! It's time to wake up!" she exclaimed taking the digital clock, shaking it to make sure it said the right time. "What is shaking it, gonna do?" Inuyasha pointed out. "I don't know, make time go backwards!" she exclaimed. Last time she checked it was 12:48, the possibly couldn't have stayed up for 5 hours smoking....ok yes they could, she'd done it before. "Well, I'm gonna go eat something first, I gotta get my high down a bit." Inuyasha said getting up. "No, you jusy got the munchies." Kagome said getting up and following him.


"Oh, HELL NO!" Kagome yelled at the front door. Their uniforms were just dropped off. "I am not wearing this, do you see how short this is!" she exclaimed. "Don't complain, I just can't wait to see Sango in hers." Miroku said dreamily, then was knoced in the head with frying pan by Sango. "Pervert!" she said, then placed it back on the stove to make eggs. Kagome sighed. 'I can't believe I'm going to have to wear this in front of Inuyasha.' she thought. She actually didn't mind wearing it, she'd actually like making Kikyo jealous by all the stares she'll get in it, but Inuyasha seeing her made her feel kinda naked. She sat the uniforms on the couch and went to sit at the table as the food was being made.
Once Kagome was done eating she slipped into the bathroom and took a shower and washed her hair. Once out she wrapped a towel around herself and combed out her hair. The sho opened the door, and bumped straigt into Inuyasha. Her towel slipped a bit but she caught it. "Sorry, about that." she said, a slight blush creeping up her cheeks. Inuyasha had a towel, and no shirt on with boxers. You could see the water droplets on her chest from Kagome. 'God! He is so fine!' she thought as Inuyasha cleared his throat. "Are you done staring?" he smirked. Kagome put on a fake smile. "Coming from Sir.Peeks-a-lot." she said, then walked past him, she could feel his eyes on her as she walked away. She walked into her door and closed it as she heard Inuyasha enter the bathroom and start the shower.'Focus on getting dress, not on a naked Inuyasha across the hall.' she thought as she walked over to her bag and got our her lotion and underwear. She looked at the school uniform that laid across her bed. It was diffrent than her school uniform. It had a short sleeved top that was kind of like a sailor's top bit it was white instead of blue, and had a gind of grayish green bordering on it with a small red bow in the middle. Then skirt was short and was a beige color with the same bordering on the bottom. AND black stockings that went up a little after the knee and black shoes. 'Man, I can't believe I have to stay here until I'm 19, I'm supposed to graduate this year!' she thought. Little did she know this school was diffrent.
Once she was done putting on putting on lotion she put on a black matching bra and underwear. Then began to brush her hair into a high neat ponytail. 'Might as well give the teachers the wrong impression first day.' she thought as she finished her her hair. Then she slipped on the skirt and walked over to the mirror. 'This is short!' she thought as she walked over and slipped on the stockings. She heard her door open and looked up to see Inuyasha. "What are you trying to do? See me naked two times in one hour!" she exclaimed reaching for her school shirt to cover her chest. Inuyasha snorted, "No, I was just coming in to tell you that we're going to go ahead down to breakfast, you're taking to long." he said then left the room. "Well as you could obviously see, all I have to do is put on my shirt and then I'm done." she said to him. "Ok." he said turning and walking out of the door. She slipped on the shirt and sat on the bed and slipped on her shoes.
She walked down the hall with Inuyasha and the others. "Man, I can't believe we stayed up all night long." Sango said. "I know, but strangely I'm not sleepy." Kagome said, more like nervous was a more accurate feeling. She always felt this way starting a new school year, or more school in this situation. Kagome sighed. "I wanna go home." she whined. "Join the club." Miroku said as they entered the cafeteria. They walked over and grabbed their trays then got in line. Once they got their breakfast they walked over to one side of the cafeteria and sat at an empty table. Soon many kids began to file in and soon the cafeteria was filled with kids and their loud voices. "Good, do they have to talk so loud." Sango moaned, she'd finished her food and was trying to get a few minutes of sleep in before class. "Yes, that is how idiots speak." Kagome said, motioning over to Kikyo, who was animatedly talking about how her and this dude fucked in his grandma's bedroom. "EWW!" Kagome said. Sango rolled her eyes. "That's just something a slut like Kikyo would do." Sango said. Miroku shivered as he looked away from Kikyo. "What's wrong?" Inuyasha asked him. "Nothing, I just had a feeling that she must have about 5 diffrent STDs." he said pushing his plate away from himself. "You ain't gonna eat that?" Kagome asked through a mouthful of biscuit. He shook his head and Kagome grabbed the plate.
"Oh look girls, it Kagome the pig!" came Kikyo's nosily voice. Kagome rolled her eyes as she swallowed. "If you don't leave me alone Kikyo, I'm going to dot your other eye." she said, earning laughs from Miroku, Sango, and Inuyasha. Kikyo laughed loudly. "That was a lucky shot you bitch. You're just mad cause I took your man." she said, tossing her hair. Kagomes tood up. "First of all Kikyo, he's not my man, never was my man and never WILL be my man. Second, I feel sorry for you, you're just a slut and that's all you'll ever be good at. And third, you're a milisecond away from getting you ass kicked again. So I suggest you get out of my face before I smash yours in." she said. The others stood and clapped, making the cafeteris full of kids who were watching laugh. Kikyo walked over and got right in Kagome's face. "This ain't over bitch, not by a long shot." she said her finger in Kagome's face. "Oh yeah?" Kagome said. "Yeah." she said. Kagome snatching Kikyo by her hair. "Bitch! Don't you ever put you finger in face again." she said making Kikyo whimper, then then let go and punched her so hard she flew all they way back from where she walked over from. Kagura, Yura, and Kanna picked her up from the ground. "Don't worry Kikyo, she's just a bitch." she heard Yura say. "And? I'm the bitch that whooped Kikyo, and will again if she comes near me!" she said as they walked away.
Kagome then sat down. "I feel better now." she chirped taking a sip from her chocolate milk. Inuyasha chuckled and shook his head. "What?" Kagome asked. "You are something else." he said making Kagoem laugh. "C'mon guys, it's almost time for class." Miroku said. They all stood and dumped their trays at the trash can then left the cafeteria headed for their first class.
