(With Kagome)





"Controlling, over-bearing bitch’’ Kagome snarled walking, among the almost deserted streets of downtown Tokyo, Japan. "Just because she’s a two-breed, doesn’t make her any stronger or better than me’’ Kagome continued, her small hands balled into fists at her sides, and her normally pretty face marred with a angry scowl.





‘’That’s not what Naraku thinks’’ a feminine voice countered. Kagome turned toward the voice, and her eyes narrowed with disgust at the woman. ‘’Kagura’’ Kagome spat, venom laced in her voice. A woman looking to be in her early twenties, with crimson colored eyes, and long black hair pulled in to a bun of some sort, sneered at the young girl. ‘’Naraku’s little bitch.’’







Kagome’s normal sapphire colored eyes flash amber for a second, before giving the woman, a hateful glare and snarling. ‘’I am no one’s bitch, you dirty whore.’’ Kagura’s own crimson colored eyes narrowed, fixing the young girl a look that threatened death, if she kept on with the insults. Kagome snorted, not at all fazed with the threatening look. ‘’So what the hell do you want’’ Kagome snapped. This time it was Kagura who snorted before throwing a black unmarked CD, at the girl. Kagome caught it, knowing exactly what the CD meant, and she rolled her eyes not really in the mood to do one of Naraku’s ‘’missions.’’





The other woman known as Kagura began to walk away, she stopped turning her head slightly, so that the other girl could see her profile, and yelled. ‘’Oh, and by the way Naraku says your both dead, if you fuck this up’’ and with that Kagura disappeared into the shadows.







Sapphire colored eyes glared at the shadows the other youkai woman disappeared in; Before turning back around, and heading towards the apartment she and her partner shared.





‘What the hell is he trying to get his filthy hands on now’ Kagome mentally thought, walking through the quiet apartment and into Sango’s room. ’Whatever the hell it is, it must be something big if he threatened to kill both of us.’ She shrugged, breaking off her thoughts, as she looked down at her partner splayed across black and silver sheets in only a towel. Her yes caught sight the other girl’s back, and a low almost inaudible sigh of relief escaped her lips seeing that Sango’s back, was almost completely healed except for maybe one or two of the lashings.







‘’Get up, we have our next assignment’’ Kagome stated icily, giving the mattress a hard kick. Sango groaned, from the sudden movement her mattress made, before cutting her eyes at the person responsible for the movement. ‘’I don’t give a damn, do it yourself ‘’ Sango said, her voice just as-if not icier, than Kagome’s. Kagome narrowed her own eyes, giving Sango a similar look. ’’I would, but the bastard threatened to kill his little pet (Sango), if we fucked this up’’ Kagome answered, just seconds later she had to jump to the other side of the room to avoid the long dagger-like icicles, Sango threw at her. Kagome jumped again, dodging another set of the deadly icicles, she smirked. ‘’Is that all you -’’ Kagome began, but was cut off by long silver-blue nails digging into her delicate throat. ‘’IF you EVER in your whole PATHETIC, MISERABLE little life call me that bastards pet again, you won’t live to see the next day’’ Sango threatened her voice, low and dangerous. Kagome eyes snapped up, looking into a pair of pure mercury colored ones, she would’ve swallowed if she could, but the hand around her throat was preventing that. Kagome tried to open her mouth, and stutter out a response to ease the other girls grip on her neck.







‘’Sango, I-’’ Kagome began again, but was cut off. ‘’Do you understand me, Kagome?’’ It was more of a demand than an answer, and normally Kagome would have pushed the other girl to see if she would actually carry out the threat, but this definitely wasn’t the time too. So Kagome just nodded, hoping this small answer would satisfy the two-bred demon girl. Slowly Sango’s hand slid away from Kagome’s throat, but not before snatching the black cd from her with the other hand, and walking over to the lap top on her desk.





Kagome slowly and hesitantly followed the girl, making sure not to provoke her in any way until the girl’s eyes returned to their normal teal color. The cd began to play, blacking out the whole computer screen.



(On the computer)





A giant eye with a lime green colored pupil, appeared asking both to verify there name, and blood.



‘’Tsuki’’ answered Sango placing her palm on the computer screen.



‘’Taiyou’’ answered Kagome, mimicking Sango’s movement, as she too put her palm on the computer screen. Neither of the two winced as the lime green eyed glowed, before telling them to remove their hands. Kagome shot a quick glance at her palm, noticing the wound where the screen had bit in. ‘This one’s deeper than last time’ she thought, before taking her attention away from her hand and on to the computer screen again.





This time the giant eye disappeared and now Naraku, was on the screen. ‘’I hope my little pets have been doing well since our last convene’’ Naraku all, but sneered at the two girls. As if he himself could see the reaction. He continued, ‘’Tsk, Tsk, such disrespectful children, I will have to punish you next time, but until then here’s your next assignment.’’ The screen once again changed, but this time it showed a picture of three swords. Each with a name written under them. -(Naraku’s voice is telling them about the swords, but he’s not on the screen)-.





‘’The one on the left, is known as the blade of earth, the one in the middle is known as the blade of heaven and the last one is known as the blade of hell.’’ The screen showing a close up of every sword, then he continued. ‘’Each of these, does as their names say. The one of earth is able to use a lightning like- type of technique, that can kill one hundred in a single stroke, and much more. The second sword, the one of heaven is able to resurrect a hundred beings with a single stroke, any other information will be revealed later. Lastly the sword of hell, being able to raise a 100 zombies from hell itself, leaving the person in control of said sword able to control the zombies, no other information on this sword as of yet. ‘’





‘’Two of the swords are here’’ A picture of a white mansion, that looked to have a very powerful barrier around it appeared on the screen. ‘’The sword of earth, and heaven reside here. Now as for the sword of hell.’’ The picture changes to a huge room with a big vault. ‘’It resides in a place called Reikai, also known as the spirit world’’ Then the screen changes to Naraku again. ‘’Now that you have a little information, I want to finish this quickly.’’ He stopped, pausing a bit for dramatically effect. His face showing nothing but, seriousness. ‘’If I do not have those swords in my possession by the next full moon, you die’’ He stated. ‘’And yes, even you my little two-breed pet you shall die beside that hanyou, but I promise to make your death a bit more-.’’ Naraku drifted off, letting both girls envision their deaths for themselves. ‘’Until then pets’’ and with that the whole computer screen blacked out again.





Sango and Kagome both exchanged looks with each other, Naraku had threatened them with death before, but the way he looked and sounded just then. Meant he was actually being serious, if either of them fucked it up, they were both dead.
