Not Your Average Princess

chapters of this story that I write.

Chapter three


It was sometime around the afternoon and everybody was getting ready

for the ball. The Southern Family had everything ready and everybody

dress for the ball.


The Western Family however was not even on their way yet. Izayoi

Tackashie and her husband Inutaisho Tackashie, King and Queen of the

Western Lands were having an argument with their oldest son on going.

" Father, I do not want to spend my time with those people. The Queen

thinks she is better then everybody and the King always likes to brag. I

really don't even want to go." Sesshomaru told his father.

" Well, son I don't care if you don't want to go. You have to..."

Inutaisho tilted towards Sesshomaru and whispered in his ear " Besides,

if I have to go, you have to go."

Izayoi smacked her mate on the arm. " They are not bad people. Anyways,

where is Inuyasha? I told him to be down here two hours ago. I sent

Miroku for him and they seem to be not back yet." Izayoi said looking

around.

" Really, mother you should know not to send Miroku to look for

somebody. He is so easily distracted to somethings." Sesshomaru told

Izayoi.

" Well then, Sesshomaru why don't you go get your brother and his little

friend. I'm sure you won't be so easily distracted." Inutaisho said

giving his son a smirk.

Sesshomaru just growled and went along to get his brother. " We will be

waiting in the carriage." Izayoi told her son as they left the castle.

Sesshomaru searched the house and started to sniff out their scent. He

found Inuyasha in his room with three wenches in his bed with him, naked.

Sesshomaru just rolled his eyes at his brother and kicked his foot.

Inuyasha jerked awake " What are you doing Fluffy. Go fuck a tree, I'm

busy." Inuyasha said and laid back down. The girls in the bed with him

moaned in protest of being moved, but went back to sleep.

" Brother, since you decided to go off and fuck a few whores we are late

for the Higurashi Halloween Ball. I, myself don't won't to go, but we

have to. Now, get up and get dressed. I'm going to go look for your

friend and then we will leave. If your not down there in five minutes I

will drag you down there dressed or not." Sesshomaru stated before

leaving then room to go search for Miroku.

Inuyasha just sit up and yawned. " He really needs to get a bitch or

pull what ever he has up his ass out." Inuyasha mummled and got up to get

dressed. He put on a red button up shirt and a pair of black pants. He

left his hair down and then left to go downstairs.

When he got into the carriage he met up with his mother, father,

Sesshomaru, and Miroku. Miroku was holding his head and still looked half

asleep.

" Miroku, what happened to you?" Inuyasha asked.

" I was sleeping then out of no where a tree fell and hit me." Miroku

groaned. Inuyasha looked at Sesshomaru to see what his friend was talking

about.

" I found your friend in my other bedroom with five wenches in MY bed. I

picked up the nearest plant and threw it at his head. Then I pulled him

to the carriage and threw him inside. Good thing he was dressed or he

will be sitting with us naked." Sesshomaru smirked.

Inuyasha looked at Sesshomaru then at Miroku and just shook his head.

The carriage started to move and they were on their way to the South.


It took about an hour to get there since they had very fast horses.

Izayoi came out first, with help by a footman. Then Inutaisho stepped out

with his two sons and Miroku behind him. The Western Family walked in to

the caslte and they were greeted by many people. Most just wanted to show

their respect to the family. When the family went into the ball room they

were greeted by many other people.

The ball room was very decorated. The colors in the room were of a dark

red, black, and a dark orange. Most people had costumes on or they were

very dressed up.

The family parted in the ball room. Inutaisho and Izayoi went to the

other King's and Queen's,while Sesshomaru, Miroku, and Inuyasha went

their own way. Sesshomaru decided to go back outside and to see what was

happening out there. Inuyasha and Miroku on the other hand decided to go

around and flirt with the ladies.

Most ladies that were there were dressed up in very indecent clothing.

The guys were having a feild day to say the least. Miroku was looking

around and caught site of the most beautiful woman he ever laid eyes on.

He told Inuyasha " Pardon me" while he left to go see who the beautiful

creature was.


Sango left her two sisters to go get a glass of wine. She felt somebody

tap her on her shoulder so she turned around. When she turned around she

saw a very handsome gentleman. He took her hand and kissed it then looked

up to look into her dark blue eyes.

" My lady, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Miroku and I would

love to know your name Fair Beauty." Miroku said flirting with the young

woman.

" Well, Miroku my name is Sango and its a pleasure to meet you." Sango

said as a blush started to form on her cheeks.

" No Sango, the pleasure is all mine." Miroku said as he put a hand on

Sango's ass.

Sango was loving the attention from the handsome fellow until she felt

something touch her bottom. " You pervert!" Sango screamed before

slapping Miroku and form a big red handprint on his cheek.

" Fair Beauty, I'm sorry to offend you. Its just I've never seen such a

beauty as yourself. Please, will you do me the honor and bare me a

child?" Miroku asked Sango while taking her hands in his.

" No you pervert, I just met you. Gosh, why do I always meet the

perverted ones." Sango said before walking away and leaving Miroku

another hand print.

Inuyasha came up to Miroku with a smirk. He watched the whole scene and

just couldn't help but laugh. " My friend, I say you've just been

rejected." Inuyasha said smacking his friends back.

" But I... But I never been rejected." Miroku said trying to think of

what happend that went wrong. Inuyasha just helped him take a seat. "

Don't worry my friend, it will be okay. It all happens sooner or later."

Inuyasha told his friend. " But not to me." Miroku said before sitting

up. " I'm going to go have a talk with her again." Miroku said walking

off to go find the rare beauty he just met. " Its your funeral." Inuyasha

told his friend walking off.

Inuyasha rolled his eyes and started to go wonder around the room. He

was looking for a woman to talk with. Most woman he's seen so far were

nothing but the commen women he's been with. Nothing different and all

the same. He turned the other way and to see a beautiful goddess.

She had on a black corset with red trim. The dress was tight around her

bottom and chest. It fit her body just right and the only bad part about

it was that she had a matching mask to cover of her face. He just had to

know who the woman was that had the most sexy body he ever did see.

He worked his way past the dancing people and found his way to the

woman. " Hello beautiful. I would love to know your name." Inuyasha said

taking her hand and giving it a kiss.

" I would love to know your name first." Inuyasha heard a husky voice

answer through the mask.

" Well, my name is Inuyasha. Now, whats yours?" Inuyasha asked wanting

to hear that voice again.

The woman smirked from underneath the mask. " My name is Kagome and its

nice to meet you Inuyasha." Kagome said telling the young man her name.

Kagome knew who Inuyasha was. Kaede told her many times about him when

she had to teach both her and him. She told her that his attitude was far

worser then hers. She also told him many times she caught him sleeping

with different woman and sometimes more then one woman at a time. She

told her that he never came to class and that he was nothing but trouble.

Kagome smirked at the half demon playboy. She could smell the lust that

was all around him from her. She knew he wanted more then her name.

Kagome wasn't some cheap whore after all. She wasn't going to sleep with

the playboy after just meeting him. He was hot, but he wasn't that hot.

She seen way more men that would be better to be with then him.

" Well, Inuyasha what do you want?" Kagome asked.

" I would like to know if you would do the honor in sharing this dance

with me?" Inuyasha asked holding out his arm to her.

Kagome smirked and shook her head. " Really Inuyasha, if I dance with

you then I would have to dance with every other guy then." Kagome told

Inuyasha. " I'm really not up for a dance right now, excuse me.

" Wait, why not?" Inuyasha asked. Kagome saw her father behind Inuyasha

asking her to come to him. " Because my father is asking for me, thats

why." Kagome told Inuyasha before leaving him.

Inuyasha watched Kagome walk off and growl. He didn't like to be

rejected so easily. That bitch was different in some way. She wasn't like

the other woman he's been with and he wanted to know her more.

Inuyasha heard the King of the south introduce himself to the people. He

took a glass of wine and started to drink it listening to the King's

speech.

" I'm here to introduce my daughter to the public. This will be the

first time for everybody to see her since she was born. I've been very

private about her to keep her safe. Only very few know what she looks

like from me trying to hook her up with a few princes, but that didn't

work." King Richard stated. The crowd laughed about what he said about

Kagome. " Well, here she is Princess Kagome Higurashi." King Richard

announced.

Inuyasha dropped his glass. He stood there and watched Kagome step up to

her father. She turned to face the audience and she pulled off her mask.

Inuyasha watched her pull of the mask and see the most beautiful thing he

ever seen. She had light blue eyes that looked like the sky. That was so

rare to see. Her hair was black, but with a hint of blue. Her dog demon

features weren't nothing like Inuyasha's. She didn't have dog ears, but

her ears were pointy like how Sesshomaru's is. She also had fangs and

claws. Inuyasha couldn't help but stare at the goddess before him.

Miroku came up from behind him with Sango at his side. " Hey man whats

wrong?" Miroku asked.

" Oh look, Kagome is up there. I see, father must have introduced her

already." Sango said.

" I want her." Inuyasha said before leaving both Miroku and Sango

confused. He came up to the stage and looked up to Kagome. He watched as

she looked around and smiled at the clapping people. When her eyes landed

on him he gave her a smirk. She narrowed her eyes and smirked back. It

seems the challenge is set.
