Chapter Three
Chapter Three
“Huh?”
Was all Kagome could say but she instinctively got up and followed. Inu Yasha stood outside and waited patiently for Kagome.
“You wanted me?”
Kagome questioned.
“Yes, follow me.”
Iin awe as she walked obediently beside him. When Inu Yasha stopped Kagome didn’t realize until he grabbed her wrist lightly and pulled her dangerously close to his chest. They stood at a cliff where the sunset was always breath taking.
“What…what are you doing?”
Kagome questioned.
With out answering her, Inu Yasha slowly reached up to her face and turned it slightly to face the sun that was slowly sinking behind the cliff. Kagome’s eyes devoured his every being. His eyes and hair sparkled ever so slightly in the setting suns rays, bathed in a rich gold.
Kagome’s lower jaw dropped as her eyes widened.
God he’s handsome.
As the sun almost fully sunk behind the hill is when Kagome turned to face the disappearing sun, a smile wide on her face as it fully disappeared.
“Kagome, will you look at me one more time?”
Inu Yasha said as he stroked the small of her back.
Kagome looked up at the handsome white haired hanyou and was taken by surprise by what he did next.
Inu Yasha’s mouth covered her own with such passion it made her head spin. Kagome was the one to deepen the kiss, she pressed herself tight against him making him open his mouth slightly to moan and that is when she took advantage and stuck her tongue inside his mouth claming his tongue. Enticing his to do the same. Their kiss lasted what seemed like forever until Shippo called from the hut. They both broke away with regret no one spoke until Shippo called again.
“That was an amazing birthday present Inu Yasha. Arigato.”
Kagome smiled and tried to leave his tight embrace but he would not let her leave, not just yet.
“Your welcome my koishoii, my Kagome.”
After he said he peace Inu Yasha kissed the top of her head and slowly let her go.
Looking back at Inu Yasha she could feel another deep blush come upon her body.
“KAAGGOOMMEE! Where have you been?”
Shippo hollered as he bounded into Kagome’s arms.
“I was with Inu Yasha.”
Kagome said still in a “wow” daze from what had just happened between the two.
“Did he yell at you on your birthday?!”
Shippo demanded.
“Oh no, he didn’t yell at me Shippo, we just had a grown up talk.”
“Feh. Inu Yasha act like an adult, you’re too funny Kagome.”
“Well that is what happened Shippo so just leave it at that.”
“Okay Kagome if you say so, but if he did yell at you I am gonna…”
“You won’t do anything to piss Inu Yasha off, do you hear me?”
“Yes, Kagome.”
“Good lets go get you into bed.”
With that all said Kagome tucked Shippo into bed and then left to get herself ready. Kagome couldn’t help but notice how Inu Yasha stared at her new pajamas. They were real pale pink shorts and tank top that fitted her rather to well in her opinion but it was all she had time to pack for nightwear before Inu Yasha threw her over his shoulder to bring her back to his time.
“ Good night my love. By the way you look outstanding in that thing.”
Inu Yasha said as he jumped up on the tree limb right above where Kagome was going to go to bed. Kagome had a full force blush covering all of her body when she laid down for bed.
