Sorry guys this one is a little short.

After Taking a shower and putting on her favorite dress Kagome decided tea was in order. She rarely had tea for breatfast it was usualy coffee, but her dream last night had her into mood for a nice hot cup of tea. She thought over her dream as she sipped her tea, "Dreams like that should be outlawed. Wow! That was intense and all from that little kiss with so much tensiion around it you could cut it with a butter knife." She frown slipped onto her face *How can I ever face him again after a dream like that. Inuyasha would kill me if he knew.*

She had been staring into her tea cup for almost thirty minutes when she heard horn blowing outside. She knew it was him and decided that hiding in the house was not the answer. They had gotten to know each other pretty well since they met again at the office. She could handle this and she would not tell him anything unless he asked.

Sesshomaru was having a time driving and thinking about the dream he had of Kagome. He could mutitask but this was a whole other ball park. He had found the dream pleasing when he had gotten up to take a shower and replace his dirty sheets with clean ones. It wasn't until he had his morning tea that he felt somewhat disturbed by it.

Even though they had met and exchanged words in the past they didn't really know one another enough for him to be dreaming about her in such a manner. He decided that the kiss is what started the whole thing. It was obvious that there was an attraction. One would have to have no sense of smell not to get a good whiff of arousal that just flowed off of her last night.
This was going too fast for her and he would not allow her to do something she was not ready for becuase of him. He would control himself with more restraint and talk this over with her as soon as an approiate time arose. Finally he pulled up into Kagome's dirveway and all thoughts stopped as he took in her beauty.

Kagome locked the door and briskly walked toward a red SUV with gold trimming. *I should have known that his ride would be decked out. Sesshomaru was a lord and would have nothing less than the best.* He had gotten out of the car and walked around to open the door for her. She was a bit worried becuase she remembered from Inu yasha that dog demons could smell emotions as many other things. Kagome tried to clam herself down before Sesshomaru got back in.

Sesshomaru could smell it and it was strong she was worried about something and he could only wonder if it had to do with the kiss from last night. So he decided that now was the best time to talk about it while it was fresh on their minds. "Kagome we need to talk about what happened last night." he sat back into the seat and looked out of the windsheld. "First of all, I want to apologize for my behavior last night. It is very rare for my control to slip like that and I don't want you to think that I was trying to take advantage of you." He stated gracfully as if he had practiced it on the way there.

Kagome just look at him speechless, one Sesshomaru was apologizing for kissing her, two he was even making an excuse for it, and three he's lying. *He had got to be kidding* Kagome thought as her eyebrow rose. Then golden irises were staring at her. "Umm, I'm sorry but I sopposed to be going out for the day with a demon known as Sesshomaru and you are not him. So what have you done with him and if you don't tell me I'll turn you to dust." Kagome stated.

Sesshomaru had to laugh, she was making fun of him for even trying to be nice to her. " I forget we've met before in a previous life." He smiled. " However, even if you don't believe me I am sorry."

"Oh please, Sesshomaru you liked it and wanted it just as much as I did so don't play the nice guy with me. My heart doesn't break that easily anymore." Kagome stared at the floor.
"Kagome I know i'm going to hate myself for asking later, but what did my brother do to you?" Sesshomaru asked with concern in his voice.

"Oh nothing, just the regular you're stupid, Kikiyo is better, move it wench, ugly bitch, useless little girl bid. Not to mention, I love you Kagome, but i'm gonna go fuck Kikiyo now. I remember the day I caught him cheating on me with her. I was so pissed off I could have left and never gone back and let him find the damn shards by himself. Aahhhh! I hated him for that." Kagome was shaking with anger as the memory came to the fron of her mind.

Sesshomaru decided not to push the subject anymore and started the engine and backed out. Kagome clamed down as she watched the cars a buildings pass by and became lost it thought. *Why did he ask me about Inu yasha? I wonder should I tell him about the dream I had about him last night? What would he say? I want him now, but...?*

Sesshomaru thought it was best that the subject about the kiss not be brought up in full detail until a later time or date. He did not know that his half-brother had treated her so cruely. Back then he had claimed to hate humans but Kagome was different. She had put her life on hold for Inu yasha and yet he still managed to treat her that way.

*If I knew how Inu yasha was really treating her back then I would have killed him without hesitation and taken her away and treated her like a lady. Of course it would be my ignorant brother she would fall in love with that bastard. If it had been me...What if it had been me? I want her now,but...?*

They said nothing to each other, as they were lost in their thoughts, until Sesshomaru pulled up to the a little cafe' where they were having breakfast. He decided that today would be full of pleasurable things for Kagome as he had reminded her of a past she had tried for so long to forget and the conversation about there present realationship would be on hold til further notice from Kagome.
