Side note about Plagerism
I just wanted to let all of my readers know that I did not steal this story from anyone else. This storyline belongs to Sherrilyn Kenyon. I didn't steal it from the story "Summoning Battosai" or any other fanfiction that sounds similar to my story. I recently found the book "Fantasy Lover" by Sherrilyn Kenyon and loved it. I figured that it would make an awesome Inuyasha story and since I hadn't read any that had used her book as a guideline I thought I would write a story for it. If any of you have a problem with that...then I am very sorry, but I didn't plagerize this story. I you don't believe me...then go and read the first chapter and prologue of "Fantasy Lover" and you will see that I am telling the truth. I DIDN'T PLAGERIZE THIS STORY!!
I absolutely hate plagerizers and I am deeply hurt that someone believes me to have taken a story from someone else. If there is something in this world that I can't stand, it would be liars...and I am not lying about where I got my story. Maybe the people who have similar stories got the idea from the book I read, maybe they came up with it all on their own...I don't know. What I do know is that I am using "Fantasy Lover" by Sherrilyn Kenyon as a guideline for my story.
So please don't tell me that you think I may have plagerized my story from someone else. I appreciate that people look out for others. I would hope that someone would do the same for me if one of my stories had been plagerized, but rest assured that this story was not stolen from a fellow fanfiction writer. As an author, I know how hard we work to write the stories that we post and I would never steal the hard work of someone else.
Thank you all for this minor side note and I hope you all continue to read this story. The next chapter will probably be out within the next two days. My family is moving so I don't have too much free time right now, but I will get it out within the next 2 days.
Ok, Ja Ne for now, and I hope that this note didn't come out with the effect that I was pissed. I'm not mad. I'm sad that I've been pseudo accused, but it's ok. I'm just glad that people actually care about that kind of thing. Thank you for letting me know that my story resembled someone else's. I might have to read that story as well.
