Miroku gets drunk
Inuyasha ducked into the rowdy crowd at the Rumors nightclub that he had followed his best friend into. He grimaced as the smell of sweat and alcohol attacked his sensitive nose. He made sure his hat was in place before he slid in between the twisting bodies.
Damn it Miroku, where the hell are you, Inuyasha wondered as he spun out of the groping hands of a girl in a tight skirt and swimsuit top. He didn’t have to look any farther because at the moment, Miroku chose to step onto one of the tables and start dancing with a beer bottle in one hand and a giggling girl in the other.
“Let the r-ain fall I dun caaaare!” Inuyasha winced at the off key voice of his best friend’s singing, “I’m yours and suddenly-ulp!” Miroku stumbled off of the table, “ suddenly you’re miiiiiiinne.” Miroku continued to sing from where he lay on 2 overturned chairs. The girl giggled and reached out to grab his hands and hoist him up on the table again. “And it’s brigh’er thaaan the sunshiiiiine” Miroku downed the rest of the bottle.
“One more!” He threw the bottle, promptly whacking Inuyasha on the head. The bartender handed him another bottle. Miroku took a swig of the beer than slung his arm around the skimpily clad girl that was freaking him.
The mellow song finished and changed to an upbeat rap song.
Inuyasha recognized the song and groaned. “To the windoooow!! To the waaalll!!! Till the sweat drops down my ba-“ Miroku was cut off when he was kicked in what he was about to sing about. He doubled over in pain and Inuyasha caught a ponytail of long brown hair before it whacked him in the face as Sango stalked away.
Miroku gave one last groan of pain before he tumbled off of the table, the pain of being kicked in the balls and the effect of drinking 8 bottles of beer apparently taking over. The last thing Miroku saw was gold eyes and voice telling him, “Damn she got you good.” Before he sank into darkness.

the first song miroku 'sang' was brighter than sunshine by aqualung and the next song was get low by lil john and the eastside boys
